MMG Cargo (Rukn Al Madar Cargo Services )

Very unprofessional cargo company. I have being waiting for my cargo morethan 3 months. Always unrealistic reply under clearance. Several times asked the correct contact person that who answer the call never shares.please don't use MMG cargo very poor service and unprofessional. This is purely agianst consumer rights!

Be aware this shipping company is a scammer. We send our to them but most of our stuff was lost. Dont trust this company if you dont want to be robbed

Dont trust the fake reveiws they r cheat u can ask me i will let u know the truth its 2 month air cargo not reached it Don't trust them they so much unprofessional once they take your goods then no responsibility no tracking of shipment its a fraud I paid for air cargo till now not reached 2 month now still no proper response any cargo company take 2 month in air express cargo to reach indian its big fraud its cheat don't deal with then.

I will give them 5 star review. We faced difficulties exporting perfumes which are classified DGR, however they processed our shipment very swiftly. The team is very professional and kept me updated every day. Price for shipping DGR goods was competitive. Keep up the good work

They told that I'll get the goods delivered in 5 to 7 days but surprisingly I got it delivered in 5 days. Seems to be a real express delivery company.

I had a shipment to uk it was delivered within 5 days. Excellent service, Good people to deal with. The operators called me and told me the details, There was no need for any questions every update was provided systematically. I will send all my shipments through mm cargos and recommend it to all of you.

Its been 15 days i air shipped my cargo. There is no tracking provided. No one is responding to calls or messages. My packages shows delivered to some city in the south while i dispatched it for UP. Do not trust them i do not know if my cargo if lost or what and there absolutely no help from anyone from this company!

I was told my cargo will reach in 10 working days maximum 15 days. It has already been 14 days and there is no tracking id, no information in the cargo!

The worst cargo company, so unprofessional, please do not deal with them, I ordered some perfumes from Sharjah, and it was supposed to be delivered on Monday, they delayed it till Wednesday, even on Wednesday they said they will come by 7 pm but ended coming at 9.30 pm even after charging me for the delivery charges, they made me come down my building to collect my package and after giving them the payment, they again made excuses saying they don’t have change and I had to again go to arrange change, the most unprofessional cargo company in UAE, worst experience ever….

Very bad service they promised they will do delivery with in 5-7 days for air express cargo and it's been 16 th day still no update regarding my cargo (IN No 2739)

In short Awesome and friendly service.
The service of the staffs are the one which i wanted to tell the most.they pack very well with good care as if it is their item.the package also getting delivered in so told time which is what everybody wants the most and The charges are reasonable.
