Good, trustworthy mechanic, the best i have seen at Al Saahm Al Thahabi auto repair work shop.
They had repaired for me 2 different cars in last couple of months. They are the real deal. Their honesty is the main reason i continue to use them, as well as their known-how and ability to fix things.

I don’t recommend their garage at all, I recently changed my air conditioner compressor, and the same day of the repair there was noise in the engine after their repair when asked they said it’s normal but if I face any issues I can go back and they will fix it, the same day the Aircon stop working and I informed by calling where he promised to come and they will fix it after I go there they find out the compressor they charged is faulty and they make so many reasons not to change it and asking to pay again the same. I don’t know much about the consumer department in Sharjah like in Dubai otherwise I should complain to the consumer department about their service and behavior, workers are good and trained but the owner is greedy. If they focus on their services and customer happiness they could get more business but for sure they are losing a lot of customers, no body wants to recommend them after using their services

All nissan spare used parts available, but make sure you see the item and take, because sometimes they don't give reliable stuff. Parts are old and used so it's up to you to choose the right one. Sales guy will always say that it's good, but it's not the case always.

Cheaters/ thieves whatever you want to call.

I went to them on 23-11-2020 to check a sound which was coming somewhere near mounting and dynamo in my Honda Civic.

There is short-thin guy with moustache who checked and told me that mounting and belt tensioner needs to be replaced then convinced me to it right away otherwise it could affect the engine (nothings all such was going to happen it was his made up).

Fearing for my car and to avoid any excessive spending later on i thought lets do it. He told half an hour and did the replacement in 1 hour approximately. He used parts from their workshop.

Once done he told me your exhaust system has missing screw which he told he will fix it. But it wasn't the case what he did was he remove the entire exhaust system/ silencer stole the mud (i didn't knew before that there is mud in vehicles silencer which is in high demand sold in the market).

Once all done And got handover i felt something unusual in vehicle and there is sound coming while accelerating Next day I went to different garage to get it checked. There i came to know what exactly was his reason to open the exhaust system.

Guys if you have a new car or your vehicle is in great condition don't ever go to this garage.

For me i threatened them next day with calling police then the owner replaced the exhaust from scrap but the original condition of my vehicle as it was before has already been screwed up.

My aim to write this review is to alert others, Please save your vehicle from these thieves or take a risk visiting there.
