بصراحه انا من كثر ما احب تعامل صالون موس وبذات جيمس ماشاء الله عليه انا شعري من نوع الي وايد مجعد ونصحني ف بروتين وهذا ثاني مره اسويه عنده من كثر ماحبيت لانه ماطيح شعري ابدا وبلعكس حسيت شعري صار احسن عقب كم شهر المهم انصحكم تيون عند جيمس تعامله جدا حلو وحبوب: انصحكم بعد الي يحب حمام مغربي يروح عند ايرين راح يدعيلي لانه حرفيا يسكرب كل مكان ف جسم وبشكل نظيف يعني راح تطلعون من الحمام مرتاحين شخصيا انا صار لي سنتين اسوي عند ايرين حمام مغربي لاني خلاص اعتمدته

ما شاء الله الخدمة ممتازة والنظافة عالية وحلاقين محترفين في قص الشعر اما اللحية ما جربت الصراحة وبشكل عام حبيت المكان

I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this shop. Very unprofessional, going to normal shop was much better than this. Wasted 65 dhs for nothing not even worth 1 dhs.

I came to buy a perfume they were selling in the barbershop when I got home it turns out he packed the wrong perfume and that’s alright but when I come to return it he disrespects me if I can give 0 stars I would’ve gladly done that this is a business where if you want to get disrespected go inside

الخدمة ممتازه جداً خصوصا موضوع الحجوزات. تاخذ موعد وتوصل ماتتريا دورك.
وتعقيم الكرسي والادوات يسوونه جدامكم من توصلون يعني من ناحية التعقيم والخدمات ماعليهم كلام

I will share my personal experience if that's helpful for anyone planning to have a visit. I had booked for a haircut today with a particular barber, but 2 hours before the scheduled time, I got a call that a different barber is allotted to me on a different time. So I went there. Mr Osama was the allotted barber for me. I wasn’t comfortable with the way he carried out the tasks. I felt that he was in a hurry to complete the hair cut whereas what I expected was a professional barber doing his work taking his time with passion and care for the above average price they charge. He used a blow dryer set at a very high temperature to align my hair. The result was that my hair follicles are all burnt up and it’s still itching as I type this review. As the temperature turned hot, I immediately intimated to him that my skin is burning, but no remarks of any apology or apologetic hospitality that you’d expect from a professional saloon and I still had my scalp burned with hot air on and on. Saloons are customer service centers where hospitality and care are paramount. Customers visit such caring centers to be pampered in comfort and expecting top notch hospitality. Unfortunately, this wasn’t received in my first visit to this saloon, which would be probably my last. Imagine yourself getting into a saloon for a comfortable haircut and you come out with burning sensation on your scalp. That’s what I exactly feel right now. Rudeness in the service industry at customers is always a repelling experience.

I would not say that you shouldn’t go there, but I’m sharing a slice of my experience with a particular barber. Who knows, maybe you’ll have a totally different and positive experience with a different barber. The way a customer is treated and cared for is how I gauge and rate a caring centre or saloon and often matters more than the quality of the work done. Hope the saloon management would take this review as a gesture to improving hospitality and service. Wish you all the best in the future and hope this review would be taken in a positive sense!

Excellent service and super clean, the only barbershop i can go in this pandemic, They take care of everything very carefully and professionally.

المكان جدا جميل ولا كن محتاج ستاف عنده خبره بالحلاقه للاسف تقييمي للشغل زيرو من ناحيه قص اللحيه وقص الشعر ابدا محتاج تغيير للستاف

الحلاق الوحيد اللي كان شال المحل على راسه سافر ويمكن كنسلوه. كنت لازم احجز عند الحلاق "مزمل" قبل ثلاث أيام عشان احصل موعد عنده والحين الحلاقين الباقين دون المستوى. "مزمل" محترف ويعرف يتعامل مع الزبائن. المحل متعوب عليه من ناحية الديكور والأدوات ولكن لا يوجد حاليا حلاق لديهم بمستوى "مزمل". وتبدأ رحلة البحث عن حلاق جديد.

الحلاق "مزمل" كان أفضل واحد فيهم من ناحية حلاقة اللحية مرتب و شغله ممتاز! ما أتحصل عنده حجوزات الا بعد كمن يوم ولازم تحجز عنده قبل فترة و مرات ما أتحصل الحجز الا عقب أسبوع ، كان ماهر في شغله و إيده خفيفة والحين نادرا ما أتحصل واحد شاطر في الحلاقة، نصهم بس فالحين أن ايبيعولك سامان غالي و هو أصلا رخيص عشان الهرم يستفيد و النص الثاني يرمس اكثر من ما هو ايحلق! حبيبي إذا كنت انا ابا واحد يثرثر بتصل في البنوك. عقب ما سافر و كنسلوه الحين مستوى الصالون بينزل من جهة الحلاق والحلاقين الباجين ولا واحد فيهم شاطر ولا يوصل نص مستوى مزمل ، يعني ما كنسلتو الا احسن واحد؟ و حتى ابوبكر طلع من الصالون / الباجين شغلهم أي كلام و ما يستاهلون السعر اللي يطلبونه و شغلهم تعبان يعني مشي مشي، حلاقة ممتازة ولا اخرطي عادي كله واحد

Great place, clean and real professional staff who know what the do and very friendly. I personally only go for some hair trimming, but they do offer much more services. A great place, good parking area, as mentioned professional and have the right prices.
