"I had a complicated key that needed to be duplicated and was worried about finding someone who could do it. This shop not only duplicated it perfectly but also at a great price.

I wasted over 4 and a half hours with them, they are the most unprofessional people. I spoke with them 3 days prior to coming and asked if they could make a car key and they said it should not take more than an hour. They were clearly confused and unaware once they saw my car and kept telling me 10 more minutes everytime I asked how long it will take, after 2.5 hours I decided it was enough and left immediately as I wanted to have lunch, they called me again and asked for my location because now they were 100 percent sure they can make a copy of my car key and after wasting another 2 hours, they told me they have no idea how to make a copy of my car key and left. Never use them for car keys services there are much better shops available. They are running paid ads to be on top so I hope you don't fall for it! Never using them again

I dealt with them who was fantastic, unfortunately my Lexus LS460 had some sort of issue so he was unable to create a new key, however he tried everything he could and showed me some of the steps. I am getting this looked at and when sorted, I’ll go back to him to get me a spare key made.
He is now my go to personnel for duplicate keys/re-programming.

Excellent communication and service.

It's the second time i had to call them, and they came to the rescue almost instantly. There i was, freezing in the cold, cursing my life choices for being a guy who lost his apartment keys for the second time. But then came a ray of hope, which was actually their motorcycle's headlamp. They came at 3 am in the morning, in the freezing cold on a two wheeler, if i could, i would give them 500 stars!
