Nazih online and nazih in store shopping have diffrent policies and please read the fine print before making order on online application. Customer service is not user frie ndly. If you buy in store you have option of returns within 3 days. Buying online will not give you that option. I was told they are same business but two diffrent entities.

Unbelievable bad online service!
Ordered some beauty products - from 7 items 2 permanent hair colors I did not find in the box and the contact lenses they have sent me totally different color. Such a mess!
On top of that they never replied on my emails, Whatsapp messages and phone calls.
I'm so unhappy with the service. Did not expect this kind of scam behaviours form this website.
Definitely will not order again and don't recommend it to anyone.
