Very unprofessional service. If you really care about your vehicle please look for another options. After they said my vehicle is ready I went there and work was not completed and after that day I had to go 5,6 days to point out each and every thing to them to do the repair. Really dissatisfied with their customer services.

Liars and smugglers.they took one month for a minor accident and delay the insurance process putting responsibility on insurance.they tried to repair my car with minimum replacements against the approval to take insurance money to their pocket

اسوأ ورشة مرت علي صراحة سيارتي تاخرت ست شهور وانا استغل في ابوظبي وللاسف شغلي ما يسمح لي دايما اتابعهم الا في نهاية الاسبوع وشغلهم تعبان ما انصح بالتعامل معاهم ابدا واغراض من
سيارتي مختفية بقدرة قادر ودايما وعود كاذبة وشغلهم اي كلام كسروا طبلون سيارتي غير القطع اللي اختفت غير انهم والله ستر سيارتي ما احترقت لانهم كاسرين خزان البترول بلغت عليهم حماية المستهلك في الشارقة في عملاء شفتهم يصرخون عليهم لانهم فعلا ما يخلصون الشغل
the worst car maintenance shop ever i had a car to be fixed by them that took over six monthes due to my work that i cant keap coming to sharjah they only promise you and never fulfill their promises some parts were magically disapearing and they drilled holes on my instrumental panel they also didnt fix my steerig well they even broke my fuel tank that keapt leaking fuel i reported to authorties in sharjah that garage i saw customers even yelling at them for not finishing their tasks

i will not comment on your whole claim i will only say this:

1st i said you have all that time UNTIL APRIL i need the car to be done and it wasnt finished until after the eid.with very bad finishing and massive fuel leak

2nd I PAID for all parts that were missing and i keapt coming during weekends to finish the car and i keapt asking are there any parts you need and you keapt telling yeah i will send someone to get them pay this pay that and all what you were saying Yes next weak we will finish it and when next weak comes and i get into yourworkshop and car isnt ready oh we will finish it by next weak and so on i believe sharjah customer protection commitee knows about the incident very well

I my self bought a whole car hull just to transfer parts from the older one to the new hull which took you from fabruary or end of january? Until after eid al fitir

it is you who is making false claims not me and by the way i still have the videos and conversation to proof my point and also i do have eye witnesses regarding this issue

so please stop accusing me of making false statements

ولا تقول لي خاف الله يا شيخ الحمدلله انا اخاف الله وماغلطت على احد ولا عطيت وعود وفي الاخير ما اخلص السيارة وبالعكس انا كنت اجمع لك بعض الاغراض اللي انت تطلبها

I wanted to put zero rating for this garage as insurance sended my car for repair but when I received my car all the things they fixed back the broken just repaired with glue and after few days my car temperature got high when I went to my mechanic he showed me that the car which garage has repaired instead of replacing parts they repaired the same parts and fixed with glue the electrical parts which are not visible so I have spended around Dhs 2000 to replace the parts and even they have stole some parts from my car and fix it to other cars so I cought them they told my mistake it happened so please guys I had very bad experience with these guys so please please please don't take your car to this garage as they will destroy your car condition and the repairing quality is very much bad. Never seen such bad garage in my whole life as I have dealt with many garages but they are big theifs as they steal parts of your cars + instead of replacing parts they fix it with super glue so guys never take your car to this garage very bad people and management
