New Medical Center, Pharmacy

Left for supposed delivery next day morning. And they said they will inform once approved, which didn't happen,
Then I called next day morning to find "maybe" they will deliver afternoon
So wasted a day, waiting for nothing, 2 trips, needed to go again

The doctor push us to purchase from pharmacy they didn't give notice Said go there even I don't have insurance so I'm free to purchase from any where so better give the paper in the hand and the patient free

If someone has a lot of time, come to this pharmacy. Because here you have to wait at least an hour to get medicine

I inquire in behalf of my doctor who is out of the country but the pharmacist I spoke to was a little rude and unprofessional in dealing those query.

I visited this pharmacy many times, even though they are very busy their customer service is very good, they have good quality products, covid safety measures are followed in a very orderly way. The team has a good coordination with the doctors in their clinic. Over all very good experience. I recommend this pharmacy who needs assistance.

Very poor service during this period. Given assurance that medicine will be delivered, no delivery and no explanation then when I complained I get repeated phone calls late at night to send my location for the delivery. Very poor customer service.
