I am sruthy, I visited this medical centre for my pregnancy check up.it was good experience. Dr.bindu Philip was very good and professional. I want to specially mentioned about Nurse Jacinta. I feel that she is somebody in my family because her care and support was great. I am very thankful to her. Nurse in gynaecology department should be like sr.jacinta. Thank you sr.jacinta.

If you have to go to the pharmacy then you better cancel all your plans and wait! There are 7 counters and only 2 people working. As a hospital, they should be aware of how many people are expected.

If anyone has empathy, they should know that the pharmacy is for something who isn’t feeling well, it’s not for amusement, so naturally someone who isn’t feeling well wants to go home ASAP rather than wait 30 mins in the pharmacy for a medication.

Regardless of how your doctor is, the end of the visit is terrible.

Because no any benifits when we are going receptions we want more than 1 hour
They make drama there is 3 staff and we want wait

One of the dirtiest clinics I've seen in Sharjah, toilets are always dirty, and being a Healthcare provider i wonder why the management never took care of this.
Apart from the cleanliness, the services are bad too. Nobody to help if we are in wheelchair, and pharmacy promises us home delivery, but the medicines reach us after 48 hours!

I had very bad dental experience perilously now someone suggested me to Dr Bilal Ahmad in nmc Buhairah I visited to get my dental treatment, i got all my treatment done he did three four procedures and all procedures were painless and he is very kind professional i ever meet …. My family trusts NMC especially this branch for all our medical needs. This trust was instilled yet again when I visited on 7th Dec with my aged mother who was unable to breath. From entering the hospital premises, Ms Violet at reception ensured my mom got immediate medical attention. Especial thanks to Dr Aisha and nurse Cynthia who immediately identified the issue and referred us to a government hospital as my mom's saturation was dipping and she needed hospitalization. If it wasn't for their quick response my mom could have suffered a serious medical issue. They didnt even charge us for the consultation and told me to rush to the hospital immediately. NICU department is one of the best the hall team is professional doctors& nurses but special thanks to doctor Wissam he saved My baby girl life after birth they found out that there is a blockage in her stomach & after allah dr Wissam fast diagnosis & fast operation saved her life also special for doctor Booja for her patience with us, caring & understanding & her passion for her work
& all the thanks for the nursing staff who kept good care for our girl

Very grateful to Mrs. Shilpa as she has gone out of her way to help. My daughter was suffering from Influenza and the medicine was out of stock in the pharmacies, hence I had to get back to the doctor to change the same, when I went back I met Mrs. Shilpa and I did not know who she was as I had only seen her in the clinic but never interacted with her, to my surprise she came to me and asked me if I needed help, and I explained to her the situation, all she asked me was to go home and she would deliver the medicine to me, to my surprise even before i reached home the medicines were delivered.
Mrs. Shilpa is truly a people person, humble and very helpful, all i can say is she is an asset to NMC.

First of all we never felt like being in a hospital. I was with my friend to consult Dr. Sudanya Pradeep. Their hospitality made us feel like more of a home rather than a hospital. She did a detailed examination and made us understand the current condition without making us tensed. Her optimistic approach gave us mindfulness before the medicines. Thanks to the entire team; Managers, Doctors and all the other staff members of the hospital for giving us such an amazing experience. Finally, when they gave us a discount that was more than expected without any insurance, our relief was far beyond words. Kudos to the entire team and may you conquer more heights and hearts ️

We were lucky to be taken care by Dr. Shahina. The process was easy & simple. Dr. Shahina & her assistants were positive, patient, devoted & experienced during the whole process.

Recently i visited NMC buhairah, For consulting my irregular periods, They told me to take prolactin test, when i got my reports it was 252, again they told me to take MRI scan, it was normal, again i took test in other hospital my prolactin was normal, then i came to know NMC reports are wrong, and they gave me medicine to continue for 9 weeks, Telling me to do test everyday for something else but, till now i didn't get proper solution for my issues.

Me and my family are regularly visiting NMC sharjah. Near crystal plaza. The doctors and the treatment is very nice and satisfying. Specially I would like to thank Dr Shaheen, Dr Bhaskar and Dr Navin for their perfect guidance and support at all times.

We have been seeing doctor Shaheen for a long time for all our dental procedures…. She has been the best and we are very satisfied with the services

I had a corn in my left foot and I visited Dr Anitha from Surgery department. NMC Buheriah Corniche Sharjah
She is a very experienced doctor and she removed it through a minor surgery.
My corn was deep rooted. As she is an experienced doctor she could do this with minimum pain.
I had a speedy recovery due to her good medication during my post recovery period.
The staff are very caring and the atmosphere is very clean and tidy. I would recommend this place for any medical treatment as they have a good team of doctors

I like to thank my physiotherapist Miss. Meethu Thomas for her excellent service. She is highly professional and dedicated in her work. She helped me out a lot after my surgery to become more functional.

I had a very bad experience with my pcr test result.it came even after 48hrs. I had given my sample on 4th Jan 4 at 9: 30 am.but the sample was taken in lab only on 5th Jan.which means the hosp.delayed in dispatching the sample.this is a crime they are doing to the patients.and no covid protocols followed.

I had visited the clinic for a consultation with Dr Neha Pande. I had a prolonged ailment, which she was able to diagnose accurately and cure. She is extremely professional, polite and caring.
I would recommend her to all my female friends.

I reluctantly visited the dentist at NMC Sharjah after several negative dental service encounters in other clinics. This time, I made an appointment with Dr. Bilal Ahmed. As a very fussy and skeptical individual about dentistry services, I must say, the dentist IS EXCELLENT! He has reclaimed my fear to visit dentists and I managed to do extraction, cleaning, decay fixing and tooth filling all in a day. The experience has been very very positive! Thank you!

I tried to call them many times to get the correct report, but no reply
Bad staff, Bad service and very bad and slow careless attitude with their clients.
I missed my flight and very critical work meeting in Saudi because of there mistake.
I will never ever visit them again. I’m really sorry that I can only rate them by 1 star, I wish I could rate them with 0 or minus stars

Ortho - Dr Ravi Singh Parihar came highly recommended and has lived up to his reputation. My family has been visiting NMC since 2013 solely to consult Dr. Ravi. He's treated us from a minor fracture to surgery. His aftercare has been phenomenal. We're an on the go (jet set) family, and he's been very supportive and provided guidance/consultation via call or whatsapp, especially when we have not been able to visit, due to geographical reasons. He's very meticulous and explains everything in bitesize chunks, putting my wife in particular at ease, specially when it comes to our kids.

For us personally, he's the best there is. Thanks for all your support Dr Ravi and keep up the good work!

I went to NMC to get my PCR test done, along with my father and mother. All 3 of us got a POSITIVE report. My mom was in shock as she is old and has systemic complications, she hasn't gotten out of home because of the fear of Covid, we did stay indoors as we were going to travel and did not want to take the risk of getting Covid. So I spoke to the hospital nurse asking if we could have a re test, I am even ready to pay for it but we really feel Covid negative, Also, we had our flight the next day but she was so sure that we were Covid positive. Also, my report, gender was mentioned as "male", so I felt even more doubtful with the accuracy of their report. We went immediately to a government sector and got another Covid test done which came out to be NEGATIVE!
Similar case happened with few of my friends too.
I wish they agreed for a re test, or agreed that FALSE POSITIVE reports are possible. Other than this, I am happy with their service.

Very bad customer service
Did the blood test on Saturday till now Dr and her nurse didn't bother to call back from Sunday yesterday afternoon till now I called 5 times they said dr will call until now no one bother to call. Last night my last call was 8.45 pm they transferred to the nurse she is asking me dr didn't called you because your reports i have given to the Dr. Nurse said she will call you till now also in the reception they said they will call dr is busy. If dr has no time to discuss about the reports then why she is treating the patients. So pathetic, bad and rude customer service.

Dr Kumar hailing from Chennai (orthopedic surgeon) is an experienced Dr joined recently shifted from sunny Buhaira Medical centre and treating patients with utmost care and dedication. I went for my fasting blood test on 21/03/2021 to NMC Sharjah Bel Rashid Towers, Co0rniche St. Al Majaz Branch.
Normally any nurse does not find my vein easily since I have deep seated veins and it takes atleast 2-3 nurses to experiment with finding the vein and that too after several attempts.
However, on that day, to my surprise, sister, Ms. Padma, within a minute was able to collect the blood sample in first attempt and I had least pain.
I would definitely go to NMC anytime henceforth for any of my blood tests.

After a harrowing few days suffering from a blister on my right middle finger, the swift and thoughtful action of Dr. Anita Samraj saved me from a great deal of pain.

I have consulted Dr. Maya Sunil (Gynecologist) at NMC sharjah and I'm really thankful and greatful to her. Since day one she took the best care of me and my baby. Preganancy was not easy for me but Dr. Maya was very kind to me and gave me the best treatments whenever I had any complications which will effect my baby. It was never hard to even contact doctor via phone whenever I had any questions or sometimes Doctor her self called me and reminded me things. Also I want to mention that all the nurses were super kind to me and helped me to go through any tough time I had. Best place for you to go if you are planning to get pregnant
