NMC Medical Centre Al Nahda

I am a regular customer here. Almost all doctors are very nice and approachable. The patient relation staff named Cristy is very accommodating and will assist you from the time you enter the clinic until the end of your visit.

Less empathetic to none, doctors.they are rude and not compassionate to patient. Only good for checkup, would recommend to go directly to hospitals than this center.
I went there to get some help for my emergency case for my baby, but they just said to just go to hospital directly without even offering first aide.

Pity! Such a busy medical center and they don’t have ultrasound doctor for next 3 days despite of facility is there!

I visited the medical centre today for my husband who hurt his right heel with a small glass piece. Due to pain we decided to visit the general surgeon Dr Pari Pulate. I must say we visited a wrong place and would never recommend anyone to visit this Doctor.

From the time we entered she misbehaved by asking irrelevant questions as to why we do not have insurance and was busy telling us the charges for general anaesthesia and also wasn't sure if she would be able to take out the glass piece if at all it was present. She also mentioned she cannot be sure till she takes out the foreign particle.
However before suggesting use of general anaesthesia she literally pricked and made many trials and during the procedure kept talking irrelevant things as to why we didn't bring in the glass particle, why we didn't come immediately and also to carry glass particle next time we come.
All I can say is please never visit this clinic for any check up except forNormal flu or anything as most inexperienced doctors is what will be available at this clinic

I prefer this center.i visited last month, very co operative and caring docters, specialy the paediatrician.all the staffs from reception they give warm welcome and well caring.

Two days back i came there to take an xray.i want to tell that, the staffs in radiology are very good in attending the patients.they give me proper instruction very clearly.
Actually i was advised by an outside doctor to take the xray.iam staying in al nahda.thats y i went there.but it was jst good.one of the staff in radiology help me at the counter for fast registration. First time iam coming in this clinic and I will strongly reccomend this clinic

My experience was excellent. I consulted Dr stani pulmonologist. Dr and staff are well professional and they take excellent care of their patients.they are friendly and Highly recommended.

My wife was 7 weeks Pregnant the situation was very critical when we visit the clinic she had bleeding few days ago it is almost a Miscarriage
We finally meet the good for nothing (Dr Meera Velayudhan Gynecologist), it was an extremely awful experience. She did not explain & was hesitant to even conduct a proper check-up she didn't provide any helpful information that could lead us to save the baby I was keep asking her the reason of bleeding which she couldn't answer she spent hardly 4-6 minutes with us and charged 300 Aed for nothing plus A lot of mistakes not possible to write everything here. They didn't even provide me the proper tax receipt & handed over a proforma what in the world these guys think people are fool like I am asking quotation for some electronics to bought disgusting & pathetic.

In short, the doctor (Dr Meera Velayudhanat) in this clinic was disappointing and I do recommend to those who are reading this review to steer clear of this place!

I have got good service from the clinic and get quick response for the report related issues.
I expect the same support in the future also.

Dr Salim Malik is a godsend. He is a very down to earth and patient doctor who genuinely cares for his patients.

Best family doctor ever. He's diligent in making sure that our health is at the best. Highly greatful for his experience who takes time to explain and resolve problems. Amazing is his staff too

Doctors are good but patient handling and support service are just pathetic like reception, nurse station, waiting area, ventilation and more, try to avoid this clinic

My self and my friend visited NMC Clinic couple of days back to see Dr Saleem. Friend was suffering with serious throat infection and due to that his voice is alomost gone. Since its complicated, nurse take us directly to the doctor and he treated him immeditly. Due to the timely action of nurse and doctor, his throat infection is gone and can able to speak well. I take this opportunity to thank NMC Clinic and their Employees for kind efforts and understanding.

We used to consult with Dr. Nijamudeen, Pediatircs for my children and he is very caring, kind and cooperative.

The services that I received from Dr. Stany is excellent. Dr and the staff are friendly and ensure that am properly informed about my health and care.

Very very bad experience in this clinic (Al nahda branch). I was having two appointments for me and my doughter, when I tell the nurse I have a fever she immediately put me separate room and start attending another petient, I wait for almost 1hr and go to fallow up then in very rude way she ask me to seat thire and to not come here! I was very surprised and upsetting and I go to look if thire is a manager, I find one person and he go and tolk to the Dr, the doctor (Dr.rolla) she came to me and ask me what I need! Even she don't want cheak my temperature and nothing, she right medicine back pain medicine which is not related to my fever, she give me a paper and ask me to leave,!
The second one the dentist (women) whn they give me a token I was told by the nurse she will be back with in 10min from break but instead I have to wait for her 2hr 10min, what macks me surprised is the doctor is just seating in the treatment room for this much hr.
I don't suggest any one to visit this clinic from Dr to nurse are very rude

I had severe ear infection, Mr. Paul Francis very efficient and learned doctor attended me. He was very kind and did thorough check up and prescribed body friendly medicines. The staff is very good and also to mention the person in room number 47 was extremely helpful and kind. Dear room number 47 thank you. Thank you Mr. Francis.

I done my PCR test at the clinic, the service and the hospitality is amazing, Staff behavior and approach was really appreciable.

Excellent and very good care service to the patients. Very friendly and supportive staff specially Admin Sujith &Vipin.once ever we are coming either we are in tension but when we are watching great smile on receptionists face feels great. Great Gp doctor Zakhia Mam and skin doctor.

PCR test is very good service and the testing Staff very carefully, for his behavior am doing 350 test completed and Admin also supported this case.

Today being World Health Day, I wanted to thank all health care personals whom been involved with my health and medial issues. While thinking them all, I have to mention some of them for their outstanding dedicated approach in treatment, especially about Dr. Hansa Kevalramani. The attention and care I could experience during various occasions on my health issues, under her treatment turned into higher benefit and recovery level, surely without any doubt I credit it to her characteristic approach with highly humane, care and courteous. Her timely advices and guidance were equally effective with the medicines she prescribed for me, her patience and attention shown towards, that a senior citizen like me found very valuable and worthy. During this ongoing pandemic Covid 19 pandemic scare, the calls I received from the nursing staff under guidance of Dr. Hansa, enquiring of my general health and well being was another touching moments and I do rate it as specially cared. I am glad and proud on her professional growth of this immensely appreciable level, another reason being, I was one of the patients of herself (and of her husband Dr. Sanjay Kewalramni's - one of the very best ENT Specialist surgeons, with outstanding qualities of daring dedication and with high professional talent, that I personally experienced) on her early stages of her medical career here in Sharjah. I wish Dr. Hansa and all her caring and dedicated support staff in NMC all the very best. Especially administration. 1 year ago my son got injured and doctor available for treatment was in stadium branch.but One gentle man (Sorry for not remembering his name as we was little tensed condition) from this branch contacted with them and doctor waited for us even though it is clinic closing time. I am very sorry to share my experience in NMC al Nahda covid testing section. For an emergency I took ticket to travel to home country (26/03/21) As per the covid protocol I took a covid test in NMC (23/3/21). During sample collection unfortunately I witnessed that, staff collect sample and brought 3 samples together to the next room and sticking name and barcode and that person not bothering about the name and stickers.
Next day (24.3.21) I received the result as positive. I was shocked coz I don't have any symptoms and any contact with out side people. In between that I got the call from MOH for tracker watch. When I reach there for watch activation, I explained the story of unprofessional approach of NMC staff and details, The great doctor accept my request and she agreed for a re test. CONTINUES three tests (in 3days) Thank god and MOH.the reality come true all NEGATIVE. They removed my watch and gave clearance to travel. IN between these days how much I suffered.mentally.physically.and financially.who will pay for this?
Nobody should be a victim like me. So don't trust NMC for covid tests.
With a big SALUTE to MOH Sharjah and a big HATE to NMC lab to create me as a covid positive patient and spoil my success by blocking my travel.

We visited NMC medical centre Al nahda, Sharjah few days back. It was a great experience as the nursing staff and doctors are very compassionate and helpful. We went to Dr. Zakiya Imad (G. P). She is an intelligent doctor and she was very supportive all the while. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Al nahda Sharjah or Quasis too as its closer by to both the locations.

I have been visiting Sunny Mysaloon Clinic for the last two years and found the clinic, staff and doctors very helpful and caring.however my last visit was unpleasant. I had been to see the ortho doctor for severe lower back pain.very unstasfied and un professional behaviour. The doctor wouldn't speak or inform the patient what the condition or diaognosis is and just prescribed some medicines without even bothering to explain. On asking, he said.just take this medicines.
The doctor at the least should communicate with the patient about the diaognosis, treatment and further precautions and also explain the medicines.
Requesting the hospital authorities to take a note of the same.

I strongly recommend Dr. Sakthy dermatologist. As a wonderful doctor who understand your problems and have a great down to earth attitude. Also the nurse Sreeshma is extremely helpful with the same attitude to understand the patients problem and urgency. Please keep up the good work. All the best.

For the pediatric doctor appointment need to call at 7am and the operator took calls only after 7: 30am. And if call from 7am no one will pick the calls and if call at 7;30am they will say appointment is finish, how it comes if they don't pick the calls, and they tells silly excuses like all the lines are busy. Very disappointed. If no stars rating is here then I will give that.

Have been visiting this NMC clinic which was then known as Sunny Medical for almost 9 years. The friendly reception staff, helpful, friendly n considerate nurses n the friendly and professional doctors especially Dr Zakiya, Dr Rola n Dr Binoy Thomas just make us.the patient feel better even before administering the medicines. There is no rushing the patient out but a detailed explanation in layman's terms is given for our understanding. I would definitely recommend NMC medical Al Nahda anyday/anytime.

Its a fish market more than a clinic. No proper queuing system. If you have loads of time (2 or 3 hrs) and patience to wait for your turn which has no proper sequence then go ahead. Irony is you may become a patient while in the waiting area with you sick companion as you spend ample time with those who have infections. However, docs are good so people are okey to endure this fish market.

Nmc al nahda is the first choice of me and my family when we are sick. During my uae life I visited most of the departments there and we are completely satisfied with all the sections.
