Worse management! Was calling on the provided number for booking an appointment from an hour and everytime we got on caller number 1, the system from their automatically ended the call. Totally pathetic service.

Today I visited doctor Savitha gynec department she has a very rude behavior she's not even talking to patient properly very bad behavior Dr.savitha we won't recommend her

I give u 5 star for skin doctor parual kmaal very impressed me she is very brilliant how to handle patient and reception lady she wear glass also helpul thank u

I always prefer NMC in case of emergency or general checkup due to its excellent service. The Nurses there are kind and empathetic. Doctors are well experienced who treat the patients with utmost care and respect.
The team at the pharmacy are great too. Especially Mr. Sreeraj, whom I appreciate for his dedicated & amazing work, problem solver with insurance issues. I'm impressed by his assistance & how he communicates.

Had a great and helpful treatment with Mr. RIYAS. A very experienced and knowledgeable Physiotherapist!

Waiting time even after making an appointment. No clear advise from the doctors end, only upon asking some queries. Even the pharmacy medication insurance approvals take lot of time even if ur insurance category is high.

Everything about this place is positive. The staff and doctors are very professional and friendly. Administrative team is very supportive and helpful. The clinic is clean and very well taken care of. Would recommend to everyone.

I have recently visited NMC, Rolla. The service that I received from NMC was good. Dr. Parvathy and the staff (especially the reception staff Mr. Dhanesh) are friendly and they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.

NMC Rolla is one of the best clinic in Sharjah, staff and doctors are really co operative and supportive, especially physiotherapy section Mr. Riyaz and team, thanks a lot.

Not favour for patient, as per my experience I am faced a medicine reaction instead if routine medicine change by visiting doctor, but for my case staff not sharing the case with Dr.and even arrange a appointment.

Behaviour of customer care and duty nurses again for regular patients is continuing (25/11/22)

NMC rolla is one of the best medical center in Sharjah. The entire team especially the administration department is doing a wonderful job at the center. Treatment and the behavior of the staffs are awesome. Keep doing good

I have an issue with my lower & upper back visited many clinics but not satisfied at all. A few days ago came across and had an appointment with Dr Begur Dinakar he is an amazing personality & an excellent doctor the way he explained and make me understood each and everything I feel like half of my pain was gone.
I just want to thank him for his amazing job.
Highly recommended for any orthopedic issues.

I visit Nmc rolla in the first time to check with the general doctor.i wait for longtime. Some people are waiting also i want to leave already but when i see the 1 lady receptionist i ask her name is Marie. I saw her she is very hard working and he has good communication with the patient. I salute her. I know the tention in her work but she manage all the patient coming for her. I wish to come back again there and i want to go with her. Becusss of her i will give 5 star. ️

Pls don't visit after 9. I feel very bad experience from here.they waste my time more than 45minuts then after saying doctor told to them to stop registration. Doctor need to go home more than important to a patient.

Just recently visited NMC Medical Center, Rolla for Flu shot, Nurse Lilly and Nurse Neethu was so approachable and welcoming. You made my visit comfortable and you showed me an excellent service that is in line with NMC values and high quality nursing care. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.

Simple place. Need to learn on managing patients. We traditionally go meet Dr. Vincent the best ENT in town and Dr. Shajil the best pediatrics. We met other doctors but they believe in lot of test

My wife has been undergoing treatment under Dr. Savita for the last six months. We are satisfied with the treatment and other circumstances. We really suggesting this clinic for all. One suggestion, provide more staffs in Reception. Less staffs handling more patients for registration. Even cashier also doing registration. They doing very good work comparatively other branches because we met doctors in NMC Maysaloon and Sharqan.

Its seems they are unprofessional handling PCR test.very slow in making the bill. 1hr they had clear only 10 people. Only one cashier from 2pm and now its 4pm. Poor response

The male receptionist was so rude though my wife said it was emergency and e we have a prior call and doctor approved to visit.

We came all the way from Dubai to meet Dr. Gogul.

In fact my wife is a practicing dentist and she knew her profession and her duty as health professional is purely service.

Management has to take bold Devision to reduce such act anyone.

I took my pcr test last saturday (Jan. 1,2022) until now (Jan. 3-12: 45pm) didn't recieved my result.
I am disappointed as i need to be absent from my work.

Dermatology Dept.with Dr. Soundara Rajan Palani Swamy best skin doctor my 3 month son skin was damaged I was too upset about my son but after visited with soundara rajan now my son skin is fine very good skin especialist 10 out of 10 numbers for doctor Allah bless him.

It took me 3 hours of waiting period and 3 different tokens switching to meet a GP despite having an appointment. (Excluding the time for insurance approval process).
Very slow and a hectic system.
Least recommended branch of NMC.

Many specialists services offered. Most of insurance cards accepted. Much time consuming experienced.

I would like to appreciate Ms. Famida, the customer care representative for her great professionalism and for being polite. I called for a report, and she genuinely spared time to make things accessible in a short time. Great thanks

Very worst on services. Receptionist are totally lazy guys. Doctors are thinking about them as came from heaven directly. They are all not having experience in service. But they are all having experience in making fear and making money. It's a corporate business organisation. I can't says it's a hospital. Parul Kamal Mehrotra - I can't agree her as a Dermatology Specialist. Most of the Doctors says they only checking patients if they have appointments.

Pathetic customer service from Pediatric section nurses. Doctors are good and caring. But nurses act like they are doctors. One nurse took the call and I asked y u have not informed the Test result she told that she don’t have time to call and inform. We have took the appointment morning and we are waiting for the result to consult the doctor and the nurse in the Pediatrician section answered in harsh and unmannered way. She told its not her responsibility. Very bad care from nurse side.

How ever, the customer care managers immediately called me regarding the issue and they solved. Good movement from the customer service department. Thanks for the team!

I used to visit NMC Rolla Branch since last 6 years (since when it was Sunny Clinic). I'm really impressed by the care and support provided by the clinic specially by the Pediatrics Department. I'm more than happy to appreciate Dr. James K Francis for all his valuable suggestions and real prescriptions that really heal our worries without taking us through the unwanted diagnostic pain as a parent. I really take this opportunity to appreciate Sister Mrs. Thressiamma also from the Pediatrics department who provides a real care to our kids. She really treats our kids like her own kids. 2 weeks back my twin boys (6 years old) had their flu shots. First time I'm seeing that my kids are accepting their flu shots without cry. This sister was really talking to them and my kids never felt the pain. I wish all nurses be like her. The attitude, the dedication, the care. I always do recommend my friends and families to vis this NMC rolla branch whenever they need. Thank you.

Special thanks for Dr Parul, for good welcoming and sincerely work to satisfy her patient. She is patient and respectful.
But we feel sorry after transferred her to Rola Branch because it’s very crowded place. No privacy for any procedure specifically for ladies. Do it will affect her old customer.
Hope you will sent her back to Sharqan branch.

I have been visiting NMC from past 5 to 6 years and I have been a patients of DR ADEL ERIYANI and Dr BRAIN. They both are amazing drs. Special thanks to the Dr and Nurses who take care so well.

Visit today NMC Rola Branch, very good experience with doctor Parul. She is very professional and the Team is very cooperative. For PRP very good price as compared from other Clinics.

I had the worst experience no treatment was given to us by pulmologist the nurse gave a false high fever temperature and asked us to go to another hospital. Not even seeing the condition of the patient.

Worst experience my skin condition got worst after taking treatment in this clinic by dermatologist

I was wonder how amazing staff this clinic has! They 've been really nice and helpful to us! I am really appreciated for all service.

Taking a appointment through phone or contact a department is waste of time. They have to improve lot by call back. Most of the time front desk wont pickup, even they pickup when they transfer to other departments no one will be available.

Appreciate the way how Dr. Imran consults. Feels like we are absolutely fine without any medication.

Also my child loves to consult to Dr. Shajil.we feel like family and comfortable.
I would love to refer my friends and family to consult NMC rolla to get the right medications.

I was very well taken care of at NMC ROLLA. “Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. Specially parking as is so difficult to get parking at such area. I was very well taken care of. ”

Gynac dr dally poor service. She is very rough and rude. First of all she should be trained how to behave with a patient.

Very professional treatment received from physiotherapy section in curing my Sciatica related pain and mobility issues. It is noteworthy to mention the special care and support received from Mr. Riyaz Abdul Rahim (Physiotherapist), whose clinical and therapeutic skills are excellent. I am grateful to him. From my personal experience, I recommend NMC Rolla for any Physiotherapy/Orthopaedic related medical services.

Very Poor Quality of customer service at this NMC medical centre Sharjah Rolla Branch. Call centre, Cashier etc are not in the customer service mood. They just transfer calls from one Dept to another instead of resolving the query. Yes Best part was only the free parking by them in this area.

Today I visited NMC speciality hospital to consulted ophthalmology Dr Rema she is well professional and one more thing reception people's are also very helpful. Truly speaking am very much satisfied

Terrible experience! Recently took my son to Sunny clinic Rolla, who was running a high fever and showed him Dr. James K Francis who was told to be a senior pediatrician all he did is asking for various blood tests which cost us 490 dhs and after getting the results the doctor saying we can't treat him in the clinic and asked us to take him to any other hospital. No prescription nothing.it seems he doesn't want to take any responsibility. After that we took him to another good hospital and we had to redo all the blood tests as they don't consider sunny clinic's test results. Just imagine.we lost 500 dhs and our valuable time.

Call center has no trained staff and mostly don't give any suggestions.
These guys have an email system and thry can simply tell to the patient that if the particular nursing station is not answering phone. Call centre can get the relevant information and get back. This is very bad that I had to tell them what needs to be done.
Reception don't know how to talk to any patient. Not at all trained how to deal with patients or any customer. When I went to the reception for the first time their body language was absolutely un professional ie.a habit of pointing direction in a very un professional manner.
Dr. Dinkar is one of the best ortho in UAE but unfortunately working under a very unskilled team. Also Nurses are very helpful especially ortho.
Aster team in Abu shagara is much better and call center is more skilled and polite with all patients.

Unprofessional staff, can't see anywhere private hospital like this, too much delay for all departments as it's starting from reception
I hope NMC management will look in to this otherwise will lose the business due to irresponsible staff's

Terrible experience from call center to registration, call center people were not able to give the information about insurance coverage.
When I reached there Dr was not available even we had appointment more over when I said that I am not happy about the things are happing here The reception people said you can write the complain and attitude was like do it we really don’t care.
Many time I went to NMC hospitals but It never was that bad experience but this medical center really need improvement.
