I don't understand this unresponsive behavior.if you don't have to answer that damn phone then there's no need to upload the number on the internet.we call in order to inquire about appointments and other information.we leave aside our work just so we can pay a visit to the hospital but then we find the doctor we wanted to visit has left.this way we elapse our way to a different hospital, leaving a bad review to the current one!

I am a regular patient in NMC for my full family I am well satisfied with the service and prompt action taken, was required by the staff they did it well.grt job

Zero Ratings as I am highly disappointed by their staff. We as a family are visiting the clinic regularly as I have parents who are at old age so they need extra care. This month Its my 5th time I took my father. Every time for a different reason. I asked a discount on total bill which was given by the manager as 5% which is less as we always get 10%. Anyway when I was informed by nurse staff that the manager has only approved 5% I asked whether I could speak to manager. She guided me to the manager Ms. Shilpa. So Ms. Shilpa while accidentally walking hit herself hard with the wall so I felt bad and left and paid the bill because I felt like it was not good to bother her for 5% more as she suffered an hit. After that when I passed by the room she was inside I thought she's fine now so I knocked the door and she angrily answered WAIT like she has to pay me money. I replied: " you could have been polite. " when I came outside and spoke to staff so staff went inside to tell her. After that she called me in her room and she said that she was not well so I replied you have treatment room you can get yourself treated here first which is more necessary than your work. I asked her that you gave me a wait gesture because I was wearing traditional Pakistani dress and thought me as a labor and your body language was not good I just came to ask you about how are you now and compliment that your company should provide benifit to old customers. In turn which she replied then why are you wearing this dress? I don't want to dress Abaya and come? Realizing what she said she started apologizing and giving lame excuses that I was busy and etc. The overall scenario hurt me a lot I couldn't drive whole day I felt like insulted. Kindly appoint people who are capable enough to be a manager not someone who is arrogant on being a manager. Ms. Shilpa because of her I have high headache now. This was my last visit to the clinic next time I prefer dying rather than going there to get insulted.

Best service and friendly staffs.from starting with customer care to reception staff then nurses to Dr. All was so kind and smiley faces, it really feel nice as u r not well with pain and fever, these staffs really treat like their family members i have been so many clinics and hospitals but this branch is cool, great team please carry-on

I've visited the clinic thrice to Dr Abdul Mateen Ganguli for different problems among family members. I must say, Dr Abdul is a thorough, well versed, detailed and very fantastic doctor. He digs and devotes himself in patient situation as of its his own family member and treats with utmost high priority. Im really happy to always visit him. I really recommend him.
Also another shoutout to Dr Sardar at Radiology, real fun personality and examines you so well. Also to a staff name Kiran, who helped my father in wheelchair through the whole time.

Dental hospital Dr. Arjun Shenoy! Strongly recommend for tooth surgery. He has an excellent technique in removing tooth without pain. Patient relax skill is also wonderful. Feel like you are treated in your home country.

My son was admitted at NMC SPECIALITY HOSP DXB for 5 days due to fever, chest pain, vomiting and abdominal pain.after 5 days of admission we are send home eventhough labs are still elevated to continue on home meds (oral) for 10 more days and was advised by the doctor and insurance themselves (nextcare) to go to satellite clinic of NMC for ff-up after completion of medications to repeat the significant test that are still elevated after discharge since our insurance is only covered there on IP basis (hospital). On 25th August, we have an appointment with Dr. Basheer to do the ff up and necessary investigations to check if everything is ok after medications, but suprisingly, the doctor refuse to examine the patient and order any test, though he saw the discharge summary and other reports insisting that the hospital did alot of unnecessary investigations on my son.making me feel i subjected my little one on useless needle pricking.and simple investigations such as CBC (hgb is low). CRP, ESR, D-DIMER, STOOL CALPROTECTINE which have VERY high levels on discharge at the hospital and supposedly for repeat/rechecking.he insistantly refused to order.saying he cant justify them to the insurance.the fact that they are elevated on the previous reports means something needs following up.but he refused to do so eventhough i asked him to send for insurance approval attaching the previous report.

This is not the support we expected since we are not new patient.he didnt even asked hows the patient condition currently, We were basically denied of service and send home just like that.

I have emailed you also on the same day, but no reponse receive

Dr.saurabh (oral surgeon) did my extraction of 3rd molar.to my astonishment he did it in a matter of few minutes and so nicely with no pain at all. I dint have to take pain killer and antibiotics even.he is such an expert.

Worst experience with Dr Jyoti gynecologist.in start she seems too good.everything was going fine. I told her many times that it's my 4th pregnancy. I had 3 miscarriages and she was like yes don't worry everything is perfect but in my fifth month I told her I have itching problem she said it's normal.everytime when I went for check I keep telling that I have very bad itching issue, I can't sleep, I rubbed my hands and feet with comb whole night but she said again that it's normal.she told me to do a very simple blood test than she told see I m telling u it's normal.but she gave me one medicine and told me to take half of this when body get use to this medicine than start taking full.that was actually a sleeping pill.in seven month which gynecologist will suggest sleeping pill? At the end of 8th month I went to thumbay Al jurf to Dr wajiha ajmal I told her my itching issue she immediately send me for scan and said ne to liver test.in morning I went for scan and blood tests.evening I got my blood reports I went again to Dr wajiha show her the reports she ask me which medicine I was taking I told her the name she said ne it is sleeping pill why u keep taking this it's really harmfully y Dr Jyoti don't send u for liver test now if your baby will do urine inside than we can't able to handle the case I had cholesterol more than 450, high sugar, low hb.and without wasting any time she said me to admit for C-section.even though there was no free slot but she did my csectyon urgent basis. I will not suggest this hospital and this Dr Jyoti to anyone plz don't go there

On 20/05/2022 I visited Dr. Jiji and I'm very happy with the doctor and her service.she was very loving and very caring. Though it was very busy that day I really appreciate the receptionist who was handling everything, she did a very wonderful job.

I am with Sunny clinic for past 15 years and doctors are well proffesional, a 5 star was sure if it is only about the doctors. The issue is with the impolite nurses, I just had an unpleasant experience with one in ortho dept. Rudeness in the tone, is the last thing expected from a nurse!

I had a bad experience with Shaba medical center today I go with an emergency for my baby but they ignore me and I wait out side doctors cabin 15 min with out any update

From mangement side - I received a call from the clinic management explaining the reason for the delay caused. I am sure that this is a one time occurence and it was beyond their control. They assured that this won't happen in future. I believe them and I am happy that the management is taking the concerns of the patients seriously and addressing them promptly.

Nmc dubai and sunny nmc Sharjah are not linked so every time when you will visit for emergency they cannot retrieve your records. My one year old son was having high fever all i requested them to prioritize a bit because of high fever but they didn’t and after wait of 45 mins i left without any consultation. Worst management and it was clear priority was given to people who were talking to them in mother tongue.

I was walk-in client to the NMC, Was waiting at counter for for my turn.

Saw and noticed that a patient was not aware of process. A gentleman from the reception (Mr. Bilal) left his seat and walked the patient to his correct direction, Guided him well.

I was extremely impressed of his polite manner and professionalism.

Noticed that all staff were very cooperative with clean atmosphere.

I did not want to give even a single star but that was the least which I could give. I used to come to this clinic regularly when it was Sunny medical centre. But now I have seen a huge difference in terms of customer service. None of the staff are polite. They take patients for granted. Have to wait for hours together to just see a general doctor. Even after having the token number, others goes in to see the doctor. We just keep on waiting and waiting.

don’t you even think about doing the COVID-19 test with them, they will tell you it will take 36-48 hours but even after 48 hours no result. So far the worst place to make the test. I don’t recommend it at all

PCR test took more than 24hrs, when i asked about my result after 24hrs, i was treated like I didnt even exist. Very rude and disrespectful and their excuse, “ we took more than 300 test samples yesterday”. Many other hospitals and private clinics have more than that and yet they get the result within 4 hours with the same 100 dirhams price. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.

Bad dental section. They removed two wisdom teeth on one visit which causes a bad infections and the pain stays nearly one month, the doctor has lack of experience he was fighting with my teeth. I regret going there

Very poor service. Been calling them for past 2 days it goes on automated service. Did a pcr for my wife and child no payment slip was given and they said report will be ready in24 hrs but now almost 40 hrs have passed and still no update

Dr. Nadarajah Kandasamy is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of me and my family health, but also explain very well the root causes of disease and diagnose with trust. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, which win our trust from last 8 yrs in NMC medical Care (Sunny Clinic). I highly recommend his as family doctors and refer to friend circle also.

Recently I visited NMC shabha it was all good felt like putting a review, staffs are very understanding and listens to issues, very impressed with overall services.

Very good treatment by Dr. Natraj and deep explanation by him to the patient.always satisfy with the explanation. I'm rating this just because of him because he is always kind to me.

Very bad and worst service. I took an appointment with opthalmologist (Dr Gigi) @6: 30pm I reached 5minutes late. At the entry point itself the Filipino receiptionist spoke rudely telling me I am 5minutrs late. And I will have to wait.
I waited for 1 hr and 30min and till then no one called me. And I saw they even took a family (who arrived long time after me) of 4 together for the Dr consultation (opthalmologist) in which only one of the member had appointment. And asked me to wait again. Very very very bad team of staffs, that Includes receptionist, nurses and Dr.
Very very bad service and attitude of staff, and I had to leave the clinic without consultation after such a long waiting.

One of the best clinics I have visited in Sharjah, the service was impeccable, the staff are all following Covid protocols strictly, definitely recommend friends & family to come here!

I really had great experience in this clinic, they treated me well whenever I am ill. Staffs and Doctors are friendly and approachable as well & grateful to have a good clinic close to our home.

Take so much time to get your turn even if you are the 3rd on the line, i waited like 1 hour or so.

Visited Dr. Rajendra Neurology in NMC Sunny Al Shaba.

Most inefficient doctor, he hardly talks, he made us do Vitamin B12, Thyroid, Vitamin D, Arthritis, Liver enzymes EOGT, and Liver enzymez EOBt al to know why is my hand paining,

And at the ends he says he does not know the root cause of arm numbness, then refers me to GP, then the GP refers me back to Neurology saying that MRI should be done to check the arm nerve.

All wastage of time and money behind uncapable doctors.

Kudos to the reception staffs especially Nouf for an exceptional service and for being so accomodating! Just a little note on the side that I wish the nurses are a little more friendly. 4 stars for you to aim for improvement

Any neurologist for baby 3 year. Pls tell me.dental Department well and very good.they are not taking any serial number so waste of time. Hope they will start to take serial from phone.

Dental doctors don't know that they're doing, keeps rescheduling to another doctors, each doctor has their own opinion, each doctor ask for different procedures, coming back for the 4th time to be told doctor is not available to see me since they have provided wrong appointment details to me.not a professional medical practice at all.hence its a simple tooth extraction.

لا انصح في المركز لرعايه الأسنان بتاتا، تم زياره المركز لاربع مرات و كل مره يتم تنقلنا الى كل موعد الى دكتور أسنان اخر و كل دكتور يطلب إجراء اخر و كل دكتور له راي اخر و الموضوع بسيط بخلغ سن متسوس فقط! عياده جدا و اخر مره قالو لنا الدكتور غير موجود لانه تم اعطائنا موعد خاطئ. لا انصح في هذه العياده ابدا ابدا ابدا.

I’m know NMC since it’s was Sunny Medical center me and my family consulting only few Doctors one of the best Or excellent Dr. Rezuna Gp & Dr. Sanjay udhani child specialists and etc. Dr. Rezuna Gp friendly, professional and flexible to deal, sometime we forget to chase what is the status of our report but Dr. Rezuna will call and informing that your reports arrive and the status is xyz. As of today me and my family shifted to Rak but even we are Counsulting to Dr. Rezuna it’s difficult to travel from Rak to Sharjah but we will go to her. Also Dr. Sanjay was shifted to New NMC, Sharkhan even my medical card not working but I’m paying from my side and refunding later. Me and my family are satisfied with NMC.

My go-to GP doctor is Dr. Rezuna Kunju. Have been a patient for a while. Have family members also taken care of by her. Amazing service, would recommend 10/10.

Unfortently we should give only 1 star bcs my entire family we consulting doctors from sunny medical for almost more than 5 years. However, we faced bad and
unprofessional behaviour from one of the GP DR. Razuna Kunju. We wish if some 1 contact me I will.explain the details from medical centre.

Dr. Basheer is the best Paediatrician, now he is in Sunny Halwan just nearby. Dr. Jacob Sam Varghese is an excellent doctor for Children Dental problems.

Its a full fledged Dental department, all branches of dentistry are here. Have been to many other dentists for scaling and wisdom tooth extraction, they are all good.

Dr. Stani is a good Pulmonologist

Worst ever clinc I ever seen.dental clinic they are not professionals they will ask you to do X ray and later they will say you need to see a specialist

Very good and clean clinic with excellent doctors. Dr Sunil, general practioner has been our family doctor for years. He is very caring and always gives correct treatment. Also very happy with Dr Ismail for kids. Well located with good parking area. Wish they had more appointments on weekends as waiting time can get very long.

I am regular visitor for sunny - Shabha Dr. Mohammed Ismail is very good pediatrician other staffs are also very kind supportive i wish them to continue the same.
