Bad service, they don't want to work, i wait 30 minute to take medicine, an only one before me, very bad

Very poor management. The staff as well as marketing staffs have no idea about the insurances which are accepted and which are not. You will have to wait there for 30-45 mins just to know your insurance is not getting accepted

From NMC clinic they guide us to this pharmacy around 200m away and Always have long queue and max of 2 person attending customers. NMC Need to increase atleast 3 or 4 persons attending customers.

Worst experience ever, waiting time is around 30 minutes to strat serving the client, this is the minimum waiting time from sevral attempts, the problem is that NMC clinic trying to convince their insurance patients that by going to NMC pharmacy they will be served faster as the medicine will be prepared and ready, save your time and go to another pharmacy

Would highly suggest to implement a queuing system to attend the customers. There were 2 attendant when I visited today n when I walked towards the counter, I was told to wait as they were busy serving others which is fine, but at the same time couple of visitors just broke the vitlrtual que n handed over the prescription to the same attendant who asked me to wait who didnt take my paper? But other 2 customers were serves.

1st of all, we need to walk so much leaving 3 pharmacies in between and then wait for atleast 30 mins (approval, approval and aprroval.). Why can't you apply for apply once the Doctor issued the slip, or else please explain the benefit of leaving 3 pharmacies and coming to you?

Dear,

Always there is issue with insurance cover with your pharmacy.
Atleast one medicine won't be covered everytime in the given prescription.
When I approach other pharmacy and to the surprise all the medicines are covered.
Please don't fool the peoples just to earn few bugs.
