Very bad servis yesterday will be payment online sick leave after today he is not send me online sick attested paper he rold me i have no money ecard again iam not going to sharqan nmc

Whats the point of taking appointments and reporting 20 minutes before the time? As I took appointments at 7: 30 PM reported 20 minutes before but still had to wait 1 hour for my call.
This is not fair before also raised such concerns in pharmacy the process where even if no prior approval is required from insurers there is no point in wasting time. I raised a written complaint also please so don't reply by email address and phone number for clarification. I request to take action and work on process.

My experience with doctor thushara (dentist) is extremely good
I had previously done multiple time scaling from other locations n they were so traumaticly painful

But today I can say I even didn't feel any pain.she was so professionally good n humble also her magic hands didn't give me any single pinch of pain.

Doctor Anita samraj and her staff really treated me well and did emergency surgery and because of same I recovered in less time.

The worst clinic ever yesterday they gave my son wrong medicine and the pharmacist wrote wrong prescription and they couldn't fix it even we follow up

I would like to share my bitter experience of our latest visit to NMC Al sharqan branch. I booked appointment in advance with Dermatologist and provided my health insurance policy detail to the staff on the phone. After completing the registration procedure in hospital when we were about to see the doctor, the nurse informed us that warts treatment is not covered by our insurance and they can not even send request for approval also (this is what nurse was told by their own insurance department) whereas we have previously received this treatment with same insurance as it is covered in our insurance. I called my insurance in front of nmc nurse; the insurance clearly replied that treatment is covered if justified by the doctor. To cut it short we were having our 3 kids with us and wasted around 30 to 40 minutes in the hospital and returned without getting treatment. I will not recommend anyone to visit nmc based on my bad experience.
I would like to mention here that nurse and doctor wanted to provide us treatment but they were bound by the hospital policy set by insurance department.

I'm happy with the result, that Philippina nurse Sara she's very good. She Treats me very well.

Today I had a visit to NMC Sharqan for consulting. The approach to the staff towards the patients is very memorable. Doctor's and the nurses are very caring and makes us health conscious. Coming to the reception and payment, it made me more amazing that the way they are treating the customers in front of them especially by the cashier. I feel like at home. If it were not an hospital I'll definitely visit there more times. That much I'm happy with them. In my concern deal with money is more risky job and the cashier (I think his name is Linse or something like that) attitude towards the customers telling that how much passionate and enjoying his profession.

My first time at the center was 2 years ago. I had been just moved to Sharjah and needed to see a dermatologist, I called every clinic and hospital in Sharjah asking if they have a female dermatologist, NMC Sharqan was the only one had one. I made the appointment and went to see Dr. Parul Kamal. She was one of the best doctors I met since I moved to the UAE. She listened to my concerns carefully. Then she referred me to a Surgeon since I needed a surgery. What I liked about her most, the fact is even after she referred me to the Surgeon and I had my surgery, she called me home and check how am I doing. When I went for my follow up visit to see the Surgeon, she stopped by and said hello and checked on me.
I do recommend Dr. Parul to anyone needs a dermatologist
The other nice thing about this clinic is the Receptionists. There are three young ladies who work as receptionist at the clinic. They always greets the patients with a smile and do their best to help.

I visited Dr. Parul l Kamal NMC Medical Center Sharqan for skin conditions. I was very depressed & unhappy with my skin condition. I had consulted three skin doctors in last two year without any proper treatment. Dr. Parull Kamal has made correct and proper treatment. I can see big improvement in three treatments. My anxiety and depression is gone and I am very happy. Dr. Parul Kamal is definitely the best Dermatologist.
