Novo Al Wahda Medical Center

Very bad service the front office staff always forgot to return Emirates id and we call and ask theres no proper responses also and for waiting time minimum 45 mins we spent to get the doctor appointment (its normal time) theres no one is given proper response. I never suggested to anyone in novo group's clinic

Very bad experience.
Gave blood sample for testing on a thursday and not yet received the report till saturday night. I called once for the report and they said they will get back with the report, but no response from their side.
Dont recommend this clinic to anyone.
Really pathetic service.

The doctors there are good but very receptionist service is very bad. Always making unnecessary issues and also very rude.

Not at all recommended. The doctors there are not good. They wrongly diagnose the patients and give wrong medicines. Lot of bad experiences.
