Worst hospital. Keeps patient awaiting for long time and doing unnecessary tests especially if you don't have insurance

They care all about money they lied and offered me package to remove a mole then they said sorry we are mistaken we can't offer anything

I wish i can give it zero star as even one they don’t deserve it, The worst experience that anyone can have is going to Oriana Hospital for an emergency i took my mother for ER and shes a cancer patient almost blacked out and the receptionist was like theres waiting list she need to wait! And when i told her cancel the payments i did i will take her somewhere else in a less than seconds she was like oh she can go inside there’s empty space for her, no one assist me taking my mother inside it was really hard to walk my mother thats half conscious. And the beds are really high and it makes people sicker even more they are not comfortable at all and they don’t provide blankets or sheets unless you ask for it. Don’t let me start with the fact of they have zero infection control as when the nurse was taking blood from my mother it splashed on the floor and it just stayed there no one wiped or clean it properly moreover the hospital ladies washroom looks like a public restroom its very disgusting and dirty and there was no toilets paper or tissues however the most thing shocked me that the nurses and the doctor said they are indicating positive covid tests and not a single person in there is wearing a face mask properly and if they are wearing it its under their nose and mouth.i don’t recommend this hospital at all. I really wish i took photos of all the things i have noticed but my mind wasn't processing what i have saw.

Very dissapointed especially in ER doctors & nurses doesn’t know how to handle emergency cases and even gave wrong diagnosis. GP doctors doesn’t know how to give the right dosage of medicine. If there is 0 star in review definitely I will give them zero. They deserve no star. If you want to get more accurate and precise treatment don’t waste your time to go there

Reception staff in Laser section are polite and professional. Technician Karen is professional as usual.

Laser section is great, clean, punctual and professional staff. Karen & Abi Laser technicians are professionals and always pleasant and helpful

كانت زوجتي تتابع مع الدكتورة لينا العفيف وكانت كتير مرتاحة معها في التعامل والعلاج للأسف حاليا مافي حدا متل الدكتورة لينا

عدم اعطاء معلومات كافية قبل التحليل وقلة خبرة في اخد العينات خصوصًا من الاطفال صراحة لاانصح به على الاطلاق

Very dissapointed especially in ER doctor & nurses doesn’t know how to handle emergency cases and even gave wrong diagnosis. If you want to get more accurate and precise treatment don’t waste your time to go there

You will never find such a humble and professional doctor as Dr Fadi Nahlaoui. I highly recommend him as an Oncologist and as a General Surgeon.

It’s a facility being managed by 3rd class staff, they don’t respect patient’s time and appointments are just for having them. Normally they make you wait at least 30-40 mins over your appointment time to just be contacted by nurse, if you have another option, please never come to this hospital.
Update 1 Nov 22: my Appointment was for 5 today, i arrived at the hospital at 4: 40. The staff is non attentive as well as an employee at the hospital goes into the doctor room for his treatment and the patient with appointments are being kept waiting. This is second time in the row that this has happened. I must say here; this is the last time i came to this hospital and would highly recommend not to visit this hospital. (Mine was a followup. That’s why i am being forced to come today, otherwise would have avoided)

Dr. Ghassan khalifa ENT have done tonsillectomy to my son, i was so satisfied with all the procedure from first visit till after surgery follow up. The whole team is professional, Dr. Ghassan is trusted with high expertise and his nurse Mirna is very supprotive.

I really trusted oriana hospital with the name only. Just because of the name I did my laser session with them but their one of the technicians burnt my skin afterwords their doctor recommended me some sort of cream with till now didn’t effect much. I told them again but I guess they didn’t take it serious.asked me to buy expensive creams! Why should I pay from my pocket because of their technician negligence why! Twice their technician put marks on my skin.hope that management would take notice of this and get back to me asap! Because I am not going to take it on me

I am most grateful for your kindness Dr. Noha Eltom, the best doctor I’ve met on my whole life, when i collapse, and all my vitals are all down. I just heard her, asking all nurses to hurry up to give oxygen, dextrose, and immediate ecg. And she keeps calling my name, and keep tapping me to be anxious, Shes like an angel from above who wakes me up, and her kindness didn’t stop there, when they give me transfer for another hospital to be under observation, she calls me and ask me again if i am fine. Dr, i will never forget you. The best of the best doctor people will ever meet? I absolutely recommend this hospital.

The Hospital and Pharmacy is the worse. They don't entertain any other patients properly unless you are Arab. They will make you wait alot and won't talk to you properly. Horrible. Never coming again.

Only waste time. I had exactly appointments for ENT doctor Ghasan in 13: 20. I come before and registered. Than was waiting for doctor 20 minutes, and reception even don’t know which time I can visit doctor.

أسوأ من أسوأ مستشفى على الإطلاق سواء كان من الممرضين أو الدكاترة همهم الوحيد جمع الفلوس مع عدم وجود أمانه. والدكتورة بقسم الأشعة والفحوصات متكبرة جداً جداً جداً.
ولا أنسى بأن الممرضة غير عربية ليس لها أدنى فكره كيف تخاطب المرضى المسلمات بالأمور الحساسة أمام الرجال دون أي اعتبار للثقافة الإسلامية والعربية. لا أنصح أي أحد بالتعامل معهم.
لولا أن جوجل يجبر الشخص على وضع نجوم لوضعت صفر

تجربه جدا جميله مع دكتوره الاسنان الجميله واللطيفه فاطمه الزهراء تنظيف الاسنان دقيق ومتقن وبشكل عام المركز مرتب ونظيف وجميل وخدماتهم رائعه واستقبالهم لطيف والاسعار ممتازه بمقارنه بالمراكز الاخرى ولي تجربه لاحقه بالتجميل

The services that I received from Oriana Hospital was excellent. I would like to share my feedback for services of the hospital was very good. The behaviour of telephone executives were very polite, humble and soft spoken.

Very slow response. No enough staff in all division. In reception itself took 30 mins for registration. In labs, took 1 hour to wait. Doctors are good experience

Worst hospital in the world didn't care about the patient or talk care about patients don't go to this hospital

يوجد لديهم أشعه مقطعية ممتازة لا يوجد مثلها الكثير بامارة الشارقة. ودقة وسرعة عالية في تجهيز تقارير المرضى

My daughter in hospital for 2 days thanks for professional team nursing and doctors. Also other Services (house keeping. Kitchen) all respectful persons.

I had an excellent experience the place is very clean and very well organised. Excellent service, constant follow up always. Dr Yassin malallah is an excellent doctor there. I highly recommend her.

راقيين قلبا وقالبا تحبون تتعاملون معهم وتكونون قمة في الراحة والروقان ويقدمون جميييع الخدمات الي تحتاجونها

عملت عمليه عند الدكتور ياسين وكان يتابع معي ويتواصل معي باستمراريه للإطمئنان واستقرار حالتي الصحية. بحب اشكره على اهتمامه وبراعته المهنيه.

من انظف المستشفيات في المنطقة وارقاها يكفي انه في نفس مكان فندق بولمان الراقي الجميل

للأسف تعامل المستشفى لا مراعاة لألم المريض ولا انتظاره والتعامل غير راقي ابدا. خاصة موظفين الاستقبال. تشعر بأنهم يطلعوا غضبهم على المريض. قمة اللامبالاة. المريض عباره عن كيس فلوس ناخذ منه قدر المستطاع وخاصة إذا كان عنده بطاقة تأمين. فقط الهدف مادي

Very unorganized system and the staff are not efficient.

I went fot an ultrasound in first floor, the ultrasound reception said go to (4 minutes wasted) the 1st floor reception. We went to the first floor reception and they said no, you have to go to ground floor casheir for stamp (2 minutes wasted). We went to ground floor and the receptionist said wait in line at the casheir (7 minutes wasted). Then the cashier said, no go back to the reception (who's literally next to his seat) and let her register, we went back to the reception where she registered us and asked us to go back to the cashier.then the cashier said, no go to the nurse so she can enter in the "system". I went to the nurse and she entered the data in the system then she sent us back to the cashier.the cashier then said Oh! The nurse did a wrong data entry.he took the paper to the nurse to fix the data entry, then he finally stammper the paper "paid".

this whole lovely unorganized process took about 25 minutes where the SICK patient has to run around from one person to another to get a stamp.this literally feels like a government entity in the 1970s.

Honestly for the prices you are charging, the least you could do is improve your workflow.automation will solve your problem and keep your customers happy.

Expensive Vegetable market is the best explanation for this hospital, they are un professional, very expensive, they dont respect your time at all, they even dont care about fixing the bad reviews, they just regret and thats it, save your money and time and go for somewhere else
I paid the treatment fees and they kept me waiting for two hours then i took my moeny back and canceled the treatment

They give alot of unnecessary treatment to get extra money.internet always not working.
Dental section AC is working properly almost is too hot alao the receptionist keeps listening music which was disturbing us.

بعد معاناة مع عياداة هنديه مثل أستر و ثومبي والم شديد في حلقي لمدة أسبوع وتشخيص خاطئ. نصحني أحد الاشخاص بالذهاب لمستشفي أوريانا. بصراحه الدكتور غسان تخصص أنف وأذن وحنجره بمجرد ما فتح فمي قال تقيح وصديد شديد في اللوز ومحتاج حقن مضاد حيوي شديده لمدة 5 أيام وعلقولي محلول فيه مضاد حيوي حسيت نفسي في نفس اليوم أحسن بكتير وعرفت أنام جزاهم الله خيرا. باقيلي 4 أيام بالعلاج وان شاء الله خير.

Service is good but slow for emergencies, don't go see a GP after 7PM or you gotta wait 2+ hours.

On the ground floor good pediatric doctors and good emergency, nurses work very hard and fast. But on the next floor I was booking appointment for ophthalmologist. They said to come 15 minuets before.totally waiting more than half one hour, doctor late for 20 minuets. Just returned money and spent time for nothing. As cannot wait anymore about my work. For 300 aed per visit, doctors should be on time! Please respect your regular costumers.

It’s very low customer service, i went there with my newborn baby and once i arrives I told the reception lady i have appointment with Dr X and and she start to ask me for his ID? Or his passport i answer he is just few weeks dear here is my id then she ask how old he is i told her again almost one month then she asked a funny question in which year he born? ! Like she doesn’t know what she talk about or she is not giving any kind of attention then she ask me to pay in cash counter wech it was so busy big q and very slow person don’t know how to handle cash, and there’s no token number u need to wait and you don’t know who come first or where u ll go! It’s really unprofessional place

Very bad experience! I went to a dermatologist and the doctor was on her phone or talking to the nurse the whole time. She did not even check my face she just gave me the products. We were also told at the end that the doctor we went to is for cosmetic surgery when we clearly asked for a dermatologist. Would never recommend to go to this hospital for a dermatologist.

They have a good doctors but the worst system and the worst insurance team. They give me the documents to send it to insurance because they have no idea how to do it and I should call and follow up with them because they never call back even when I want to raise a complaint they just ignore it

مواعيد من أسوأ ما يكون. فشل تنظيم. عدم احترام للمواعيد. طبعا حاولنا نشكي الادارة. ولكن عالفاضي. يمكن الادارة مو فارقة عندها الزبون

I was in the UAE for days as a tourist, and I had a real terrible ear pain. I called and came in really quick. The whole staff was helpful. Dr. Khalifeh (ENT) and his staff were very nice and helpful. I got a transcript and by the evening I felt way much better. Vacation saved:)

يقع مستشفى أوريانا في منطقة التعاون بالشارقة ، و يحتل المستشفى مساحة 30000 قدم مربع. كما أنه مزود بمصاعد قادرة على استيعاب الأسرة الطبية لتسهيل وصول المرضى إلى المستشفى دون عناء ، بالاضافة إلى وجود مواقف خاصه للسيارات لراحة المرضى و التسهيل عليهم تم افتتاح الفرع الأول لمستشفى أوريانا في عام 2012 ، هذا وبالإضافه إلى إفتتاح فرع عيادات أوريانا الكائن بمنطقة البحيره بالشارقة ببرج الريم على مساحه تقدر ب 5000 قدم مربع والذي تم افتتاحه في بداية عام 2016.

Very poor service waiting for two hours to do a blood test super bad service I don’t recommend it at all the staff and the nurses are walking so slow and they don’t know what to do in the hospital and you need to remind them that you are waiting

Very bad hospital! Always hours of waiting for everything! I dont know why they bother and take appointments from patients and they never commit to them! Always waiting minimum half an hour to see a doctor! Always waiting minimum an hour to get the injections why do they take this amount of patients from the first place? All about money! All sick patients waiting for hours when all they want to do is rest at home! I do not recommend this hospital at all. Not even one star
