Such a worst insurance, they make many stories for declaining the claims. If u prefer for only viral fever or cough go for this, not recommended for any other tests or medical emergencies.

Worst insurance company ever. Firstly they take so long to approve a request for visiting a specialist doctor then they reject your medicine approval after doctors diagnosis. Coz as per them it doesn't fit into there category of medicines. That's their way of harassing a patient. It was big mistake taking this insurance.

I would like to tell everyone that no one can do insurance. Check reviews before getting insurance. Very very bad insurance

I had very bad experience with orient insurance office staff. I had called for an interview on 26-10-2020. Very unprofessional I must say, the lady called me on the 26th morning at 10: 30 AM and asked me to attend an interview at 1: 00 pm on the same day. She didn’t tell me any details about the position or the interviewer name. She just simply send the location on WhatsApp and asked to go there. No professional email nothing. As we all know how much we are suffering with job opportunities due to pandemic so I left with no Choice but go there. The office was situated in al majaz 3 area sharjah. I wanted to be on time so I reached there by 12: 30 pm. There was no receptionist no concerned person whom I can ask about the interview. The people who passed by me had no idea about any interview. They were looking strangely at me. I tried to find anyone who had the knowledge about interview but no one had. Then I called the lady who called me for interview. After multiple calls she picked up the phone when I asked her whom should I meet or what is the position for which the interviews are going on she said she had no idea about anything so asked me to wait. It was very strange. There was no one but only me in the waiting area. There were staff who all are roaming around but no one came and ask me about what I’m looking for. After half an hour one gentleman came and took my CV even he doesn’t have any idea clearly but he asked me to wait for 5 minutes then he would call me for interview. I waited for 2 and half hours there but no response. I could see him chit chatting with his colleagues and roaming here and there but didn’t call me inn to take interview. They called me at 1: 00 PM and made me wait there till 3: 30 pm when I was about leave from there the gentleman came to me and he didn’t even say sorry for making me wait that long he simply said we were in discussion come in now. I went in there were another gentleman sitting inside the conference hall, he asked me only one thing If I have any experience in life insurance sales I said no he said Thankyou and asked me leave. I mean for that 30 seconds interview I was made to wait that long? In my CV it is clearly mentioned which field I belong to and what is my experience the. Why did they call me even. Worse worse worse management. Worse company. Yes we are suffering and we are helpless due to pandemic but don’t take advantage of this and play with people.

It was really a bad experience there. They have no clear communication with the customers. I totally had a devastating experience over there.

This review is regarding answering the phone.at first the call went through and when I asked if this is Orient Insurance the lady who answered said "no this is 06 5682044! " when I tried again it went to the auto machine and when press for operator no one to pick up, many times tried and no answer. I think ill go to HQ office.

VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY MENTION THEY GIVE RENT A CAR DURING FIXING UR CAR BUT THEY RARELY ANSWER YOUR CALL AND WHEN THEY ANSWER MY CALL THEY MENTION TO ME TO GO TO BODY SHOP DROP UR CAR AND CALL THEM ONCE YOU DROP UR CAR THEY MENTION THEY WILL CALL U BACK TO UPDATE THE STATUS OF UR RENT A CAR THE NEXT DAY AFTER WHICH THEY NEVER CALL BACK FOR ONE WEEK, I TRIED CALLING THEM AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. IN SUMMARY I SPENT 1200 AED FOR TAXI WHILE I CAN HAVE FIXED MY CAR FOR 400AED IN ALQUOZ: (WITHOUT THIS AL FUTTAIM ORIENT INSURANCE.

Very bad customer service. Nobody picks the phone call but it shows open. But in duabi immediately call is responded.

For motor claims, the "photographer" is only available from 3 to 3: 30 pm, while in Dubai's HO, he is available the whole time.

I had to visit twice and didn't get a useful outcome. In Dubai's HO, however, it took me less than 10 minutes to get everything done.

Shows its open from 8 am
And i have been trying to call them from 8.15- 9.30 and No one answered
Where as dubai branch picked up my call and transferred to sharjah which again ended up with no answer

Later they did picked up the call around 9.45
and they gave me a timing from 3 pm- 3.30 pm for car insurance claim for (non-agency)
That’s ridiculous!

No option to send the report on online like other insurance company like RSA
And the worst part i have to go there in between 3 pm - 3.30 pm
Thats half an hour
Never gonna take any insurance from orient again

Guys i don’t recommend this company for car insurance, i would rather go for RSA insurance
They are good at their work and simple
No headache at all

Bad experience. While giving the insurance they sing praises of themselves, but when you go to claim something, they say it is not out fault. And make make the customer do everything. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. All the documents they want are original. I will have to go to the coart and the Police station just to get an extra copy of all the original documents.

Thank god my car is totaled, because i am never going to Orient Insurance ever again.

Worst experience with this insurance company. Very long time taking and long process. Settlement is pending from 22/09/2018 till now not done. After submitting all documents and spare key now they called me asking me to submit spare key. They lost the key and asking me to arrange another key. They are really pathetic. Never go to any of the orient insurance motor or medical both are pathetic.
I took medical insurance for my wife, while buying they confirmed maternity is covered but when went for check up to the doctor they were saying maternity is not covered since status is single. After that I canceled the medical insurance and refund also took another 1 month. They are working like they are the boss and not willing to listen anything. It’s better to go any other insurance but not orient insurance. I did a big mistake of trusting this Al futtaim and orient insurance.

If possible I could give negative ratings.
