They will show you a flat, take money and then say that flat has problems and make you wait for another flat. Horrible service. There is agent names Ali jilani, he will take money and never return and say he doesn’t have that money because he spent it else where and then run away. Dont waste your time with them because you will suffer.

No safety and security
No pest control, full of cockroaches in the building
Taking others money through various sources in the name of initial maintenance, annual maintenance, deposit, other charges, commission, etc etc etc
And when we ask for any maintenance no one will attend and even if attended will not do the work and will ask us to wait, so that automatically our contract will finish and will get fed up with them and leave that building.
When asking for deposit back, will make u walk and call on daily basis for 3 months even after providing all clearance documents on time.
At last will give one day for deposit refund and will make us wait for whole day and will say that again will deduct charges for maintenance, even if no maintenance done in your flat for the whole year.
While drafting this Iam still waiting in their office expecting they will give at least a small amount.
All those who are going to deal with this people be very careful.
I suggest you not to deal with this people at any chance.
And by mistake if you have dealt with them, make sure not to give such maintenance or any other additional charges in the beginning. Even if u pay in the beginning, they will deduct from you from your deposit.
Full Deposit will not be returned to you at any cost.

Worst experience ever, i paid a refundable deposit of 2000 dhs in cash, they returned it back 1500 dhs only!

This is a fraud company, they had a agent named Ali jilani who took money for the municipality contract attestation and ran away with the money. This company doesn’t exist anymore, just a bunch of pakistani people who are roaming in the market with company receipt and giving it to the people. Stay away and save your money

The tenants who are looking to rent a apartment with oxford real estate, please be careful when you deal with these people. I have given the flat back to them, in the same condition how i got but now there one person Mr Malik, says 850 will be charged on the name of maintainance. When i asked for what maintainance this 850 will be charged, he says with every tenent they deduct 850 from deposit money. Maintenance of the whole building is so poor that one cannot live in this apartment as it's full of cocroches, even after twice doing pest control these chocroches doesn't disapper. So many families because of this didn't do renewal. Now this is what happens when u ask for ur own deposit money. Worst part is they use abusive language with customers, i thought in UAE laws are strict, however very sad to see there is not much difference here also. People may ask why not to report to police, but then, how will one gonna prove. Worst experience. There office is located in al nahda sharjah, opposite building of bab al nahda restaurant building.

Not recommending to work with this company. Big mistake for me. Not responding, not professional and not taking care about their tenants.

If you are living in this building it’s mean you are in the worst building of the world.no maintenance.some time for long time no water supply.no good drainage system.always bad smell.always lift problem.but the good thing is that low price, cheaper in rent compring others.
