I sent a parcel paid for it for air freight. Paid the premium on this also!
Was told would take no longer than 5-7days which is usual process.

4 weeks on, been told it’s at the destination country and I still haven’t had the delivery or even a call on that end.

I’m calling continuously to the person I dealt with of the company on the uae side and either get no answer or told will be a day.

4-5 weeks on and we are still in the same position!

I send my cargo from dubai tu pak it’s been 41days still not get it, I will not recommend at all I’m still waiting for my parcel. Very disappointed
