I have controversial thoughts after visiting this place. I noticed, some people have already mentioned about disadvantages that I want to highlight as well.
From one side this place looks nice, the interior is modern, almost all of the workers are nice. From the other side this place is pretty loud if there are people inside, there is no toilet (you even cannot wash your hands) and the sofas aren’t comfortable.
Likewise, about food - I didn’t understand their prices at all, the bun is really underpriced (9 AED only) but the tea is 41 AED. The bun looks nice but it wasn’t perfect since I felt the taste of yeast. Moreover, the almonds are sooo huge and solid that I was not able to chew it. However, the tea was awesome. The whole idea of putting the candle under the kettle is amazing! I have never seen it before. The tea was hot around 2 hours and this is just great.
In addition, I wanted to order frappé before going home but they do not have any milk alternatives such soya, coconut or any plant-based milk, which is a big downside.
Just wanted to mention that the menu book is really old and should be replaced since it makes your place looks cheaper.
I’m not sure if I would come back. Anyways, thank you.
The staff are incredible and very friendly, I love their redesigned packages I would recommend you to try visiting this place. Also, I tried their lasagna and surprisingly it is very good also known as their best seller so I highly recommend it. Lastly, its a good place to study or work.
Tea was served in paper cup, the taste of tea and the bun has deteriorated from what it was before. Not a speciality tea anymore We prefer the DCC branch anytime if at all we wish to have pappa roti next time
I love their buns and tea. Tried cold coffee this time which was full of milk and tasteless. The waiter didn't do anything when I informed about the same as well.
But the bun was excellent. They Dont have any discounts, unfortunately. Rest all is ok.
Different flavored place.took my kids as like every other kids they also love chocolate all in all nice experience a bit towards expensive side but okay.
A better and more lively location. Papparoti buns are well known, but the staff here is extraordinary. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a good time at the shop.
The worst pasta I have ever tasted. It was soooo spicy and they didn’t even ask if I like it spicy or not. I have never seen penne arabiata pasta with chili sauce.
Sharjah branch is the worst branch of Papparoti. The music is very loud and staff has attitude. The environment is very noisy even you can not hear someone near you

This coffee shop is famous by their bun which is amazing you could add flavors on the bun but the coffee and juice are not good the juice taste like water
This place is located in the heart of sharjah, with a water front view at the other side of the road. Serves a normal pappa rotti standard and quality food. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, usually crowded this place is. It's not necessary that u will get a parking right in front of the shop, parking lots are also bit crowded always, may be u can park the other side of the road and walk over. Be careful all are paid parking zones!
Literally speaking the most delicious buns I have ever had. Perfectly toasted and crunchy to bite from outside and buttery from inside. Their ambiance is very good. Their menu makes us tempting to order more. One of the best place to eat something special.
