Without further ado, mainly there are mostly Cons, Pros are so few. Here's why.

NOT Following the UAE Labor Codes.
They are a consultancy who mostly hires freshers/with no experience. They give immediate offer letter stating that they will process your visa within a month, but then will not stick to their word and and will keep the hired freshers in the dark regarding their Visa. They terminate the employees hired after a month or two, how? They will find one fault thats it. Worst thing is, some paid fines because of overstaying, the company will never shoulder this, reasoning out that there is a month of processing time and the fresher should shoulder any cost of extension at that window. Actually the visa processing is onhold that time in order to further use the hired one. Imagine my bestfriend who extended her Visa only to find in the end that she will be terminated because of poor performance after 2 months of waiting.

Management is the worst.
Almost all experienced workers left because of the lacking quality management system. Delayed salary release because of different company names they assigned the employees to.

NO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR EVERYONE. Standards are based on the one person at the top. Beware of the bosses there namely Das and Riyaz, they are two-faced men, they will asure you with words regarding your good performance and Visa, they like verbal agreements only.
STRESSFUL Environment. Beacuse of the two bosses mentioned above.

Worst Company Overall in my opinion with reference to my best friends' experience.

Petrofac Tower 1 is a popular destination for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently located near many of Sharjah's major attractions, including Al Khan Beach, the Sharjah Aquarium, and the Sahara Center.

Nice huge office building in Sharjah, 2 or more buildings combined togeather through an internal bridge. The mess is huge to have lunch and they have great variety available. Restroom and Prayer rooms are available on ground floor and on top… Huge meeting and conference rooms… Overall great office building…

They do not care about society.their employees park their cars in any place.they do not respect neighbor

I have a visit to it, to take an appointment with FM, I met security guard at reception, and his behaviour was rude, shared nothing with me.

Petrofac’s two flagship ‘towers’, in Sharjah’s Al-Khan district, are an iconic landmark for the business. Tower I & Tower II are accommodating around 4,000 employees between the two adjacent buildings.

Petrofac has spreaded over 2 towers.there is a brunch at the ground floor of tower one which serve very good quality of food at reasonable price.a major name in EPC companies for oil and gas sector.nice office culture, nice people to work with.there are less options for restaurant near by.so better take care of your own food.there are residential apts near by to live near by your office area.if your office is same location.
