Dreadful service of your two staff name Sunita and Chamli. Drinks was served after 20 minutes.that’s why I called one of your staff name Chamli and asked her about the drinks since we are already eat three slices of pizza. The worst thing she did - she just look and no reply at all. Again I’ve been waiting that it will be served it’s because I already informed her.but again 10 minutes waited drinks not served.till I stood up and went near in your cash counter and approach again to Sunita. Sunita is the one who served us first. I asked her about the drinks.perhaps thats only the time she remember.and no apology from her side knowing that drinks served so late.

The Egyptian male waiter in this pizza hut branch is very rude and arrogant with customers and his colleagues. He should be terminated from the job immediately. As he is spoiling the pizza hut name. I never dine in the branch because of the rude waiter.

Guys please don't order for this location Al wahda Street they will use your time for nothing delivery are so bad. One hour to received my order and same location I'm Olson al wahda Street

We had a bad experience with this branch staff specially branch Manager Ali Ahmed A non Profesional even don’t know how to speak we visited very next day of EID visited the simply requested them to join two table together as we were 16 peoples together but the reply was very rude from the staff he told its not possible if you want you can sit separately. We can understand if there is rush they cant but there was lots of seats empty hence he made his personal EGO first he said ok than said no not possible either they are not prosional or theire organization did not provide them enough training how to behave with customer we were with families kids he were behaving like he is is KING it was last to had visit there will never ever go again such a parhatic experiance had first time in 18 years in uae.

Nice place to dine in paid parking available outside the outlet. Friendly staff and good service. Take away facility also available.

Me and my family sat down for dine in this bangali worker came up to us and told us there not dinning in at that time, so me and my family went to another fast food place, but later we came back, we saw another family sitting in our space and where we were told not to sit.we asked them where we can file a complain because theres no suggestion about a compain so I asked the cashier and she told us that there can't be an complain, I was shocked that I was even standing in pizza hut and this incident never happened to me.

We had a bad experience with this branch and staff, we visited the branch last Sunday and simply requested them to join two table together as we were 8 people together but the reply was very rude from the staff he told its not possible if you want you can sit separately. We can understand if there is rush they cant but there was lots of seats empty.

Please understand and give best training to the staff to behave to the customers politely and try to give good service.

Went there for a pick up. The food was ready and warm by the time I reached the branch. The staff was attentive and fast, when handing over our order.

Good Quality of pizza with good management and staff I prefer to visit once in a day I hope u will also unjoy it.

The Pizza was soft and freshly baked. But they removed the Salad Bar and are giving in small containers and very very less quantity and also it is not FRESH

Very bad no standerd and what i order they not full fill that i order salad bar and order three salad russian salad he gave vegetable mix salad but even i told him its not Russian salad he told we cald it vegetables mix salad and also other was is coleslaw salad this also not like that its like normal cabbage salad with cheese they are just looted behind their brand name its very poor standerd 0% star

رغم أنه المكان المفضل لي في الشارقة

Very bad service no one will come and ask you about order or anything until you inform the staff you are there to dinner in

I experienced first time Pizza Hut Al wahda road branch with my friends, we really enjoyed quality food, specially the service was really good the lady who assist us
Ms. Naween/Maween was really helpful with a great patience and time dealing. Once again thanks to her who made our time more enjoyable

I enjoy Pizzahut but this location refuses to honor the price if you order online. Online order was buy 1 get 1. At pickup they say we don't give a damn pay full price. Even with email and app confirmation. They have been warned by department of economics. Yet still continue this unethical practice.

They have special offers. And I like the side meals. Especially the bread. I advise you to give it a try

Food was as expected from Pizza Hut. But the lady server was not exactly the most friendliest or pleasant. It seemed like she was being forced to do her job. I don't expect over exuberance from the server but a warm smile and a thank you here and there wouldn't go amiss. Quite frankly there is no chance of me going back there for well below par service.

Nice place and nice pizzas. I tried grand limo pizza which was nice and it’s very big. I think it is good for a family of 6.

Not even a star. The outlet and crew can't handle stress and massive amount of customers. It took 2.5 hours just to fulfill my orders and they forgot my order to make the situation more sweeter. What a trash service.

The place is good for a quick bite and staff is also doing great service but the drawback is the parking, this is located in very densly populated area finding a parking is a hell of a task, plus they are extremely busy on weekends especially on Fridays won't recommend to go there on Friday minimum order serving time is 45 minutes and above, plus they have 2 floors on which they can serve better but operating with ground floor only may be due to staff shortage but all and all I gave 3 because of staff politeness and the food taste, oe else it should be less.

Totally insane to experience Pizza Hut. They took my order for home delivery, confirmed on phone, I waited for an hour, they again confirmed on phone, then they informed that the order is not available at store. Wow! After an hour of waiting, I had to order again.

Nothing less than 1 star to post comments.

Worst delivery service inspite of booking the order prior early, i have recieved the order late by 30min. It took them an hour of time to deliver.
I had ordered for 2 famly Soft drinks which is pepsi and marinda but the delivery guy states i have ordered 2 marinda, first instance was ok can take.
But later on the delivery guy was waiting at the order stating we have not paid the bill though we did a online payment.
When i tried telling him he didnt even reply back and just left which was around 9pm on 24th oct 2019
Later at 2am in the morning that is 25th oct 2019, the delivery guy came n started talking in loud voice that v have not paid the bill. If we have not paid the bill why would you guys deliver the order?
Even though we should him a payment message that the amount is deducted he was arguing.
He didnt even apologies for coming in the odd hour and disturbing.
Every pathetic service by pizza hut.
Never expected from such a leading Hub.
Its very dissapointing.
Note: After all this i am not happy with the pizza provide as we received it very cold, and by the way the soft drinks where hot.
Would not recommend any body to order from you guys.

Customer service was excellent. We could place the orders quickly and the delicious pizza was served without much delay.

It was good. Especially in the afternoon because there are not many people.so you can dine peacefully.

The place really change from great to below expectations in the past year.the waiting staff is in such a hurry to take the order that you will almost feel unwelcome. The pizza is now average with the rest of the side dishes.

Worst experience ever with the receptionist.pizza was ok but the lady who took my order was in a very bad mood. Took my order very rudely. Kind of aggressive behaviour.disappointing.

Nice choices for pizza, pizza hut generaly, but if you want to taste it better you have to choose thin one, because the regular one now adays not covered well with cheese and flavors, 2 to 4 cm on every side empty completely,
About this one no special parking available, i went there on friday so may be because of that i codnt find parking.

Last week we just witnessed an incident here, a group of peoples were sitting on the middle row sofa seats then a family came and asked them to move from their seat to side chairs. They disagreed that and called the supervisor, surprisingly the supervisor also asked the group to move from their seats without any hesitation.luckily, we chosen side chairs otherwise our evening might have badly spoiled.my dear friends, I advise you please avoid to sit on the middle row sofa booth seating in this pizza hut unless you are privileged enough to convince the staffs, you sit there first does not mean that its your place for dining.

The above statement doesn’t mean that I hate any type of privileged people.

New pizza of pizza hut is a super hit.lamo 1 meter pizza with 3 different falvour of ur choice.but in the city center branch u cant buy oy pizza u must have to buy the whole deal with salad garlic bread n drinks.

It was satisfying.deals on dinner were befitting and the ambience was excellent. Enjoyed the experience
