Prestol Auto Maintenance Workshop

Sunday did a great job, Changing the bearing then skimming the break disk and replacing break pads, it was like am driving different car than the one I brought since the bearing noise was gone.conversation was going from time to time so I never feel bored during the time I spent there.

This workshop is really with genuine people and good skills. Mr. Riyaz is a very nice person and true to his heart.can relay on them any problem with vehicles of any brand!

Nice experience to service my car there. But only issue they don't have spare parts so everytime the parts has to be bought from outside which is annoying

Worst service ever, they ruined my car and drove it recklessly to test it which caused a fine.
Car went in fir oil change and cane out needing new seals & 4 shock absorbers l. Then when i took it to fix these things they gave it back with back absorbers nit fixed and flat battery and told me i need to change it.
Also they charged so much fir the fake repair

Very cheap price and workdone on time very good workshop not charging more also i am always repair my car from here good staff also they have knowledge @bout the all cars

I liked this place for one word and that is Honesty. When you go here meet Mr. Mehraj and he will have things done in a smooth transition for you. Had the best experience of a garage.

Not recommended at all. I took my car for a regular check up and change some parts, the car came back with multiple error messages, later on I found out they haven't changed all the parts they were supposed to change eventhough I paid for the parts. I took it back and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the car. Don't bother, no one knows what they're doing here

I went there because of Samuel, but he is not working there anymore. Now mechanics cannot do proper there work. There is manager Yas, if I am owner of that place. I would fire him immediately. He cannot solve complaint in professional way. Terrible service for that price. If you would like save your mind and money just go another place. Not recommend.
P. S.next to them right turn there is Bengali guys, they will fix fast and provide amazing service.

The mechanic did not want to bother adjusting the handbrake so he told me my car's handbrake shoes and some other part need to be replaced (a cost that put me upwards of 400 dhs!) That's purely unethical, I could see the lack of determination in all of the employees I interacted with (the mechanic, the mechanic supervisor, the service advisor). Such workshops need stringent quality (and honesty) checks done on them by the competent respective authorities. Moreover, their hourly labor rate is 150dhs! Workshops in alqouz who service high end cars like Ferraris have that kind of labor rate. I ended up driving all the way to alqouz to the same workshop and they happily adjusted the handbrake for a fraction of the cost saving me almost 500dhs!

Raymond is the man. Excellent communication skills and honest work from him and all the mechanics!

Was surprised to see such nice garage in sharjah.very professional now, befire not good.my car vent for differential work before and samuel make problem with me. Now there is proper method.also they have nice yemini guest greeter and beautiful accounting lady.in sharjah.hahaha.price not bad also if u r froends with new manager.good job.

Prestol is a diamond in sharjah.very surprised at the level of professionalism there.better that of a dealership.right from being looked at and greeted to the staff and mostly the foriegn manager there.no wonder this garage blew my socks off.mechanics r honest and reliable. Prestol has transformed.from an ordinary pakistani garage to a real professional setting.not sure what happened and when but this place is honestly THE BEST GARAGE IN SHARJAH if not UAE.mechanics r clear with their work and u honestly feel ur vehicle is in good hands.
Also there's this new foreign canadian guy by the name of Ray who really knows his stuff. I had an electrical issue that was pending on my car for 4 years and nobody ever really resolved it until Mr. Ray got his hands on my Honda.really impressed.

ASK FOR RAY.don't bother with the other manager Riaz. He knows nothing. Trust me man as for Ray. The guy knows his stuff. I have been going Prestol for 2 years. Samuel is good but very limited knowledge. This Ray guy is professional and very very straight forward. I like that garage. Electrical is weak but they know where to get stuff done. Good prices.

I only went there due to samuel he is best guy knows almost every thing and he is very honest as well guide you in best possible way. Now a days they are charging more than other garages in sharjah though there work force is same but may be due to some office staff which they hired for there small office specially two ladies and one Yemeni guy in my point of view they are of no use instead of that you can hire some good electrician as i also believe its also missing in the workshop sadiq is not good in his work he still required alot of improvement

Great first experience. Mr. Riaz the operation manager is very nice fellow.they did a very good job on my old w210 e420 merc.would definitely recommend.

Samual nice person, however the place is not recommended at all! Just to changing a simple parking lights! They rip my Mercedes parking light cable apart, completely messed up both parking lights electrical system, cost me 3000 aed just to fix it.i don't know what they did to it. Now the whole electrical is completely damaged, they are not professional at all, even for changing a ac compressor or a axel boots. It was the a really bad decision i go to them change it in the first place!
