I am writing this email to complain about the miscommunication and not following up with the patients.

Kindly note that till now no one has contacted me regarding my lab results.
I have spoken with the clinic several times trying to contact Dr. Ghadeer (06-mall branch) about my results and to see what medication I need. But unfortunately with no response.

I am looking forward to hearing from you the soonest, when I can speak with my Dr.

أطباء الاذن و الأنف لا يفهمون معنى حاله طارئه. طلبو من المريض الذي أتى لهم لحاله طارئه ان ياخذ موعد بعد يومين. ؟؟
الطب مهنه إنسانية قبل لا تكون ماديه و وظيفه عاديه.
علما ان 2 من دكاتره الأذن كانو متواجدين في الموقع في لحضتها.
للأسف الشديد أصبحوا ماديين و الطب مجرد وظيفة و المريض خلك تعاني يومين إضافيين حتي نتفرغ لك.

One of the best outpatient services I have experienced. Super thanks to Dr. Ghadeer for managing my severe Anaemia. She personally calls her patients to inform them about the results of the tests and explains the treatment. Really appreciate the rapport she has with her patients.

I was doing my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Akila, she is professional and she has a very nice attitude as well.

Excellent professional hospital.
They have the best dentist in the country.

I had amazing experience with clinic.
Clinic is very clean and organised well.
Highly recommended

Good doctors, but the place is very poorly managed.
If you take an appointment at 9 and show up on time, you will sit and wait for approximately 10 to 15 minutes for staff to arrive and then open up their system.
It will take another 20 mins for you to actually see your doctor.

Last time visiting this clinic. Absolutely worst management takes you nearly an hour to see a doctor even if you book an appointment.
