Very bad service.
I have visited in morning 9:00AM and until 8:00PM I have not received my report which I suppose to receive by 1:00PM as per them, despite calling 2 time to call centre still waiting for my report

Very worst helpline, this is my 5th call no body is answering the call.worst mobile app.not worst very worst.if no body book the appointment from the mobile application, then why you guys us an option to book an appointment.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday with Prime Zero 6 Mall branch and the dentist Ayah. I was dismissed when I came to my appointment and was told to get another appointment another day.not considering that it took me so much time to come to this appointment with 2 babies.knowing that I already booked for this appointment prior by 4 days.
I’ve been dealing with prime for years and it’s so shocking and disappointing for me what I went through this time.

There are good drs here at zero 6, but
DR. SAMEH ELGOUHARI (internal medicine) Is by far the best Dr I have visited in the UAE. For myself and my family. You can visit him for all problems not just a specific problem. He listens attentively, doesn’t rush his patients and makes you feel like a priority. He then gives you detailed feedback to diagnose your symptoms. And if you don’t understand, he makes sure he breaks it down to your understanding. He assures you if you have a worry about a certain issue. He doesn’t push unnecessary tests or medicines on you unlike many drs do in this profession and that’s what I respect most about him. Medicines and guidelines prescribed by Dr Sameh have alway been effective الحمدلله. It is a great piece of mind and blessing to know a good Dr. I don’t really write reviews but I wanted to help anyone who has had trouble finding a good Dr. Thank you Prime for providing such great a Dr. Thank you Dr Sameh Elgouhari for helping me and my family feel better. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding care I have received from Dr. Amatus Sumayya, dermatologist. As a patient suffering from psoriasis, I was a bit apprehensive at first, but that quickly changed after my initial consultation.

I have been visiting Prime medical center since 2020 and they treat the patient in better ways and neatness is outstanding throughout the center. I recommend to meet the Dr Salam (gynecologist).

Half of the disease is already treated with empathy of the doctor. Dr. Salam Al Taleb is the best gynecologist and a great human being. Her vast knowledge in the field and well manners make you to visit the Prime Medical Center Zero 6 Mall - Sharjah again and again. All the staff are very cooperative and helpful. Starting from the reception upto the pharmacy, every steps goes so smooth. Keep it up Prime.

Worst customer service ever! My son missed an exam due to his illness. I have reached out to Zero 6 branch to provide a medical report for his visit which was a day before the exam, but no response. All i get is false promises that it will be shared by email and nothing received so far.

I first visited Dr. Maha Asim last November 2021, I did my first OB check-up with her. She's very professional and her two Assistant Nurses Marbelen and Lea. I always felt comfortable everytime I did my follow-ups. All of them are very approachable and easy to communicate with.

I used to visit Prime Medical Centre at 06 Mall, for Dental problems. I was kindly managed by Dr. Aya Hassan, the Dental Surgeon at the Centre. She was a very pleasant doctor. WORST RECEPTION STAFF SPECIALLY A GUY NAMED SUMAN I GUESS.
We had the appointment for my wife that had sent us SMS for the confirmation for the same and had also given us the call for confirmation.
Once we reached that made us waited for asking for some approval stuff.
If u guys did not have the approval for ultrasound then how come u guys confirmed my appointment and gave us the time.
THE RECEPTION GUY IS SO RUDE AND SPEAKS VERY HARSHLY WE FELT AS IF WE ARE DISCRIMINATED HERE. AS HE WAS NICE AND VERY POLITE WITH SOME LOCAL ARAB PEOPLES COMING TO HIM.

Recommended by a friend and has ever since become my regular clinic. I love the fact that the center has many branches across the emirate. Efficient and clean. Overall, I put my trust in their health care.

ذات يوم اشتقت لِإنجاب طفل ، سالت عن افضل دكتوره لتتابع حالتي بما انه لدي مشكلة فالماضي وجعلتني ان لا أثق بأي دكتوره او اي عيادة ولكنني ام أيئس استمريت في البحث ونصحتني صديقتي بدكتوره مها العزاوي ، تحدثت معها في الهاتف وسالتها عن حالتي وبان ارغب بحمل التوائم ولم تنصحني لان حالتي في قمة الحساسيه والخطورة ، رغم ان هناك دكتوره نصحتني، ولكنني استجبت لدكتوره مها لانها كانت صريحه معي ، واخذت موعد وقابلتها وكانت جدا مرحه وايجابيه، تابعت معها ما يقارب شهر ونص مع علاجها وكانت فرحتي بانني حامل ، اكملت وتابعت حملي معها الى ان ولدت ، فعلا دكتوره تستحق الشكر والدعاء لها اينما كانت، شكرا دكتورتي الجميله.

I've been to many medical centers but this one was the best in regards to the waiting time. It is well organized. I really want to thank Dalia who works there, she genuinely helps patients, seeing the doctor in a timely fashion, checking if they are being looked after, asking if there are any concerns, or simply reassuring nervous patients. I had a bad experience with a gynaecologist during my first pregnancy. Came across dr.maha assim during that time. It was the best decision we took. Every women has different complications while being pregnant, we expect good treatment, care and comfort from the doctor, she is the one who provides it all. I would definitely recommend dr.maha assim if you are looking for the best gynaecologist in UAE.

I took appointment at 2 pm, now it’s 3: 00 pm and I am still waiting. Do you give all people same time appointment or how does it work? I had to cancel another appointment after this due to this delay. You need to stick to appointment or just make it walk in, will probably be the same waiting time.

After a bad experience with a Gynaec in Dubai, we visited Dr. Maha at Prime medical center Zero six. She is extremely professional and accommodating. She was always available to answer any questions I had. One of the best gynecologists I’ve visited so far. I will always be grateful to her.

Completely scared of going to the dentist but Dr.aya did such an amazing job! Didn't feel any pain.

The doctors aren't wearing mask during pandemic time and roaming in the centre.what more irresponsible attitude you expect.
The reception staff has not much work to do and since they have developed habbit not to work.even when the paitents arrive they dont work effectively and professionally.dont expect a professional approach from employees of this branch.someone from higher managment of prime clinic should intervene on priority to maintain the usual high standards of prime centre zero six mall.my experience of multiple visit for same reason has pushed me write the review and not to visit this branch again.

Been to Prime for a dental procedure for my daughter. Even though a dental procedure is a scary deal for kids, Dr Aya Youssef made sure that she is comfortable. A great experience and will definitely recommend Dr. Aya and Prime Medical Center at the Zero 6 mall.

Prime has proven itself not only afforable but effecient. As a Westerner living in Dubai trying to grow a family it can be a daunting prospect. However, Dr Maha Asim has been fantastic. She is beyond caring in offering her knowledge to give you the best chance at conception. She is knowledgeable and informative and shows compassion for her patients. If you are in need of an OBGYN I highly recommend her. I can't speak for the other doctors there, but if they are anything like Dr Maha you are in good hands at Prime Medical.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Rayan Saleh. She is the best doctor I have come across in my life. I have never seen a doctor care so much about a patient and go out of her way to serve the patient. She answers her phone and WhatsApp messages even late at night and outside her working hours. Not only did she give us all the support she could, but she spoke to other doctors and got them to support us as well. She is a true angel of mercy. God bless her and the staff at the clinic for all their support.

One of the most professional, peaceful medical centre I have been to. An environment that heals you as you enter the clinic. I have been seeing Dr. Rayan Salih (GP) for some time now and she is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have come across so far. I feel half of my illness has gone just by seeing an empathetic doctor, who genuinely cares for her patients. Her professional language and prompt answers to all the queries show she researches alot and is updated as a doctor, does not only rely on her previous knowledge. Since I am one of those patients who have endless queries, she always welcomes every question and clarifies them calmly.

Visited the center based on a recommendation when I was looking for a pediatric. Dr. Hani is one of the best pediatrics I have ever met! Very professional, caring and always there to help even in the early morning hours when we have an emergency. And most importantly the kids love him.
The staff as well are very friendly and professional.

I just wanted to say that the place is really clean, organized, parking was easy, the front desk were welcoming and quick, i got the approval within half an hour. Dr. Nusrat; the specialist radiologist was very meticulous in her examination and easily reported my case (which was challenging). I really recommend the place to others.

Newly opened clinic. Very spacious and clean. It is a specialist branch, Support staff is good, most important part is waiting time is not more, been there a couple of times and had a good experience. Consulting Dr Shams was satisfying. And the experience during flu vaccination of both my kids was also good. Over all very good.
