I visited Dr Kapil many times. His behavior is very nice. He is listening all my problems very nicely and very knowledgeable doctor in the city of Orthopedic.
I have been visiting this clinic since 5 plus years. Good hospitality from all ground staff and good customer service from Mr azlan DR. Shipra and her nurse are very kind and helpful. Very much recommended.

The filipino doctor gave me anti-allergy (cough syrup) because Im having trouble sleeping, I was wondering if its okay to take cough syrup even if you dont have a cough? I was about to have general check-up, but dr.dennis told me not to do it because i am healthy and the insurance might not approve it because i dont have any health issues. But my point is that sometimes even if you dont feel any symptoms to your body, you may not know theres already something wrong inside your body. The reason why I would want to have General Checkup so I would know if Im totally healthy. So the ending, I just wasted my time & money going to this hospital. P. S.the kabayan receptionist upstairs needs to have customer service training.

راجعت عيادة الاسنان في هذا المركز، الدكتورة رائعة و المساعدة ايضا، هناك بطء في خدمة الاستقبال بسبب وجود موظفة واحدة تقوم بالتسجيل لكافة الاختصاصات و هذا غير مقبول بسبب التأخير الذي يحصل الامر الاخر هو عدم الجدوى من اخذ الموعد لانه لا يوجد التزام في حالة قدوم شخص من غير موعد و اخذ رقما في التسجيل قبل صاحب الموعد مما يجعلك تذهب مبكرا و تجلس مدة طويلة لا تقل عن نصف ساعة لتكون من اول الحاصلين على رقم وهووامر سيء في الظرف الصحي الحالي هناك مصعد و و عدد مقبول من اماكن الانتضار، لا يتم اعطائك فاتورة بتفاصيل المبلغ الذي قمت بدفعه او تفاصيل الدفع الذي تم للتأمين
Me ang my cousin rhio went to clinic to consult Dr. Reema shes a very good Dr and the reception people is very accomodating Especially Paul Francis even though they have lots of patients they manage to accomodate every one on time. I highly recomend Prime alqasimia branch. Thanks to Mr Paul and to the Arabic guy in the counter.stay safe always. God Bless.

On 28 march 2021 I visited the prime medical center Al qasmia Sharjah. The staff at the counter doesn't know how to deal with the customers. I would appreciate it if a professional training is provided to the concern staff (Paul francis).
Good service specially the person name Mourad who was on reception and the one taking the temperature at the entrance door was very nice.keep it up. And stay safe.
I am usually one of those people who really hate/are scared of visiting hospitals and doctors. However, my shoulder and wrist pain really forced me to decide on visiting an ortho. Based on a friends recommendation I visited Dr. Kapil Bakshi in Al Qasimia Branch.
He was really patient and carefully listened to everything I explained about my pain and issues. He did not waste anytime in ensuring that all the required diagnostic tests are performed and really pin pointed the issues that required more priority.
He referred me to physio, Dr. Maria Prem (same branch) who also played a key role in my recovery. Apart from the treatment, she really took time and effort in explaining every small details about the exercises and workouts that I needed to focus on. Really talented, patient with the patients, a very good listener and cheerful!
Overall, my experience has been extremely positive and I would be more than happy to recommend both Dr. Kapil and Dr. Maria to anyone who needs to visit an ortho or a physio.
They not only helped me get back to playing cricket again but have somewhat made me a little less scared of doctors: D
One of the worst service in terms of waiting despite of patient is in severe pain the doctor and the staff will take ages to visit. They don’t have any time limits will drag every patient more then an hour even if there is no one in the waiting. Never visit again and advises also please do not visit this branch if you have any serious problem.
I hate Prime medical center and I neve go there again in my life, even I will not recommend anyone to go there for the treatment.
I visited prime medical center on 02/01/2021 and meet with a GP doctor because I have a little corn on my feet. So I explain everything to the doctor and tell her to refer me a Dermatologist. She told me we will send for approval once it done we will call you. After 2 days I got a call from the medical center that it's approved and you can come for the treatment.
Next day I visited the medical center they give me a paper and told me that you have to visit a another medical center for the treatment because we don't have dermatologist here in Prime medical center.
I said it's ok I just want to fix my problem it's doesn't matter which medical center is going to fix it.
I took this paper and visit to the medical center which they referred me (Riaz specialist medical center, plot number 265, near Al dana plaza) but this medical center again told me that we do not have dermatologist here in the medical center. I was so upset.
Now my question is before refering me to the another medical center did they check that the other media center have the required doctor available or not?
These guys are here just to make money from the people and waste their time only
This medical center has always been good for me, have good receiption service and doctors are also very good and understanding the problem, giving the right medicines, special thanks to Dr. Reema for diagnosing and treatment of my typhoid, good job prime medical center

All staffs are very helpful and very friendly. I am frequent visitor in prime and every time I came here staffs are always there for us to help calmly.

Very bad experience in this very unhealthy times the prime medical staff have been un co-operative in doing their jobs. My mother has been positive for COVID-19 and the prime medical staff have still not been able to give our reports when we had given tests for my mother. This was 1 week ago when my mother gave her test for COVID - 19. Still no response from prime medical staff.
Visited Dr. Irfan at prime medical centre qasmia last week with heavy shoulder pain.diagnosed the reason of pain and start the treatment.he suggested to physiotherapy for five days.today i complet the therapy, and now i feel very comfortable and no more pain also.very apreciatable and dedicated physiotherapist, their knowledge and experience also excellent.thanks to prime medicals
