Extremely horrible experience! Staff including supervisor was very unprofessional. Although i brought his attention to lacking of his staff but he started giving lame excuses to defend his staff. At end of the full car wash service the interior of car was dusty and dirt marks was on inside of doors. Their soap and dirty clothes didn't help either.

Washing is ok.but customer handling is very very poor…there is no first-come-first-server approach….

Their attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning is commendable. My car looked brand new after their service, and the staff was friendly and professional

Very bad service.after washing my car there was still dirt on the side ends. I saw other customers also complaining about their car wash when I was there. We have to properly inspect and make them redo the washing. Very pathetic service

The worst service I've ever seen. The vacuum guy put his dirty hands on my seats and spoiled everywhere, and they didn't even care when i showed it to their other stafs. Please if you want your car to be clean, don't come here. Inefficient people with bad mindset.

Don’t go for spoil your car, patient, cleaning, rude staff. Not proper clean and even payment. If u talk with their staff they start fighting with you.

I usually wash from this place, once after full wash there was still mud inside the door water holder, when we asked them to clean, they were arguing with us. Now many of their staffs have been changed and service is slightly better

I am a regular customer and i have recommended many of my collegues to do the wash and oil change here, but what they did today is full of trash… i was waiting fir more than an hour after vacuuming and i told him ill come later but he charged me for vacuuming. Paying 10 dhr is not a big thing but doing this to a regular customer whats worse that dude who makes bill made profit to his company by loosing a customer.i highly recommend not to visit this kind of trash service car wash, spend a 10 dhr more and could get better service somewhere else.

I was a regular customer of their car wash service for all my family cars. Recently their service is very bad. Dust still remains after cleaning the car and upon pointing the dust, even cleaners or supervisor dont bother to clean it for you. Don't go here if you want reliable service.

Good place for car wash. Worth to do full wash.
Staffs working hard with dedication.
Waiting area with AC is ok with drinking water.
Over all area seems to be less when compare to similar car wash place.

Highly recommended for full car wash the standard pack of oil changes comes with body wash, thou one can get a full wash for extra 20 aed.

Went on a Saturday and was a bit crowded but managed to get the service done within an hr.

New place, decent price for car services like wash or lube chane.be mindful with lube change as you must know your engine oil grade like 5W30 Fully synthetic is good for all gasoline engines.

It's a new car wash and service center. I've done "full wash" of my car. Time taken around 35-40 minutes, as there was no rush. Price is average -
* Full wash 30 Dhs
* Body wash 20 Dhs
* Oil and filter change 4L 90 Dhs
* Oil and filter change 5L 105 Dhs
(with this option body wash free)
Operation time Morning 8: 00 am - 9: 00 pm. Outside the compound available parking. It's new, still they are decorating the office and waiting area. Free Drinking water, Coffee and toilet facility available. I feel man power is less or may be due to late hour some of them left. Good luck for them.

I had a very bad experience from this service center. I went there as it is a new place and to make a try. They did oil change service for my car. First of all the guy who did the oil change doesn’t know how to fix back the air filter after cleaning it. He tried it for some time and another guy game and helped him to fix it. Even the second guy also doesn’t know how to fix it. But some how he fixed it. From this 15 to 20 minutes of time they took to fix, I understood they are not professionals. Then I thought, it is new service center and it is fine. But when I started my car, engine check yellow light in my odometer was lighting even after starting the engine (this light usually goes off when we start the engine). (Everything was perfect with this light before they open my car hood for oil change. I am 100% sure that this problem happened somehow when they were trying to fix it). I know it a small problem and it can be easily fixed from any garage. But, when I showed them this issue, they were ignoring me and told, It is not their headache and its your car and you need to fix it. They didn’t even try to look at this problem. Just told it not their mistake. They didn’t even apologize me or they didn’t take any responsibility. This reaction from them really upset me. When they are running such a big business, at least they should give some type of importance for customer satisfaction.

I strongly recommend you all don’t take a chance with your car in this place.
