I heard form one of my my friend who worked here for past few years, they will pay him salary 2months once. Now he left organisation but still they have 1year of pending salary with them.

Just joined recently with the company, before itself lots of negative reports came. But I accept the challenge and joined.

Hi, it’s unfortunate that QICL has deleted all truth review messages.
We are burning our hands but not yet recover our long pending accrued salaries since 2019.
They offered attractive salary to candidates but not pay salary each month. Current employees are having 18 to 24 months salaries as O/S.

It’s their nature, they will not pay to workers, employees & suppliers.
Huge numbers of grievances are registered in HAMRIYAH FREE ZONE SHARJAH & FUJAIRAH FREE ZONE AUTHORITY.

I being an employee had a very good work atmosphere and learning space for which iam really greatfull to the entire management and co-staffs who where very much cooperative and supportive.

Quality International is one of the best company in Uae. Having good facility and very good management team. Great working environment with supportive staffs.

Mostly fake reviews. These people have no business ethics or whatsoever. They owe us a large sum of money for almost one year now and we have been lied to over and over again. So far 3 companies we know have field legal action. Dont make that mistake in dealing with them - stay away from them!

As of my experience I feel very happy to be a part of QICL.
Cooperative and friendly management, disciplined environment, learn so many new things.
Due to covid have issues all over the world, same all companies facing but even in covid QICL stayed on its feet's.
Some people posting about salaries etc, but as of my experience with company we are getting our salaries on time.
At last I say QICL one of the good company in UAE.

QICL was my first company and I have learned lot from there. I would like to thank Mr. Ramesh who selected me in interview at mumbai. QICL has only one issue that salary delay they would pay to their staffs when they got paid from clients but QICL will not cheat any 1 dhrm from anyone, all QICL need is time.

One of my friend had very bad experience as an employee. They haven’t given 6 months salary and gratuity for over 5 years working. Try search out for company before joining. They recruit new staff for new projects to save money thats what I feel. Be cautious

Quality International had assigned me to take some photographs from Hamriyah Freezone as they were exporting their product to a foreign country. I came from Dubai and almost spent half day with them. Still they did not pay a single fills. I called them many times, but never responded. Stay away from them, reputation is Zero

This company is not worth for even single star. Because they are crooks. Their main thing is do not pay to the clients. They will take the service and will conveniently ignore the clients. The company manager Vilas is a fool at the same a big crook too.

Be careful while dealing with this company. There are several complaints about this company about non-payment to different kind of suppliers that range from photography, raw-materials, machinaries, media etc. Social reputation is very low. Credibility is Zero. And no one trust them. So stay away

If you deal with this people, ensure that you will be paid for your service or supply. They will not pay for your supply. They have shameless directors and staff. So double check, before you enter in any deal

My second company in UAE. I worked 6 years (2010-2016) in this company. Good company and good peoples. I really happy with this company.

I have worked almost 6 years in QICL. QICL have good facilities. QICL helped me to learn lot of things to develop a good career.
