The services that I receive from Reem Medical Diagnostics Centre is excellent. Dr. Laksmi and the staff are friendly and especially the insurance department Ms. Satya and Aparna are really helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I went there before for covid test and I met one clinic manager Mr. Soyeb he is such a helpful/good person, and other staff are also friendly n comfortable to talk.it was a great experience to visit this medical center for me.

I visited the cinic recently and the front desk especially Mr Ameer was very helpful and kind enough to guide us to the doctors and felt very comfortable coz whenever you go anywhere the first impression is that matters, and because of their hospitality we think of al reem whenever it comes to medical treatments.

Best clinic have ever visited, doctors here are very professional and experienced. They behave very politely with their patients and the nurses and staffs are very helpful.

I took my kids to consult the dentist and paediatrician. My 6 year old son was very nervous to visit the dentist. But Dr Shubha was very kind and friendly with my son made him sit very comfortable. She did the root canal and fee is also very pocket friendly. Dr Mandhar is the one who are looking for the special gentle. He is very caring and genuinely interested in your child’s health. It’s a best experience as in the medical and diagnosis center in middle of Sharjah Rolla city. Warm welcome, experienced doctors and kind supporting staff with well directions. Keep it up good hospitality as always.

Insurance staff & front office very harsh behavior & Lab. Staff not qualified, two times blood samples collect, I recommend not to visit Rolla centre Pls.

I visited there center on 13th September 2020
It was really a bad experience at the reception
1stly receptionist didn't respond me (bowing his head down) although I was standing in front of him.

2ndly he told system is down therefore need to wait, maybe 30 mins.to 1 hour or even more.

3rdly than he told we dont have technician to take blood sample, & they are running a diagnosis center.

Therefore i switched my mind to other diagnosis center.

Hope that u improve ur services for future.

This is to say that the team of doctors is excellent beyond the shadow of a doubt.
Can't say the same about the administration though.
One would expect way better. AVIVO is a huge group and it's highly disappointing to see that none of the telephone numbers provided are being received.
We tried around 5-8 numbers none of which were received.
How is one supposed to make an appointment?
And if one goes without a prior appointment majority of the time it is said at the reception that the doctor is "unavailable on the premises today". "timings are such and such".
One must learn to respect and value the time of others.there simply cannot be an excuse for such a service!

They are the best in UAE, they take very good care for all the patients and very good customer service. Mr. Jose, Senior staff in Reem take care of each patient by himself. The cashier was also so polite and the staff nurse for the tests was so gentle and had no pain. Very happy with Reem, Rolla branch.

I went there to check my stomach pain. I had to wait for long. The place is full of houseflies and cockroaches. The receptionist comes after the doctor comes hence we have to wait for the receptionist to get the slip to see the doctor. The doctor was good but not a good medical center and receptionist.

Bad hospitality and no professionalisam found with reception staffs. They were not pleasant with patients and busy talking their personal issues and other matters loudly during busy hours. I have seen same complaints by other patients in reviews and it seems they are not ready for any change though others complain about it.

I'd like share my experience that my wife got fainted because of low BP and I took her there but they told there are 10 people waiting (all men) and did not get any kind of consideration for the emergency. I went there because it happened just the same place. I don't think in any were in this world will ignore for the emergency but they do. I would request all of you pls go to another clinic at least you will be safe there. In reem if you happened to fell down aslo they won't care you. For them it just a business.

Had to visit Reem medical diagnostics centre for usg scan of my wife. I was shocked to hear the experience of my wife with Radiologist Tasneem. She didn have the patience to let my wife lie down for usg and kept complaining lie down fast i dont have time for all this.she didnt even consider that my wife was pregnant and ended up hurting my wife during the scan. Never have i heard such behaviour and apathy from a doctor in UAE. Even government doctors in India behave better.

The waiting time near the reception is same like waiting at a market premises. Instead of listening to the customers waiting at the reception, they are busy discussing personal matters among each other, loudly as well.
Also, While radiologist is doing scanning, the assistant who is dealing with the computer (who is supposed to type the report) is busy with her personal activities like stock exchange monitoring in the computer with another opened window, rather than listening to what the doctor says. She acts like a multitasker.

Reverse is the case to all those negative reviews. I didnt waste much time there and they help me alot to make sure mu insurance Approved all my tests and they did. DR. RAJANI is so nice and wonderful. Am happy i choose this clinic for tests and will love to recommend to others. Greet job REEM TEAM

Very Bad service, Gp Male dr is very rude behavioir. He dont have time to see the patient.shouting to patients and no patient manners.rating below zero.

This is the second time i taking online appointment and once i reach there all the way from my stay almost 1 hour, after reaching there, they will say doctor is on leave, so what they are checking before giving the appointment? The clinic located above the juice world have no space, the sick patient has to stand out side or wait inside and it is too small to accomodate

Reem Diagnostic centre.al Ahlia exchange building. Dr. Mohammed Badrzaman very rude and upon requesting too much also he totally refused to check my 5 month baby because its at 9 we went there he said we should go before that time but do we know when emergency occurs and when there will be a need of doctor.is it based on his time.and is this bahaviour acceptable or can anyone tell me can we contact ministry of health for refusing to treat baby patient.please reply reem diagnostic centre.and he still had 4 to 5 patients waiting.

Dear Reem’s admin team, this is not review, yesterday 7/7/2018 I come there for some checkups, to be honest with you such a worst experience I had. In this hot summer the main reception A/c not working, lots of patients are waiting there. Because of the humidity and temperature kids are crying and parents are shouting to the receptionist.
The neatness and arrangements are very poor, I never expect like this from a hospital. It is a small request from my side; please try to give more importance for the patients and ty to improve facilities.
