Rip off, their prices are higher by 30% then other supplier. Got a EN24 bar 30% cheaper then what they charged me previously from a neighboring supplier.

Not professional, they don't respond to requests just tell you they will look in it then complete silence and no responses what so ever, be professional and have the curtesy to respond either not have it or don't want to work.
