, I am a hardcore fan of Renault, and since 2017, I have been exclusively using Renault vehicles. However, unfortunately, I didn't feel a friendly and welcoming atmosphere inside the showroom. The showroom was quiet and moody, and the Renault sales team didn't show positive and pleasant smiles or interest.
I came to trade my car 18/05/23 because of current trade in offer and offer is mentioned 10000 additional than market price, but until now, I haven't received any feedback from your side, even though you took photos for evaluation.
Worst technical team ever.however Mr. Any service adviser is very supportive.and prices are very high for Renault as compared to other brands.if you're facing any serious issues with the car better to visit outsource garages in Ajman.there are hidden gems in ajman industrial area for those who can rectify any kind of issues of any brand with 10% of the agency cost which is fair enough.
Great service from Sharjah Renault. I sincerely appreciate Mr Sanoop Bhanu, He is extremely helpful and was kind enough to support me for the last 3 years. I travel from Dubai to Sharjah even though there are so many other service stations. I am 100 % satisfied & happy with the services offered by Mr Sanoop and team from Sharjah office. Great service, I sincerely appreciate the Renault team for the great work they extend to their customers, Praveen at parts, is extremely helpful and was kind enough to support me eventhough it was closing time for break he still went out of his way to serve me the parts I needed. This time I had a bad experience. I gave my car for full check but on August 10,2022 but still did not get the report on August 22. Two years ago, Mr Raj was there who guided me well and provided all details alongwith the check up report. This time, Mr Anoop has been promising for the past two weeks that he will send the reports. I doubt if the full check up has been done or not. May I request Service Centre manager to please see the matter.
Mr Thomas is the best person to meet when giving your car for servicing.he is honest and also gives u advise on your car repairs if need to be done. These days all are just adding unwanted repairs to earn more money.but he is not that person.thanks Anil Thomas.enjoy your vacation

Too slow in receiving and delivering the car.lot of signatures and paperwork.took almost one hour to pickup the car.bad experience honestly, prefer to service my car outside next time as will be much faster and cheaper
Very good and fast experience at the service center perhaps due to the low demand for the Renault brand. The staff here are fast and professional and car service is usually done in a single day.
I gave my car on 15th for a service and Exhaust replacement, but the service advisor Sanoop, does not revert on timelines. Every time I call him, its, I will call you back but no call at all for the next 5-6 hours. Extremely bad service.
Very helpful professional people. They did great job. My car had a very bad accident but these people repaired it wonderfully looks absolutely brand new. Keep up the good work
Terrible spare parts unit. TWO times wrote through WhatsApp, THREE times contacted DIRECTLY to managers, and still have no price of simple original Renault brake pads, and can't buy them.
I had to visit them for my renault duster service. I booked the service appointment through Renault mobile app and i got the confirmation SMS. I visited them around 9.30 am Thursday. The reception was great. The service adviser explained the process. They will give you 17 AED worth taxi voucher if you leave the car and go home. I have requested them to return the vehicle on the same day which they fullfilled. I have again visited by evening to pik the car. The service centre manager is very friendly. Overall the first experience was pretty impressive. I definitely suggest this service centre to others. Only one thing which they missed is the follow up call to update me. I had to call their call centre and ask for the work status. But thats fine and not a big deal.
I went there to service my Renault Koleos. They have amazing customer service. The service advisor Mr Raj is so experienced and quick to provide solution for any query.
A great team with complete cooperation and support. Specially the manager Mr Fahdi is a brilliant person who is very enthusiastic and a great leader there. I never saw him sitting simply, he is totally engaged and really understands the customer issues. Thanks Renault for having such a wonderful team for customers.
