From my side its was very bad experience as un professional work it has been medical center so they should be more responsible and very careful about customer but nothing from that, very rude staffs, they are asking us to guide them what has to do step by step. That is why im not trust even for the result and diagnosis what i got from there. Im advising all people to take back step before goin there.

I was skeptical, but I was in and out within an hour. Nice, professional people. It took longer for me to get my prescription filled at this area.

زرت عيادة رياض التخصصية و كان موعدي عند دكتورة عصمت التي اشكر امانتها وحرصها على مصلحة المريض قبل الرسوم ، فقد اقترحت علي تحويلي لدكتور الاذن والانف الحنجرة الدكتور حسن بما انه متواجد حاليا ، لكوني اعاني ألم في الاذن بالاضافة لاحتقان شديد وزكام ، وفعلا قبلت نصيحتها واكتشفت اصابتي بالتهاب شديد في الاذن الوسطى. الدكتور حسن سوداني الجنسية ممتاز جدا
الممرضة التي تعاملت معي في غرفة العلاج ممتازة ايضا (ايدها خفيفه بالابر)

The staff/doctors don’t even care what the patient is going through doctor will come on their own choice of time the staff are giving appointments and the doctors aren’t available

Gynecologist doctors I think have xray vision eyes as they think that the doctor can see through the patient and detect the problem The scan which is done by the doctors as a consultation procedure they expect the patients to pay extra 200 for it?

Before it was a place to give treatment to patients
But now it has turned into a money collection center

A total nightmare, both medical and admin staff are extremely unprofessional, no defined process or pathways, no patients privacy, no communication between medical staff, I was literally asked by the ground floor injection room nurse to take a picture of the medicine vial and go upstairs back to the doctor to tell him that the patient had a reaction to the medicine. And that's not everything.

The worst clinic ever! Very unprofessional service, they shouldn’t have the license to operate at all. They are spoiling the name of Dr. Riaz. They will always tell you to better pay in cash even though you have insurance and would tell you it’s not covered but only to find out that the request got covered the day after you paid them. Pure scam! The receptionist is unfamiliar with the insurance protocol and would keep telling you bad things about your insurance but only to find out that it is her who is making mistake in submitting request and so you wait for long and end up paying! Nurse in the assessment area is rude and would look at you in a bad way. Doctor would keep talking irrelevant issues about how insurance are not paying them and how Dr. Riaz paid millions in cash, it is not our fault! Of course it is your mistake because your receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing and you wont accept it! Even the insurance company said it that you are not submitting request properly and you are not following the guidelines and you are submitting multiple same request at the same time! Clinic is NOT organize AT ALL! And would even blame their other department just to save their selves and they wont accept their mistakes. Their is a complete lack of management here. Patients are sitting in the waiting area with legs up. I regret coming to this clinic. Doctor will interrupt you while you are talking and would never accept their mistakes. Very bad service. Insurance and MOH should have a look at this.

This conpany is not giving salary on time. They will not process your visa, they will let you overstay.
I worked with them and i still have 5 months pending SALARY.
You will offer in indeed a FREE TRANSPORTATION
Because there are pending months of the salary of most of the employees!

Very very unprofessional. They seem to have no idea of what they are doing. I am awaiting for a doctor approval for 3 days now.

I visited the clinic after several years as I was having fever and severe throat pain, the two ladies at the reception advised me the waiting time and suggested I meet a GP who was available as I was very tired visiting the clinic after work.

The service was good and the doctor kept checking o me to ensure I was having a smooth flow, the nurse also was very calm and patient over all they did a great job yesterday.

I was supposed to write this review way back but as they say it's never too late. If someone can be saved from a big problem through this review I'd be very glad.
Visited the gynaecologist dr. Shafqat in 2019 for my pregnancy check ups at Riaz medical center. I had low iron and vitamin b12 nothing was done about it. My sac water was getting low and the only thing she did was say drink more water. Because of less water in my sac i got an infection with high fever. Bleeding started and my baby was born at 36 weeks. Instead she created a problem which was never there. She told my husband that my sugar was high while it was in the normal range.she asked me to start on diabetic diet and my sugar went low which of course was dangerous for me and my baby.
Why didn't I give 1 star please read further to find out.
Few months later after the birth of my baby I had high temperature due to mastitis. I visited the GP who referred me to another gynaecologist Dr. Rashidiya. She was very generous in offering to see me between appointments.and immediately diagnosed my problem, gave me proper med through iv which brought down my fever. Not only that but she send me for an ultrasound to see the extent of infection for further treatment. I found her to be professional and caring.

I'm not comparing between anyone but giving honest reviews for the benefit of others. It's possible in a clinic there might be 1 doc not good while the other is.

7th of March 2020 I visited Riaz clinic bringing my girlfriend to new Clinic Staff Dr. Slavica Vukovic. Since the nice words are spreading around quickly I wanted to see it first hand.
We're fully satisfied with the professional attitude of Mrs. Slavica followed with problem solved.
We left with smile on our faces.
Highly recommend.

Really unprofessional and disappointing behaviour of reception staff, even in the management they are protecting each other for silly mistakes.
I visited there and i checked in at 2.20pm and waited for an hour and doctor left at 3pm but no one updated me about doctor departure and later they were not even apologetic instead rude and silly.
I try to reach Management and the receptionist at management office gave me the number of PRO and said he is a manger or the branch. Ma sha Allah everyone was protecting each other. Unity to destroy this medical centre.
I suggest not to visit there ever even in emergency situations.

Awesome care center! Very thorough, with blood tests and ct scans. Love it, waaaay better than other place.

I have coming with my family for years and I tell everyone I know to come to this place. Dr. Riaz has set up a nice, new team who know how to take care of patients. He greets and chats with patients on a regular basis. Such a sharp man. We miss you Dr. Riaz! Get well and come back soon!

I have read a lot of bad reviews of this hospital I'm here from Dubai and working had something in my eye went to emergency some of the best care I have had friendly and very helpful very professional and I would come here again

Everyone here is really nice. It's pretty neat set up. I had to get my shots done for my new job and they sent me here. I was greeted very sweetly and everyone that works there are BEAUTIFUL lol.every girl I saw there lol

In December my wife was seen in the Emergency room and then admitted to the hospital. The staff at the hospital in the Emergency room and on the floor couldn't of been nicer to both my wife and myself. The care was exceptional.

I dropped in with my son the other day - he was suffering from swimmer's ear. The facility is spotless and the staff was very professional and welcoming. He received timely and excellent care! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Disrespectful Filipino receptionist at dental department.

She refused to let us consult the doctor although we had an appointment at a specified time.

Her excuse was that there are already 4 patients waiting to go in and they will be mad at her if she let us go before them.

Save your time and go to a place that knows what an appointment means.

It was very bad experience for visiting there for check up, you will not get your turn to meet Dr. Because there is only one Dr for insurance patients and all staff are very unprofessional even I think whole system is unprofessional. Please don't waist your time to go there for treatment moreover you will be depressed. Thanks

Was a patient here. Had a problem and a lot of pain in a sensitive area and did a minor procedure here. Great surgeon, fantastic place very nice nursing staff were great Dr. Afzal was the best, and his treatment of me was fantastic. I was back on my feet that same day.

I delivered my twins at Riaz Specialist Medical Center of Sharjah and have been a patient of various outpatient departments over the years. This team of caregivers is amazing. Top notch! I also have the honor to work alongside these amazing people- It's an honor to work with such compassionate people who are all committed to improving human life.

Been here twice with my daughter and husband having minor surgical procedures. They are very kind and have a system that runs smooth. Seating is comfortable and the staff is great.

Hopefully, I won't be needing any hospital stays but if I do, this would be a good spot to heal.

The time Riaz Medical Center was good is gone. Riaz medical center today provide the worst quality doctors and the highest charges ever. Unqualified doctors, high rates. Avoid!

دكتورة كلناز كريمة (ايرانيه) ممتازة
لكن ما عندهم مواعيد و العيادة زحمه جدا جدا و مدة الانتظار احيانا توصل ٤ ساعات
