Terrible customer service. I have never managed to reach to the right person through their phone service. I finally decided to take my vaccum cleaner into their service Centre - the agent said they will get back to me with a quote in a day - I heard nothing back from them. We had a decent experience with the vacuum cleaner itself but due to the poor service by Ridge we are going to stay clear of Bissell appliances since the after sales service is non existant.

I have a very bad experience with Bissell, I have 5 Bissell Big Green machines, and since 6 months ago, spare parts are not available at the agency in the United Arab Emirates, and all machines stopped, and they tell me that I did not provide spare parts. I bought another machine, a very bad experience, and I do not advise anyone in the UAE to buy any Bissell products because you You will buy it, and I will destroy it. You will throw it away

I have visited this place few times to buy some parts for my Bissell vacuum cleaner like filter and the head. It has saved me time to get the parts at the same time rather than requesting and then waiting to visit another time in mall. The staff here is professional. Only issue is they deal in cash only not credit card.

Great service, the location they sent me was perfect and on spot, I requested for the products before hand thus didn't take me long, spare parts price is very reasonable, my only suggestion is to have card machine for convenience.
