Incorrect reports people avoid going to this clinic.totally nightmare experience as it was to make me lose the job offer because they make me do fit work test / The x ray pictures were wrong and incorrect results so I went to another clinic to give the right report showing I'm totally fine. Karam is real for those bad staff there

Worst Clinic. We are very disappointed on this clinic specially on the reception. They are unprofessional and rude. Waste of time. Good thing we did not proceed otherwise my feedback will also be one of those commenting about ultrasound and services.

This is what people fooling, big scammers, poor people's also asking 450 for ultrasound scan. Other organization asking only 280 only they keeping commission in scanning, nowadays hospital and medical centre is business
Scammers only money is asking first

Worst time management. We had taken appointment for scanning 3 days ago for 5 o clock. We have reached the center at 4.30. But still those who came walk in they allow them and we still waiting here till 6.45pm. Very poor management. Some clinics refers here for scanning. People are waiting here for long time and no one will ask you here.

Worst experience ever, went there few days back the receptionist is very rude don't know how to attend to people. Regret going there. Best place to go is al safwa.

Worst service.no time management for pre booked appointments. Main issues is their pregnancy Ultrasound test results are incorrect. Zero star from me.don't waste your time.

Worst experience I have had with a clinic especially a laboratory in a very very long time. I myself am a Med Student so I know some of the insides of a lab. Firstly the equipment is so old and shady that even Customer service is the absolute low to which we doctors at the least try to make sure we do. You don't want ur patients to feel uncomfortable in a medical facility where they mostly come to get TREATED ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ. Honestly I don't know why my dad was recommended to this lab from a high end Hospital as Zulekha, if it's the dark side of commissions it shows that UAE truly has room for improvement - in the medical sector at least ಠಿ⁠_⁠ಠ.

Book an appointment and when you arrive that point the receptionist will say you don’t have any appointment at all. This is my bad luck that I didn’t checked the reviews of other people before I came here. These reviews of others are not wrong, we are in an unorganized place. The receptionist may make you pay so that you are left with no choice to leave. And they do call you for screening at their convenience.

I wonder why registered doctors refer patients here at this clinic This clinic is having pathetic customer service I have ever experienced in UAE.

Very rude and bad experience today 19 nov 2022 l went for my kid exray and the lady on the x Ray she is very rude and are hate kids
She try to make exray and my son he do what ever she ask him and he is just 3 years old she is doing everything very rude she don't want even try again
She ask him to bite the machine even she finish he didn't stop it he is doing well but she show him how she rude and resist cos we are black

They don’t even bother about patients problems. They work on their own world. Plz don’t go to this medical center. Take some home remedies and it’s better than this clinic

Even after getting insurance approval, they made us to wait long time. My daughter was really tired and my requests to the staff was not at all considered. Very poor service.

I have recommended all my kabayan friends and family for the super package which is almost free and for a good result, excellent lab. Thanks for helping us for fast service lab doctor Hira madam is very helpful

Very bad customer service and extremely pathetic very bad experience I had ever in my life. Staff were chatting all time.

Already had approval from the insurance with entire file, still reception insisting on getting approval from their side. Unnecessarily had me waiting for approval. Over crowded with no social distancing norms followed by them.
I would definitely avoid going to this place again.

I don't prefer anyone to go here if it is the current way humans are treated.

Be prepared to spend a long time at this place. Unfortunately this is the place referred to by my Doctor. Waited for more than an hour for an X-Ray, now waiting for the report, half an hour has passed and still waiting. Not the ideal place for a sick person to be wasting time. Don’t seem to be a well organised place. Absolutely frustrating!

Pathetic service.

The worst:
- I call and asked about if they provide cbct, I was advised of price 450. And advised timings during Ramadan are 9-12 then 5-9
- I go with referral document from my dentist, they say that’s not enough if I want it covered by insurance I must provide insurance form, plus the price is 650 not 450 - because it’s for two arches not one.
- I return for a second visit with the insurance form only for them to tell me “it’s not priced with insurance, therefore cannot be covered”
- it was 6: 35pm, I decide to pay in cash, they tell me the technician is out for prayer will be back after 7: 30! Which is not what I was told on the phone

They would not even apologize for my wasted time and trips over misleading information.

I was referred here by my Doctor the Filipino lady (name reserved) at the front desk needs more training on customer relations gosh her unprofessionalism is, the radiologist was ok reason why I gave 2star. The good thing was there time management was good

Overall experience is good. Little complicated about reception people they are not professional.

Dental x-ray was very fast and the staffs are friendly. Got my results in 5 minutes. Thank you Mohamed.

Worst Experience ever!
They are not giving the correct report.
Had Anomaly scan and they suggested some issues in fetal brain. Upon second opinion from a qualified & reputed hospital, no issue found. Their equipments are very old also.
Not recommend at all.

I went to get an xray yesterday and had to do it in ten minutes. I lost an hour and a half due to the bad behavior of the staff.

فعلاً مركز سيء جداً لا يردون على جميع وسائل الإتصالات بالتالي ماتقدر تأخذ موعد بالإضافة إلا أن موقعهم جداً سيء وعليه أتوقع خدماتهم بتكون سيئة جداً ما أنصح بالتعامل معهم نهائياً ولا أقبل من الشخص المسؤول على الرد علينا أي تعليق يوضح فيه إعتذار أو تبرير عن هذه الخدمة السيئة مثلما يقول للكل. عزيزي إذا تريد تحسن مستواك أطرد كل الأشخاص المسؤولين عن إستقبال جميع الإتصالات بكل أنواعها سواء عالخط الأرضي أو الموبايل أو حتى الواتساب وبعدين أطرد نفسك لأن مبين أنك مش أهلاً لهذا العمل وأعط فرصه للي أحسن منك ومستعد يخدم المراجعين بشكل أفضل

Receptionist either the person in-charge for doing appointment looks like doesn't know how to perform his/her Job! In a very simple situation giving reply on email and answering phone call.so unprofessional way. Sounds like only money is the basis of service in this scenario happened to me. That's why i said if my insurance can't cover my ultrasound so let me pay by cash but so pathetic attitude showing, shame to the management. My god what if the person was on a critical situation still ignoring! To the management please evaluate the character of your staff cause the medical center reputation was spoiled by them.

Very bad experience from this clinic yesterday, I visited there to do my HSG test,
The receptionist lady (I think she is also radiologist) My test was at 5.00pm, She asked me to come at 4.30 for preparation prior to test, but she did not given me any painkiller, brufen or any injection and her behavior was very bad.due to high pain they suddenly stopped doing my test. I will not go to this clinic again.
That receptionist lady's behavior was very rude. She has no patience. She was always shouting.

One the of the worst medical center i have ever been to in Emirates.first of all i got a call stating that the USG is approved and i have to be there by 5.30 pm.now its been an almost hour they are saying that they are still taking approval.the reception doesn't know how to answer the customers. Day before yesterday i visited clinic sharjah branch for scanning. When i reached clinic that time it was very buzy and crowd. One of your staff named " pallavi" she s helped me to get appointment and everything done quickly.she was controlling all the crowd nicely. Good staff is very big assets for your clinic. And i really appreciate her behavior and helping mentality. God bless her

For anyone planning to come here,
No hygiene at all, people crammed in waiting area. In such times of COVID-19 where utmost safety and precautions are required, we would expect maximum precautions, yet everything is so unhygienic and dirty. The xray table was one of the worst and thats not the end! At the end, the whole family contracted COVID-19 and now we are all in quarantine.
Never come to this place!

Clinic is small and not very expensive.
But hospitality was good and especially Dr. Kamlesh Punjabi was very kind and down to earth in treating patients.

Class medical highly recommended for full body checkup for AED 175. Excellent service and helpful staff.

My nanny needed an ultrasound and the doctor referred us to there.service was quick and professional. Doctor took enough time to do the needful. Waiting time was acceptable and prices are very reasonable.thank you!

Staff is really helpful & they provide proper clarity on various procedures.

I wouldn't have given even 1 star if I had the option. One of the worst diagnostic centers that I ever visited. Though we had a bad experience earlier with the radiologist. (attitude problem) and the unnecessary delay, we went there because our doctor reffered it. We had visited there for a blood and urine test. Unnecessarily a long wait. The receptionist was slow and unprofessional. The other staff were also more or less the same. Bad ambience for a diagnostic center. Highly unrecommended!

Extremely bad service and the atmosphere takes you back to 1980’s. The reception lady is very arrogant and has no customer service at all. The only reason to go there was due to the pediatrician referring to go there.

Went there to take blood sample of 9 months old daughter and the guy at the lab doesn’t even know how to take blood sample.

Eventually blood was flowing out, which I have never seen before while taking blood sample. And had no response while questioning about this. And the way he was trying to stop the blood flow after this was inhumane for a 9 months old baby.

First and last visit at this medical center and laboratory.

Very Bad Experience. I wont even give one star. Radiologist is having a very bad attitude. And makes unnecessary delays. Will never reffer this to any body. Never even consider that patients comfort. Highly egoistic

Receptionist are also not that efficent they find time in talking and wasting time.

Worst response ever! I have been chasing them for an appointment for doing a scan for past 4 days, every time I called their response was like they will check and let me know soon. Very unfortunate to say that they never cared to give me a call back in the past 4 days. However I tried following up but of no use. Meanwhile this is the second time I am facing the same issue. Customer service is so disappointing!

Very poor service. I have requested & gave my email ID to send my report through email.today almost 4 days.still no one send & no one responding my message. Advise your specialist doctor to not to give any of the service with this medical center.
