Took my mother to see the orthopaedic specialist. Doctor wasn't communicating at all, as if he was forced to work. They took the Xray and advised medicines. The medicines made my mother worse and didn't help at all.

I was truly blessed that I’d found Rigth Medical Center during my pregnancy journey.

It was my first pregnancy and I’ve been through in high risk preganancy, for my 1st 2 months, Its so hard for me and my husband due to my health complecation and continuous bleeding during those time. I’ve been to different different hospital and doctors, but it is just the same nothing happnen check ups, medicine.etc, to the point that I’m losing my faith and chance to become a mum.but my friends are blessings in this guise, they advised me to go in Rigth Medical Center as the doctors are good and experienced. I never waste time to go and attend the said medical center to raise my pregnancy condition. And thats the time I’d met Dra. Sana Azeem, a obstetrician and gynecologist specialist. I am not bragging down those my past Gynes to look on me, but this Doctor, she is totally good, kind, experienced and mostly you can rely on on her. She handle my pregnancy situation even im at home just single message anytime she will resposne and ask you if all is ok and if everything is alright and fine.

Through the help of Right Med, Dra. Sana Azeem and Nurse Shanny, I am happy to announced through my difficult times in my pregnancy and by the God grace I and baby are both healthy and fine now. And we are on out 22 weeks.

To all my fellow preggy mommies and Kabayan’s I highly recommned Right Medical Center and Dra. Sana Azeem, as mentioned above it is not big hospital nor medical center, but I can guarantee they have the good service, well experienced and good Doctors, Nurses and asistance.

I called for am urgent allergy case, the persons answers as ‘hello, yes what you want!? ! ’ No way i will trust their services!

Really I had very bad experience with the receptionist people.even we are trying to reach them after hundred calls and they are answering.but still.when we ask any enquiry the way they treating us is very bad.they need to appointment people with good customer relationship.

No one attending the telephone call. We got information that RTPCR test doing in Dhs 70/- but they collected Dhs75/-. Even after 30 hours report not received. No response from clinic

Today (15/12/2021) I visited the medical center for my daughter but the rude behaviour of the receptionist made me step back from the centre. This is the same xperience of my husband also. Kindly appoint any one who can do the work properly and behave well we are not your servents we came for treatment

Very bad/worst receptionist. I called asking for my brother pcr test results because it’s been 48hours still no update about the result.she’s saying to wait, 24 to 48 hours And I answer her it’s more that 48 hours, she’s just keep saying to wait 48 hours!? ! And that receptionist just drop the call! It’s not nice when someone still talking and u will drop the call.

And when I receive the result its already available before the day I called! But no one inform him.

Had a excellent experience with Dr. Reema and the staff also helped alot and treated well They have all services like lab, x-ray facilities inhouse and the reports are promptly conveyed to me which makes it convenient

I strongly not recommend this hospital al all to freinds, spl ortho doctor unprofessional no time management staff is worse and dont answer to patients properly they speak mourning lanagauage showing with hand to customer.doctor not even examined the patient and just not lessening and send directly for xray.when
We have ask nurse when doctor will come they are answer doctor has another hospital burjeel he is coming waited for more tahn 1 hr when met doctor they above experience faced.

Well experienced doctors especially Dr. Reema the staffs are well experienced too. They are very careful for patient. Lab Reports are very clear.

I always had issues with my teeth which leads to severe pain and visited Dr. Reema which she had fixed it permanently. I highly recommend Dr. Reema if any one is having issues in Dental.

I have also done cleaning, polishing and filling of my teeth which she has done very perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with the service provided from the dental department of RMC.

I went to right medical centre last week.the doctors and the staffs were so impressive.experienced doctors with wide range of facilities along with laboratory & xray.i would say its a one stop facility for my all health needs.

They are big cheater, dont have proper facility and good doctor, reception staff are very roude, avoid them

A worst experience as I visited the clinic as per the Enquiry I made and when I visit I came to know that the doctor was not available on that exact day, when I Enquired about it to an indian receptionist staff she suggests me to meet another doctor and I was not interested to do so and when I was explaining my situation that keralite staff behaved unprofessionally with insulting replies in front of other patients and finally without choice I returned back, I was already visited Dr.sharon over there multiple times and this time my choice was to visit a orthopedic and finally I decided to not visit your clinic anymore.

It was a great experience. Dr. Gupta and staff were incredibly warm and professional at the same time. I would recommend to anyone in Sharjah.
