This is the worst company.its packing only.as my experience I lost my shipment in USA and they told me its not our problem you have to solve it.

Worst company worst interaction with the customers still I didn’t get my cargo they are using abuse words while talk to them

The worst cargo. Goods were completely damaged and not delivered on time, worst customer service. Pathetic service no value for people's money. Please don't trust this Cargo company

I have shipped my goods in May 2020, Ruby cargo collected by goods around 21 boxes of my valuable goods. This boxes got damaged in Ruby Cargo warehouse in Sharjah. This I came to know only in 18.07.2020. I received email stating this disaster and they informed me that they we will revert to me soon. But till date I did not received any response inspite of my continuous followup over phone and email. Please be careful to deal with this cargo agency.

Comparatively better price than other companies.second time i am using their serivice.will update the review after receiving the product

From our unfortunate experience we deem Ruby Cargo as a most irresponsible cargo service provider. Our worst experience with Ruby cargo can even been termed a nightmare of a lifetime started when the cargo, containing items saved over a life time spanning over 23 years in UAE, that was collected from my residence in Ajman to be shipped to Calicut, India, as I was leaving UAE for good, was informed very “casually” over an email from Ruby cargo that it was affected by a fire in their warehouse, losing everything I had and saved. Over 3 months since the apparent incident, we are yet to hear from them in a proper, professional manner and we are still kept in the dark. We have not even been provided with a police report that could have facilitated reissue of the certificates which we lost in the apparent fire. We could never imagine any company could be this irresponsible, with so much disregard to their customers.

We were shifting our house to Sharjah and Ruby Cargo was really helpful in packing our household items including fragile items. They were transported safely without any issues. Thanks Alot.

Received an exceptionally professional service at the hands of some amazing people when I shipped my household items from Sharjah to my hometown in Kerala. Reliability was evident right from the time packing began at our home in Sharjah. Not professional.especially the sharjah office.i still havent recieved my baggage i shipped from dxb to houston. You have to asked them every little bit. Seems like they have no idea of the paperwork.

You will get bombarded with emails right and left and would have no idea whats going on.

Staff doesnt explain you in detail of what documentation to expect and how the process will proceed.
They sent my luggage 2 weeks after i had paid them and they shipped it only when i inquired about it after leaving the country.

Sharjah office and staff is horrible.

I donot recommend it for anyone.

Go to some other professionalcargo handlers.
