Probably the first time for me to give a feedback on anything because the service that this agency provided really exceeded my expectations, very professional and they have covered everything from A to Z in the moving process, all I had to do was pick up my valuables, passport, and in no time the whole thing was over.

I used them to move my entire apartment, but I was surprised that they brought a used cartons and bubble wraps! Specially in this period while Covid is spreading.

More over they do not carry an experience technician who can connect the appliances in a proper manner!

Was extremely happy with the service. Online chat was followed up by a phone call by them. Soon a surveyor came and gave a reasonable estimate. On a preplanned date a team of 10-15 people came on time with necessary tools. Packed everything properly. Moved the items by trolley. Loaded in 2 trucks. Destination was Dibba Al Fujairah, 120 km. Unloaded and unpacked. Fixed all IKEA furniture. Fixed curtains. Connected all white goods. Fully professional. Would recommend for anybody.

Staff are not dedicated, no quality of work, in a hurry bury to finish and go May be for Next location. Not able to fix the bed. Curtain. Even a simple hook properly. Mishandling the glass items and lead to damage of glass bottle. Not recommended for shifting the apartment.some of Staff said they are hired even for daily wages.

The best company in UAE by far. I have shifted many times within the UAE states and By far this was my best experience. Very humble and respectful stuff, reasonable price and they complete the job with the best shape and form. I only can say thank you all for this great team work and effort.

Excellent service. Dismantled all the necessary furniture and packed all of the stuff with utmost care especially fragile items. They helped with the unpacking of all the boxes and also helped fixing. In all definitely recommended!
