The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful dishes. The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and attentive

I ordered the lamb chops and it was 12: 15 am late night. I don’t write much reviews but the chops prepared at that time were exceptional. Generally even the top restaurants screw this up but over here they were made to perfection. I’ll be visiting the place more to try out the other dishes. Hats off to the chef.

Me and my friends had a nice breakfast there with affordable price but it took them too long to prepare the order

They misled us by telling us first that the play area for kids would be free if we purchased their expensive and tasteless food. We did only for them to charge us for one kid out of two and their explanation was that since we purchased one kids meal and one adult meal only one kid can go free!?
Not only did we have to pay for our kid but we had to pay for the super expensive food. Which we packed and took home only to find out that they literally just threw all our takeaway in one box together and gave it.
When we spoke to the manager about this, not only was he rude but he blamed the 'restaurant policy'!
Had a a very disappointing experience. The food was tasteless and extremely hostile staff.
P. S. My kids are only 3 and 5 yrs old!

مع الاسف اسم وسمعة على الفاضي. النضافة صفر الحمامات اكرمكم الله الحنفيات خربانة وحدة شغالة والصابون مافي ووحدة خربانة ووحدة شغالة والمناديل نفس الشي
مجرد دخول الحمام شي كارثي لازم تمر على كل مغسلة وعلبة صابون ومناديل
وداخل الحمام شي تاني بتطلع وبتلف وبترجع
اما البوفيه في رمضان فنصيحة لو كنت عازم أحد على الافطار جرب مكان تاني والا رح تنخزى قدام ضيوفك. الواحد دافع وجاي وبيحس حاله عم يشحدن اللقمة.
بتخلص صينية الكبة اللبنية او الباشا وعساكرو اول نص ساعة من فتح البوفيه متله متل اي مطعم تاني بس الفرق انو هون خلاااص راحت عليكن مابيرجعو بيعبو. يعني بالمختصر يابتلحق يامابتلحق. وقس على ذلك يا رعاك الله
. اما الحلويات، مابعرف شو نوع القطر يلي مسقينها مدري جابلينها فيها بتاكل قطعة بيحلون قلبك لبعد العيد. بتلاقي منها بالشام عند الكراجة. يتبع

Edited my review for the owners: We order from Safartas a lot because it's one of the few places that cook Syrian food in the area.for breakfast, the food is consistent almost all the time but for lunch and cooked meals / grilled meats, it's a hit or miss so sometimes you'd get some great food and some other times you'd get questionable food that isn't properly cooked or the taste being completely off

The BEST mix grill i ever had! It has an authentic arabic taste.at a very reasonable rate! Try it and thank me later!

Great restaurant for a family outing, the place is secluded and has peace, food is good ambience is soothing, service can be better and faster, location is amazing, easily access to parking. All in all a good place to chill and eat and spend sometime with friends

المطعم عادي زرته في ٢٠١٨ وطلبت شيخ المحشي والمره الثاني طلبت شاكرية والاكل كان عادي وطريقة التقديم في كرتون كبير وفيه اطباق بلاستك فيها الاكل ، الاكل عادي الاسعار نار الصراحه وبدون مجامله مافيه بوفيه مفتوح الا بالويكند فقط عكس ما اعلن عنه فكس عندما زار المطعم الطلب يطول مايجيك على طول والاكل كان دافيء وليس ساخن العصائر والمشروبات الساخنة غاليه نار

This restaurant was unique when it started a few years ago, today my experience was very bad, the food wasn't good.

بصراحة نكهة الأكل غير مشجعة. كمية اللحمة في اي طبق قليلة نسبيا. لا تشعر بكرم الضيافة ابدا. لا انصح به لذويقة الطعام. انا جربته اول مرة وكما ذكرت قادم من ابو ظبي لكن بدي خيبة أمل من الخدمة والجودة وحتى كرم الضيافة. السرفيس عبارة عن ٤ حبات زيتون و٣ حبات مخلل مع شوية لبنة. لا خيار ولا طماطم ولا خضرة. بصراحة لا انصح به وتجربة لن تتكرر

Bad the place not clean and the food is like from yesterday no fresh food and the dosent smile and its to expensive

Visited today and not worth visiting. The lady who took order was not able to understand what we are asking.
Orderd filafal and hot chocolate and i will rate 2/5 not something very good i would say. Sericce was also slow.

انا جربت عندهم بوفيه السحور فيه خيارات كثيرة وعلى طول متابعين الصنف اللي بيخلص على طول بيجددوه والسعر كتير مناسب وابدا مش مبالغ فيه

Great atmosphere with great food at a great price. When we first came we were welcomed by the owner of the restaurant who shared all about the meaning of the word Safartas and it's use in his native Syria. This is now our favourite resistant in Sharjah.

انا زبونة المحل و الاكل كتير طيب و الخدمة بالمحل بس بصراحه لما بطلب على التلفون. البنت اللي بترد. بترد بنشافه و ما بتعرف تتعامل مع الناس و مو اول مره بواجه هيك مشكله و حتى صحباتي بيشكو من هاد الشي و حرام على هيك محل متعوب عليه يكون التعامل بهالاسلوب و خاصه انه واجهه المحل

Nice outside seating whenbthe weather is nice.the food was great.nothing to complain about.
Would definitely give it another visit

مع الأسف ،، كان مطعم سفرطاس ممتاز في الخدمة وتقديمه للمأكولات ،، آخر ثلاث زيارات كانت الخدمة سيئة والطعام أسوء مما اضطررنا للذهاب الى مطعم سي فان القريب منه.
هذه حال المطاعم العربية عندما يكسب الزبائن ويصبح مشهورا لا يعطي الاهتمام بالموظفين عنده مما يؤدي إلى سوء حال المطعم.
رسالتي إلى إدارة سفرطاس ؛ لا تدع الزبون يذهب إلى مطعم آخر لكي لا يرى الفرق بين اسعارهم واسعارك وكذلك الخدمة

للأسف أكلت أنا والعائلة عندهم، كنا 6 أشخاص، أكلنا كبه لبنيه وفريكه باللحم، وتاني يوم إسهال شديد لكل أفراد العائله.
الأكل ما كان فريش، شكلو كان بايت أو قديم

An very delicious food in this syrian restaurant
especially sitting out the food weather is reall very perfect
the meal portion is big and it deserve its price

One of the best middle eastern / Levant restaurants if not the top, in UAE, very great variety with perfectly cooked dishes. And they obviously use high quality ingredients!

Nice place to set outdoors also
You must try the Chicken Freekeh and Shakreyeh with meat!

I also advise to check out the grocery store they have!

Best food ever. It’s a Syrian restaurant with the genuine homemade taste. The food ingredients quality is substantial. There is a grocery shopping section where you can buy the same ingredients they use.
The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the food presentation is very good. It’s a very family-friendly restaurant.

انا حابة احكي عن موقف صار معي اليوم
سمعت عن مطعم سفرطاس و عن اكلو و مدحولنا في ف قررت انا و زوجي نروح عليه و مع العلم ساكنين بدبي و على صف جبل علي و بعد طريق طويل وصلنا عل ساعة 12 و خمس دقائق بالضبط عندو
ف نحنا اكيد مالنا جادبينا و رايحيين هيك من دون تأكد و بحث عن المطعم. المطعم كاتب انو فاتح للساعة 2 الصبح ف ما خطر ببالنا والله يكون مألف و ضاحك عل ناس. حاطط عل ساعة 2
بعد ما وصلنا بقلنا والله سكرنا
طيب يا معلم يا افندي يا فهمان ليش حاطط عل ساعة 2 الصبح لتسكروا لشو هي السلبة عل عباد لاء والمشكلة بعد كل هاد منطلع نحنا الغلطانين بعد كل هاد قال شو قال والله هاد نظام رمضان! طيب ما رمضان صرلوا خالص شهرين و ما كنت تعرف تغير الأوقات من رمضان يعني انا بدي اضرب بالمندل مثلاً" عذر أقبح من ذنب

مطعم سفرطاس نجمه بين المطاعم اد ما خفت نورها بترجع تضوي وتلمع. بصراحه مطعم رائع بأكله الطيب يلي بتحس انه اكل بيتك والخدمه جدا رائعه الموظفين خدومين و رائعين. وبشكر الاداره ع البوفيه يلي عملوه بالبيت عندي كان روعه.

Frankly I've never eat something delicious such as this restuarant, my advice go for "jaj bel fakhar"

Very bad experience, waiters are not decent they treat bachelor like dogs
They gave me a table in the middle of the corridor and when I asked to move my table they simply replied you are only one person that table for

الطاقم لطيف جدا الأسعار مرتفعة بعض الشيء الأكل متوسط حتى اني طلبت الكبة السورية فكانت مجمدة قبل الطهي يعني غير طازجة ومليئة بالبصل
