One week before we shifted from Sharjah to Ajman.I already booked movers team (Safeway).they are very amazing team because high speed and accuracy.neet and clean.safe packing .etc.morng they came 8.45 am loading and unloading finishing 11.30 Am.ony 2.1/2 hours .Iam so happy to their work.

I used their services to send cargo from UAE to Oman. The team was very professional. Packaging was done in a professional way and I got all my items delivered to Oman in perfect condition within the time frame. Amazing services, I definitely recommend to use their services.

Mr Hussein Mohammad and his team are super professional, I was very worried about moving my items but they ensured it went smooth. Local moving activity might be excellent, kudos for that, but we have a bad experience shipping our things from U. A. E to Thailand, they promised 22days, now its been 1 and half month now and the shipment still in U. A. E and no update for the ETA to Thailand till now.

Probably wont recommend for international shipping.

Moved from Dubai to Ajman. The Team was very well organised with their own boxes and bubble wrapping. All my items were neatly packed and relocated without any damage. Big furniture disassembled then reassembled by them at the final destination. Glad to see they use proper enclosed moving trucks rather than the usual open pick-ups.

I’m very pleased with the service provided. Attentive and efficient staff. Very affordable rate, given the amount of items and distance. Highly recommended.

Just average, didn't finish putting up lights, were in a hurry to just finish job, over charged to move a trampoline. Tge manager was rude to my wife on site. Marked up alot of walls moving etc. But get what you pay for.

Have used Safeway twice and both times their quality of work and packing and unpacking have been good. Quality of materials used for packing was also good and the team coming for the packing was on time on both occassions.
For the international moving, I was in contact with Hussain who did a good inspection and provided detailed quote. Also very much impressed as he always responded to any queries and doubts.

The safeway crew satisfied all my expectations. They arrived on time. They were meticulous with the handling of my possessions. Their packing was professional and their attitude was positive. They even did a few extra things I asked them to do. Excellent team of people. It shows their employers treat them well. This is the 2nd time I've used them and would not call anyone else if I needed to move again.

Excellent service and value for money. Innovative ways to move fridge and close door shelves without taking the objects out saved time.

All aspects of the move were done professionally and quickly, from the booking and quote to the move itself.

They were on time and very efficiently packed up my house. Everything was treated with care. They unpacked everything as well and removed all the packing materials so there was no rubbish. The guys were all very polite.

I would definitely higher Safeway again, and I have already recommended them to friends.

After payment no one will care about you or your shipment. I sent the shipment in January and the contract terms were explained to me in a way that there will be no additional charges based on the information I shared. But later their agent in the destination country told that they received the shipment and they will inccure 20% extra additional charges and that Safeway clearly instructed them to do so.
I have been trying to follow up on this matter for 3 weeks without any proper action or response from Safeway.
Absolutely not a recommended service!

I called the number provided on their website for Sharjah office to connect with someone to discuss business requirements.the lady who answered decides to snap at me, was extremely rude.it seems she can take decision on behalf of the IT, Finance and all other departments.didnt even understand the nature of the call and gave her verdict that we do not need your solutions.

you response is appreciated and i agree that it wasn't related to the service and offerings.if there was another way for businesses to give their feedback, i would've certainly opted for that channel.part of my profession and many others in sales including your own sales team would require to reach out to potential clients for meeting the numbers.i personally receive such calls on a regular basis.we all are here just trying to do our job and make our bread and butter, I've had the opportunity to speak to many in reception who had the same response, but none of them were ever rude to this extent or lacked empathy.

Professional service and a helpful team. This was the second time we sort their services. Would definitely recommend it.

I've used their service initially for House shifting inside UAE three times, the service was extremely good and the cost was reasonable. Based on this experience I used their service for moving the house stuffs to India which turns out to me as well below the customer expectations from below concerns.
The density packing to save packing space was not really density packing its packing, if you are good in packing do it from your own.
The entire Cargo took just above two months to deliver at the destination, and the worst thing is the shipment started from the origin after a month as they use shared services from external parties.
A third party company was assigned in India (multi mode movers Chennai), they will also charge you a good amount as duty paid but no original payment receipts yet for that. The chennai agent send a huge container truck which was delivering for multiple people in Kerala has big time issues to reach the small roads.ridiculous service as you have to run behind each of these issues.
Safeway seems to be passive once after I paid their charges, they responded to my Emails and calls but there was no proactive support to ensure that the the Cargo is reaching to your destination safely. As a whole, its a quite disappointing service for me for the international cargo. But the packing quality was good, especially good packing for the LED TVs.

Manoj was very good and his team was excellent. Mustafa, jahangir, arun, mohsin, Rashid, sehno were excellent staff. They are the best.

From the minute the Sales guys came to conduct the survey to the very last unboxed package, Safeway International Moving & Shipping did a great job, I could not recommend them highly enough, including the office staff, who kept in constant communication.
A great company and very good value, I'll be using them again for sure.

I used Safeway to shift apartments. The crew was very large for a small 1 bedroom apartment. They arrived exactly on time and divided the house for packing very efficiently.

Delicate items were protected very thoroughly and they took great care of all my electronics as well.
Once in the new house they installed curtains, wall mounts, paintings and shelves in a very professional manner.

The whole process took less than 6 hours, from packaging to mounting everything in the new apartment.

I can’t recommend them enough! Best movers I’ve used in Dubai by far.

Amazing! First time to use them and I wasn’t disappointed! Very punctual, profissional and very reasonable price. I called them and 60 mints later Thomas was at my house for evaluation. 30 mints later Sandra sent me a quote and happily discounted the quote for my sake. They delivered boxes to my house a week before to pack my personal stuff. The crew showed up on time and they finished all packing (3 bed rooms) in less than 2 hours, WoW. Unpacking was as smooth as butter and they were all very profissional was amazing attitude. Thanks a million for making they stressful moving experience very pleasant. You guys made my day today my family appreciated all your hard work and dedication.

We have booked our shipment to canada with safeway in March 2020 and the agent was Hussain.
After taking the confirmation from Mr Hussain that they will not dispatching the stock to Canada without our concern as due to covid all the visa was on hold.
But Mr Hussain dispatched our shipment and blammed us that we have approved him to dispatch the shipment. Now we are in UAE and our laggauge in ship.

This kind of unprofessional company should not be given licenses to operate and play with our hard earned money.

Safeway Int'l Moving Co.are highly professional movers. They are reliable and expert movers from dismantling to packing, loading and reassembling. They even fixed our already broken furniture and do all the drilling we asked them to do. They finished all these job in 1 day. They charge a very reasonable price too. Highly recommended

We have used the company on 2 separate occasions for full house removals in Dubai and both times they have been professional, courteous, efficient and very well priced. They arrive on time and are very quick to pack and move the furniture. There were no breakages at all and when we got to the new house, the guys all knew which room the furniture had to go in. They unpacked all items and put away for us where needed. They also hung pictures and fixed curtain poles, curtains and blinds for us.

Moved from one tower in Business bay to another tower in Business Bay. I thought they are professionals, s o i didnt supervise. After i moved i noticed that there were a lot of scratches on my furniture, part of my bed was broken which they put a nail to hold on to. Refrigerator was moved without even removing the stuff from inside and after moving into the new apartment, they left half things as it is, to be done by us. I am not sure if i was given a bad team or not, but if you are going to use them, please make sure to be with them always and treat them as amateurs and not professionals.

The team worked so well and were very fast and all of our items were packed perfectly, even our clothes were not wrinkled in the process and our glass items fully intact. Great team and administrative support and would highly recommend Safeway for anyone moving within the UAE.

I have had the honor of having my storage & moving done at Safeway, UAE. I was handled with great care and attentiveness by a Ms. Sandra who is one of the most dependable people that I have ever the pleasure of dealing with.
My storage & move to Qatar from the UAE took 2 years to complete in total due to delays in being allocated housing.
In the interim my storage in the UAE had to be extended several times. Safeway Int. Moving accomodated my needs at each junction we crossed together. Finally the move was completed with their counterpart in Qatar, "Arrow Logistics" on the 1st April who performed the move in record time. Arrow ogistics professionalism & friendly dealing with our needs stole the day.
I commend Safety Int. Moving for making sure we were handled in the best of ways, ways that Safeway Int. Moving have offered me throughout.
