If there was zero or minus, i would use to describe such an unprofessional dealer. These dealers ruin all the reputation of other dealers with their attitude.
This is the story how it went. We saw a car in dubbizle and we were interested.we called and arranged for viewing and then we paid the deposit. We supposed to try the car next day IF THE CAR WAS IN PROPER CONDITION we pay whole amount.but the next day they said the car has an issue we sent to garage to fix it and will inform you to come.after following up and even visiting them at their showroom they promissed to send garage location so we can go and check the car.but they didnt and still after 20 days we didnt recieve any news. Then we informed them cancel the deal and they confirmed as it was their fault to provide the car at the time.the next day they called and said the car is ready come and check the car.we said ok we will check.i went there but i refused to go ahead with the deal and they mentioned our account is not there come back the next day.then even ee refused they said the car is ready cime and take or we dont pay your deposit back.we called and followed up many times after and just that easy they took our deposit and later on they refused to pay back even it was their fault (car was not in comdition, they repaired, it took many days, we canceled and they confirmed). The amount was 1000AED not that much to say about but it has many story to tell they how they earn and deal with clients.

Excellent service from SAMAA VAL SHAMS Technical Services technician from start to finish he called me when he was due to arrive. Very friendly and professional and carried out the job of replacing the washing machine gasket. I would highly recommend and will definitely use this service in the future.

Don't trust them what they say and take mechanic with you to check vehicle thoroughly. They are big lier
