Hi, I am from Al Ain. My car was totally damaged due to heavy hail storm in last month. Wind shield, rear glass, side mirrors, all indicators and vehicle is full of dent. Then, I searched for garage repair through Insurance. All the workshops are fully occupied and busy due to natural calamities held on last month. Even, they couldn’t able to any commitment date for repairing car. Then fortunately, I chosen Samrah Auto Repairing Workshop(Even I am staying in Al Ain). They done the insurance approval quickly and completely repair my car within 2 weeks & returned back my car as brand new. All replaced parts are original. Well, deserved service for repair to perfect work and time. Good behaving. Highly satisfied their customer services. Poor Service. Not recommended at all. Been there under insurance due to accident but had to visit the garage multiple times for all the issues still not fixed. Unprofessional and untrained staff.

Car auto Workshop is excellent, friendly staff and they are listening properly customer's view and they tried there 100% output to customer and most interesting thing is that they are calling to customer to face any issue about their work. I went first time there but from now I am a permanent customer of Samrah Auto Repair.

I can't advice anyone to visit this place, the paint they are using is really bad quality and painting is not professional at all

Will not at all recommend this garage as they cheated me with RAK insurance for a rear accident which was not my fault and this substandard garage has done cosmetic repairs to my car where there is an impact on the chassis of the car and now I have to do the repairs from my own pocket despite having a full insurance on the car.
Anyone please don't choose this garage for your accident repairs or get your car thoroughly checked through the authorized testing center after any repairs as one will not be able to realize any internal damages to be rectified in the car and will be left cheated.

Not recommeneded, i found missing parts from my car i asked them to bring it back they took the parts from other cars around and put it in my car infront of me and i refused it
The paint is very bad you will find white spots down
They waste our time we kept the car for 10 days and they gave us the car not completed and then we brought it back twice because they didnt finish the work
And they are very expensive
Will never deal with them again

Nice people at the management. And well experienced mechanics. Painting denting engine works, car electric works everything under one umbrella and cost effective too. I am Happy.

I had gone through my insurance company for an accident repair. All the denting and painting job was ok. But their mechanical section is pathetic i wonder if they even test drive the cars after repairs? Will avoid this place in future for sure.

It's the best workshop in Sharjah. My car was fully damaged due to the accident but when I got back the car it looked like a brand new car. The customer service is very good and I highly recommend this place.

Never sticks to promised dates of delivery. Go to garage daily to check the status. They wont answer your calls also.
