Worst customer service.brought one measuring tape for 250 AED yesterday and the measuring tape had quality issues and was not accurate, and also not taking machine return back.worst quality and selling 20 years old material.sales man with rude attitude, i never recommend sedana trading.

Poor Costumer support tried to inquire more info on one of the equipments they supply to one of our clients. Doesnt even know their own product.

As I have placed order for some products but they lied to me about delivering products by saying today, tomorrow n so on, when I called guy salesperson I found pathetic behavior. When I have called helpline several times on mentioned number but no response +971 (6) 532 2200

المحل جميل ونظيف والاستقبال رائع والاسعار غاليه مكمل نوع ما لا توجد اسعار على السلع لا يوجد تنوع بشركات العدد احتكار على نوعين او ثلاثه ينقص بعض تجهيزات الورش لا تتوفر. عند الاستفسار عن اي سلعه. يذهب المسؤول الى جهاز الكمبيوتر. ثم يعود لاخبارك بالسعر

Its look like they don't want customer every time I visit there shop nobody will come to assist it's the worst customer service ever and their price is more than triple the actual price if I will spend my money I will spend it somewhere else
