Seventh Sea holidays

We bought a 14-day Umrah package from Seventh Sea Holidays. I would like to say that we (me and my wife) had a wonderful Umrah. Thank you Farisa for arranging such an excellent stay for us in Makkah and Madinah. We were provided private cars as taxi to take us from Jeddah to Makkah to Madinah, and then to Madinah airport. Our stay at Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel was so convenient and enjoyable (breakfast was included in the package). The hotel was literally at 5 minutes’ walk from Haram. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food items. Room was spacious and room service was world class. Farisa did an excellent job.
However, our hotel in Madinah (Artal International Hotel) was sub-standard especially their room service was extremely poor. While room was good in size, it was dirty – bathroom was dirty, its ceiling was leaking, showering side was poor (did not have even soap holder). We were able to get the room service every second day even after calling/visiting front desk many times. We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to others.

I used this company for umrah recently, unfortunately their coordinator in Saudi is unprofessional, he couldn’t even able to do the basic stuff properly. 0/10 because of his work, better to opt for good company.

The itinerary was okay, but it felt a bit rushed at times, and some of the activities were not as exciting as I had hoped. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. However, our guide was friendly and informative, which added to the experience. Despite some of the shortcomings, I still had an enjoyable time and would consider traveling with this company again

We had been planning for a Family Holiday Trip for a long time. Searched with several reputed Travel Agencies. But was hesitant to book due to high Amount quoted. I happened to contact seventh sea holidays randomly to check on travel quotes for Georgia and Armenia. Mr Riaz Hassan (I always called him syed) was professional enough to provide the best deal for me and my friend. We both enjoyed our trip and i can say those were one of the best days. I had booked a tour to Georgia from October 18th – 22nd 2022 through seventh sea holidays. When booking they were very friendly and accommodative of all my requests and promised to make it a wonderful trip.

It was a disastrous trip I would say due to the below reasons.

· Firstly, the tour plan I had agreed with my tour coordinator Riaz from the Sharjah office was not even informed to the guide in Georgia.

· The Guide in Georgia was surprised to hear the change of plans as he had something totally different with him and was confused so I had to call Riaz from Georgia and discuss everything again and then he spoke to the guide as well from my phone so the assumption was that everything will go smoothly from there on.

· Unfortunately, it was not the case tour operator told me that I don’t have to pay anything for the entrance tickets at the attractions as that was included in the package but guide said not the case and wanted me to buy the tickets separately.

· I had travelled with family and my 2 kids were especially waiting to visit vineyard, apple farm etc.which was included in the package, but the guide told me that apple yards are not even in the region that was covered in the package and he can’t take us to any apple farms. Biggest disappointment was the vineyard he said not available as the harvesting was already done and he didn’t even take us to a single vineyard. Main attraction in Georgia is wine making can you imagine that I could not even see that. If a tour operator doesn’t even know details of the tour, then how can any customer trust them in future.

· Every single day we were dropped off at the hotel by 3-4pm and later in the evening I had to find my way to places if I wanted to go with two toddlers, but tour-operator said that the guide and vehicle will be with us for the whole tour.

Overall, it was a disappointing trip for family and me. My kids were terribly sad as what they were looking forward was not even fulfilled. Tour operator didn’t know what they were arranging and guide in Georgia was also not helpful as he was not even telling us anything when we drove around. Only 25% of the plan was covered and I raised this issue then and there with the guide and he said tour operator had asked to cover only these places so 3 times I had to call Seventh Sea holiday from Georgia using my roaming number, yet it was for no good. They literally cheated me and were not bothered as I had paid for the tour already.

After returning to UAE, I had emailed them several times and tried to get a response, but they are not even responding and just ignoring.

WORST tour operator and WILL NOT recommend to anyone, please stay safe!

Firstly thanx to Mr Riaz from seventh sea holidays for this budget friendly package and execellent service it was amazing exeperience, also he was available everytime through call whenever we required any help amazing.
Hotel was awsome with amazing view and facility as well,
Our tour guide Ms. Teka & Mr. George both were very friendly and helpful.

Worst Experience, they talks ONLY.
Driver didn't came on time on arrival and same on departure 10 times calls then he came.

Hotel they took extra for 4 star but it was worst, room was not good, breakfast was like in a cheap restaurant.

Twice they book same tour, Useless.

We had a great tour. The entire package was very budget friendly and yet wholesome. The only negative would be the hotel. Rustaveli Palace was certainly not deserving of its 4 stars. We had wifi problems and water problems. Breakfast wasn't great either. Fortunately we spent most of our time on tour outside the hotel. We had a great tour of Georgia. Wine tasting at Khaketi, visiting the Dashbashi waterfall, the friendship monument in Kazbegi and the boating experience in Kutaisi were unforgettable moments. I would definitely recommend this though. Next time, I would just ask for a better hotel.
