Sharjah Airport Travel Agency (SATA) - Rolla, Sharjah

This is a warning to everyone who wants to deal with sata. They are thieves and scammers with a legal license to do so. Every bad review you read about them is true and i wish i read them first.

I issued a visit visa for my wife and child through them and they overstayed by 2 days. Generally, in Dubai, you just pay the fines and leave. However, with no warning or even anywhere on their website or invoices does it mention they will blacklist the visa holders even if you overstay for 1 min.

The big surprise is they had a hidden fee of 2100 dhs per person! That excludes the daily fines, and by the time you go and pay for it and wait for their lazy selves to process it it will take at least 48 hours and if your unlucky and traveled on a weekend your in big trouble! The fines keep building up on you.

Please everyone, don't use them for your own sanity. The employees don't care! The phone support is crappie and everyone is a lier in their offices.

You have been warned!

قامت الوكاله بفرض تعميم من اول يوم مخالفه دون اعطاء مهله وذلك ما يضع الوافد او السائح في عبئ مادي نرجوا مراجعه تلك القوانين

I applied for a visa through SATA travel using their online application for both my husband and I. After submitting the application, I realized that I selected 'Normal' processing time instead of 'Urgent'. Also on the confirmation form, I received the same ID as my husband's and our nationalities were denoted as 'Indian' and not our original nationality. I sent emails and made calls to SATA headquarters but no one ever answers the calls, neither have I received any email replies. I called the immigration office a number of times and no one answered on December 29th, 2022. When I call the other SATA branches, all I'm told to do is to call the headquarters. The process for cancellation and refund has been very difficult. Please if SATA reads this review, kindly reach out to me about my visa application. I had to cancel my flight because of the visa issues. I NEED HELP SATA. Thanks.

More than four years ago, I used to deal with SATA, Abu Dhabi office, mainly for visa change trips. They used to privide a reliable service. In my recent dealings, or rather attempts to deal with them, I was faced with rude staff attitude. On 17 Dec 2022, I called SATA office, Abu Dhabi. The person who responded was extremely rude and hot-tempered and appeared reluctant to answer my questions. I understand that their business is facing the stress of changing visa requirements, market changes etc, but with this attitude, I am unwilling to deal with them. May be I was unlucky to deal with the wrong staff member, but a service company should have attitude standards if it hopes to remain in business.

I am so happy! First i was very nervous applying for schengen visa from sata but they prove me wrong! I got schengen visa atlast. Thanks to mr javed in dubai branch. SATA LUV U

Staff is helful, decent eating options, small airport that doesn't make you march for miles.

The experience was wonderful and even for taxi.they help to stop taxi for us to reduce the que.

Worst public relations. They drop the call whilst you still have questions and you are talking. Very rude!

Professional place although not everything is mentioned on their booklet about holiday packages.

Worst experience of getting visit visa from them for my family. They blacklisted them when their residence was was in process just to earn some money. Stay away!

Had very bad experience with them. I overstayed on my visit visa for 5 days and they blacklisted me and my 2 years old daughter which costed us extra AED 3000 for black list removal. Didnt even bother to contact me or my agent. Want to get money by any means. Stay away from them. Get visa from Dubai please.

Worst customer support from them ever. They dont know how to speak to customers and provide them proper details. Female Sales lady should be changed from their!

Very customer centric approach. Friendly staff. I booked flight tickets and it was a pleasant experience!
