المشفى كويس وعندهم دكاترة ممتازين بس التاخير بالمتابعة انا عملت تحاليل من كم يوم وماحد بعتلي التقارير وقمت بالاتصال مع الاخ خالد مشكور قام بمتابعة الموضوع.

عندهم مشكلة في المواعيد ويخلون الناس تنتظر لساعات في قاعة الانتظار ،وتجاهل من طرف الموظفين في الاستقبال

I have visited Sharjah Corniche Medical center to do check up for my teeth and I had a very good experience with Doctor Haneen Al Chalabi, very knowlegable, professional and with her friendly attitude make the patients feel very comfortable. If you want to do dental check up. I highly recommend visit Dr. Haneen in Sharjah Corniche Medical centre.

Dr. Haneen Al Chalabi is the best doctor ever, she is very kind and sweet, very gentle with the patient, explains every thing and she is very carefull about detailes, I really recommend her to all my family and friend, and I will take my kids for a checkup with her as she is the most sweet and gentle doctor ever.

Worst experience ever.
The receptionist is very rude unprofessional staff and the place is not clean at all

كان يجب ان اقتنع من تجارب الاشخاص الآخرين مع هذا المكان العجيب

Dr. Azhari is the bad doctor ever, not enough experience, my ears were very inflamed when I visited him. He put a cream on my ear at all. The next day, my ears became more inflamed, which led to ringing in my ears. I went to another doctor, and he told me: Who put this cream for you in this way? He acted wrong, which led to more ear infections and also led to a slight hearing losswhen i will get better I will file a complaint against him

Dr. Haneen is a very gentle lady when dealing with patients, especially myself, we had done so much together on my molars and she’s very professional. Clinic is well maintained and clean as well the team is very kind

اليوم جعلوني ادفع لتحاليل مخبريه و لم يرسلو لي النتيجه كامله و بعد السوال عن التحاليل الخاصه بي اين هي قالولي انهم ينتظرو موافقه التامين. مع انه تمت الموافقه قبل ان اجري اي تحليل من البدايه و لدي الدليل و هم ايضا اخبروني بموافقه التامين بنفسهم.

Extremely lazy attitude by the management.

Once i visited for the PCR test and the clinc was closed for lunch 20mints before the mentioned time.
And today when i went, their messenger left early (12.47pm) and was advised to come 8pm.

Shall never recommend anyone for this clinic if its urgent.

اسوء مختبر ومستشفى في الإمارات حتي الموظفين ليس لديهم ادني فكرة عن المهنية والذوق لابد من معالجة ذلك وإلا سوف تغلق في القريب العاجل

Honestly, one of the worst clinic. I am forced to deal with them because my company has account with this clinic for PCR. I stayed in Reception for an hour none is there. All team are in lunch break big joke. No reception and no nurse. My main question is, why you need to lose for keeping all electric power on and AC. Really desaster.

The woman sitting at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please train your staff:)

One of the best medical center with exceptionally awesome staff and well trained doctors.they really care about you.insurance team is really efficient with their work.well cleaned atmosphere.all specialties at one roof which is entirely impossible for other medical centers.all good insurance covered and additionally the team is ready to help all people with insurances not covered in medical center by offering decent packages convenient for them.

Staff is late to the duty. The X-ray should be their at 5 pm he came at 5: 25. I was waiting and waited my time.

All my appreciation for Dr. Razan Qabbani. She works with great conscience, as well as observes the ethics of the profession. Worthy of appreciation and sincere in her work. Thank you Doctor for everything. You are the best dentist doctor I have met so far. I wish you all the best.

بعد عدة محاولات اتصال من الصباح الى المساء تم الرد من قبل موظفة بطريقة جدا سيئة في بادئ الامر اعتقدت انني مخطئ بالرقم

The administration/receptionist is not effcient in administrating walk-ins, I got proceed after 20 mints of my arrival. I still need to get called which takes about another hour. It's a useless appointment system. Those who are in charge need to fix this issue, although my doctor is amazing and experienced but won't come back again for the horrible service.

NEVER GO FOR PCR THERE! PASS PCR WHENER BUT NOT IN SHARJAH CORNICHE HOSPITAL. I’ve got the worst experience ever and sleepless night, waiting for PCR tests results for my parents, who passed tests on 08 April and departing back to motherland early morning on 10 April. And tests never came after 24 hours! The inquiry of my country is to have PCR test with the maximum validity of 48 hours (not 72). Once I came to the hospital on 08-04, I asked if the test will be ready for sure in 24 hours.of course for the matter of taking money they will say “sure, madam. 24 hours you will receive the report. ” They even told me that in spite of Friday coming, the laboratory will work. And everything gonna be done on time (means on 09 April)

And imagine for my mother they sent me a photoshot image in WhatsApp (not even link or PDF to email, where I can have a clear copy). And for my dad they sent nothing! They gave landlines and laboratory phones, which are NEVER attended! WhatsApp number is also NEVER attended! Absolutely dead!

I had to cancel the parents’ trip. I have to make them pass a PCR test now again. Pay for all these things. And when I went to talk to manager, he told me just: “on Thursday evening DHA closed our laboratory. ” Who will pay my loss and double payments? Nobody. You will never find a guilty and responsible person or hospital in this situation. Now the blame came to DHA.

So what I want to say, guys, for you not to pay 150.00 AED per person two times, go from the beginning to a professional hospital and pass the test.

I am passing the tests myself every months and never experienced any delay for more the 24 hours, whatever hospital or clinics I choose.

بتاريخ 9/03عملت تحليل PCR الساعه العاشره صباحا و لغايه 10/03 المسا لم تصل نتيجه اسوا من هيك مركز لا يوجد بعدين تبين انهم ارسلو تحليل PCR الئ مشفئ راس الخيمه و ارسال بياناتي الشخصيه الئ مكان اخر بدون موافقه مني تم تاجيل سفري لليوم التالي

One of the best hospitals in sharjah, I had a great experience starting from their customer service to the doctors, a special thanks to dr nedeen (GP) and dr samar who did my ultrasound.
Definitely recommend

Nice place to go when need medical treatment, they have very good staffs& Drs. Especially pediatric department.

They’re quite unprofessional and not respecting patient appointments at all, I waited for 1 hour for dr Malaz while they lie and say 1 patient is inside when it’s not logic at all for a patient check up to stay for an hr, despite that the dentist dr Razan in floor number 2 she’s quite nice dr and helpful and I get inside quite fast.

Over all I don’t recommend the hospital if you don’t have time.
