Small transport station for booking the ferry to Dubai. Last Ferry leaves at 6pm every night and it costs AED15 for Silver and AED25 for Gold. I suggest booking online via the RTA website as it gets busy. Also worth spending a bit extra for the Gold class on the visit if you wanted to take photos of your trip.
Sharjah to Dubai ferry is a very useful mode of transport and is popular amongst daily commuters. For a change you to use this, they accept NOl card also. The ferry station is well planned with ticket counter, toilets and air-conditioned waiting cubicle separate for ladies and gents also. Plenty of taxis and frequent bus service has greatly enhanced its accesebility. This could be a beautiful weekend outing for family too.
The ferry from Sharjah to Dubai was fantastic but it has not opened since it closed at the beginning of covid. I hope that it resumes soon. The other recent review is misleading as it implies that the reviewer went recently, but I called RTA and they said it's not running and they don't know if and when it will return.
