Fast service but they should improve thier customer service. Receptionist is a very good and helpful guy but there is one skinny arabic guy was very arogent he is talking like he is a Major General Aladdin. Rest of the services are fine.
Very Bad service. Closes 8 PM At 4 30 PM all counters empty.only one Counters works. Cashier guy is very rude.he don't know how to speak to customer. If you go there one hour is mandatory for you number to come. Better go to Main office during morning. Here they will charge u extra and consume ur precious time as well.
Long time waiting Staff does not give clear information so I had to visit the center multiple times Although they don't have enough experience as one of my issue was resolved in a different center I wish that things gets better and that we can see some improvement by time
The first visit was a dead end as I had to furnish the copy of rental contract. My second visit on the 21st Dec'19, Saturday undid my negative experience as the staff was absolutely polite and courteous. She initiated the print internally gave me clear instructions and changed my view of governmental services. I recommend that tenants visit this centre. Thank you.
It's a good place and great service. But the working times seems to be changed to start at 8: 00 only. Even though the staff come at 7: 30 and center opens at the same time, bank personnel comes at 8: 00 only. So transactions can happen after that only.
Excellent Service, smiling and interactive staff, I visited this center in the eveing after 6pm for new Contract attestation post Sewa process. Very quick in serving customers and guiding, thinking from customers point of view and informing accordingly the best in customers interest. Going out of there way to guide the possibilites of payments and waiting periode if in agreeement only then going ahead to process without any rush.keep up the good service with smile. The customer service staff near me handled one inquiry of customer dispute for security deposit refund for a customer who was in real need of proper guidance how to handle the situation. She guided the customer understandign the situation in a very professional and humble way.
Excellent experience. Helpful staff. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this lovely office hidden within an obscure little building. This is the place to go if you need a clearance letter from the Municipality at the end of your rental contract
