Worst ever experience with Sharjah Publishing City… not a supportive staff. Purchased license
From them and not a single bank is entertaining them. And keep on rejecting the application.

Go with shams or any other license authority atleast bank support them.

I called them and their support team told me ADCD is supporting them and same time i took ADCB in loop and they said we do not support unless you have physical location. So now i need to get physical location of AED 20000 to 50000 just to open bank account with any bank. They will not open based on flexi desk contact SPC provide you.

And at the same time they started selling their empty office to me.

Worst ever service struggling to open bank account do not go with them never ever…

I started a new company with SPC FreeZone.

The sales team member Ms Tran Thuy Ann was extremely helpful. SPC services are quite quick but Ms Tran made the service very smooth to me. She went on extra miles to make sure I am comfortable.

This is my 2nd review, the first one being about my license issue and entry permit. Since landing in Dubai it took 2 weeks in total to get my Rez Visa and E-ID, including the National holidays. Once again thanks to Sofian but this time Nawras (their PRO) was amazing, he went the extramarital mile to deliver my passport to me after working hours, much appreciated and definitely recommend them.

It was a real fantastic experience @SPCFZ. Everything was fast. The lady named Claudia who assisted us in forming the company was extremely helpful and friendly. Soheb was very professional and the process was very fast and smooth. My expectations were meet. They are far above the standard service quality in this country.

Even though, i didn't see much ads about SPC, but i have to say that it has been my easiest experience to set up an FZE without having to make a single phone call or go anywhere. Very flexible procedures, most affordable FZ and Claudi from BD is a life saver, who gave me by far one of the best customer support experience I've had in the UAE.
