Shater restaurant sharjah

Unfortunately the restaurant is racist and against black customers.
Went personally and we couldn’t sit at any table waiting for take away.
Ordering online and delivered wrong order and they refused to change because it’s was paid. 2 occasions and thirdly today, 10th June 2023.
It’s sad that’s customer service answering phone hanging up on client and do not listen to customer order. They delivered what they wanted to not as per our request. NA listen to recorded order please!
Very frustrating

We have ordered charcoal chicken. Good taste. Avacado juice also nice. But little expensive

All kind of Indian and Arabic foods especially grilled chicken, fish etc.guaranteed taste.

I ate the chicken charcoal green chilly and a normal one. It was so delicious, if you've not tried their grilled foods. Definitely try! Services are also good.

They serve better food good service and i love there mutton soup? And glory we loved there grill fish

Really nice place to have good food. Chicken Charcoal items are good and delicious. But hot and sour chicken was not upto the mark. Rest all were nice and delicious.

It's my second time at this restaurant but they have 3rd class customer service by voters.

The service and Food quality are awesome. There are no family cabins which is a little discomfort.

We tried grill and ran with rice from here.both are excellent.ran with rice cists 75 AED, have more quantity and good for 4- 5 people. About the cool drink we had falak, it was also excellent and have more quantity. Ran with rice quantity and quality was awesome comparing price. Customer Service also good.

Irresistible taste for grill items especially the different type of chicken charcoal. On the other side gravy dishes are a disaster. Ordered chilly chicken along with grill, it was outrageous. Not even a minor essence of chilly chicken

The food was excellent and so was service. I had the mutton ran with rice which was awesome and hot and sour charcoal also very tasty. We enjoyed, everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

Expensive Food, And One Time i Went There they Stopped me infront of the Door, They Said Inside Full, If We Go Inside, We will sit Some one table? No.right? If We Know inside Full We Will Go Out, Why they Stop me,? Then i Shout them and Go Another Restaurant, Also Before this One time I Order Parcel, They are Putting Very Less Qty in Parcel, i will Not Choose this Restaurant Any More

The worst biriyani I have in the UAE. Maybe we should have tried grill items because everyone was having that in the shop.

No words to say for the chicken charcoal from this place. Especially the pepper, special and hot & sour. Can honestly prefer this place to others.

Famous for their signature charcoal chicken, delicious food and good quality and quantity. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Apt for family dining. Have a good seating capacity but at night and weekend mostly crowded.

Take a lot of time for delivery even though they say expect in half an hour.need continuous follow up, bad response.

I ordered green chilli charcoal, they delivered stale and also not the green chilli. Despite of raising complaints to the manager he didn't listen anything, such unprofessional and unethical behavior. Please do not order anything you will waste your money. The food was so tasteless and also the attitude of management is really really bad. I will never ever order again.

Too annoying, its better to cook food and eat better than their serving.if you need dinner you have to order it at evening.too.delayed in serving

Baught a half mixed grill which is cost 42dhs its quiet expensive and even quantity is not for money.

One of the best Grilled Chicken available at Muweillah. Mixed Grilled Platter is good to have at restaurant

The worst beef fry I ever had in my life. Beef was fried in old used oil. A funny smoky taste was there, so we requested to change the dish for which the staff declined first and started arguing after making him taste the dish he agreed to change. Again he bought another beef fry with the same taste. We rejected the dish and promptly informed the waiter again. To my surprise he stood there without even apologizing (typical mallu attitude) and he had the audacity of charging for the dish which we didn't have. Anyway we didn't complain about the bill. Never again I'm going to the restaurant. Anyways the mutton kadai & porotta was good and tasty, only beef fry had the problem.

For grilled fish, my final destination is shater. But now they need to emphasise on proper fish cleaning. Today we were busy cleaning the big solid scale of a frilled fish than eating.

The famous restaurant for verity of charcoal chicken. Some of the hot and spicy items are so tasty and yummy. Some times comes tears from the eyes due to the spicy. Its better to keep one tissue box always near you when the food reaches. Even the food is spicy it is so tasty also. Expecially the double spicy green pepper charcoal chicken. Its recommend for the people to give treat for thier friends and same time give a shock also.

I had chappathi and gopi Manjurian with pineapple juice
Chappathi was hard and not good at all
Gopi Manjurian was full of sauce.thats it.no taste at all.and the color used in curry was very hard to wash off. It was giving Mehndi color on your fingers.
On complaining about the color, staff didnt care to take it into consideration. I will never recommend anyone to eat from here

Nice little grill restaurant. The prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. Weekend it is getting very crowded. They will give very tasty free soup.

Loved everything they served. Food was delicious specially fish bbq and the lamb chop. Loved the cozy interior.

Good tasting grills, similar to their dubai branches. Have kept the quality factor same. The condiments are also great.

Mix grills are good in qty but mutton tikkas are not so tasty.

The food was amazing, and we enjoyed it. It was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. All grilled items, especially Chicken charcoal very tasty. All service staff were very helpful and friendly. We had two meals ordered, Both were excellent.

Best in taste, quality food, although small place for sitting but food quality is 5/5... Variety available must try.

I am a very regular customer of Shater, and I was very happy when started shater near to me. But their Muweilah Commercial branch near Lulu taste of food is very poor.not recommended

Worst experience.dnt waste ur money.they r adding too much colour in their food. Instead of fresh patatha and chappathi they served frozen chappathi. The king fish curry was utter failure.dnt go there

Great service. Awesome staff. And good food. Better to dine in (if possible) to enjoy the taste even better. Take away becomes cold by the time you actually have the food and effects the taste.

Food is average. Very poor service when it comes to delivery. I live very near to the restaurant. If the pax is less they will deny your order.

If we comparing with Dubai shater this one is very bad customer service. One of the guy in management insulted us when we talking to the cashier about reservation.

Please don’t think that this is the only one Restaurent for grills in sharjah.

Tried hyderabadi biriyani and Charcoal chicken. Biriyani was not up to the expectation and was tasting like malabari biryani. Charcoal was okay. Garlic paste was having no taste at all.

Food is very good. When taking about service very very bad. Need it improve the delivery service

The chain is known for its grills and that holds true here as well. But the rest of the menu is perhaps best avoided.
