I'm thankful to Dr. Uma sakkia nair, who is very caring and considering the patient's wellness a top priority.
She is listening patiently and make us comfortable. Very polite and caring doctor. In this materialistic world she is really
serving the patients. At first I was scared to go for a dental visit, but as a dentist she made us comfortable and did the procedure.

All type of dental problems i will recommend Dr Ali Akbar.very professional and experienced hand. I got treat for root canal, cap fixing and cleaning. For my son treat and fill the cavity.

I visited the center. I met a wonderful man he name Ramsheed who made me become their permanent customer. Respectful reception and fast service from him, so I have to mention his name and rate him because he really deserves it

It’s really a nice medical center in Sharjah Rolla. From the beginning till the end all procedures are fast, all are cooperative -friendly.
The best part is, if we don’t have an insurance also, we can go there without fear bcoz the price is affordable for a normal person and they will give some discounts as per our requests, want to discuss with the higher authorities. If you found eligible the management will give some discount also.
All are good but two person I want to thank always in Shifa is Haneef sir one of the managing director of Shifa and Thariq sir, bcoz of their good attitude with all. I hope it will be there with all in future

Best clinic in sharjah to do your medical check up. Recently did my lab test and got my results within one hour. They have got the best management and medical team in sharjah. I will recommend Shifa Al Jazeera for consultations and lab tests.

Very irresponsible. They were not ready to accept credit/debit cards at first. Pcr test was soo delayed, we thought we wont be able to travel in the booked flight. Very bad customer service.

Only Dr. Jamal is good, last week 23 rd november went to see ent doctor, for my wife's ear cleaning, initial he told to put ear drops amd come back after a week. Went there a week later and he cleaned hakf telling to put ear drops again and come back after a week again, only for making money as we have to pay again if we go next. His reason was that the wax is still hard, but same day we went to another doctor and cleaned the same day

I used to come here and got a very good impression from the reception to the GP Doctors. But now, one Indian guy in the reception was very rude just because of my nationality. I was asking if they're accepting the insurance that I have and he asked for my details. After he knew my nationality and repeated it about 3 times, he slammed the phone without telling me anything about my queries. Please be good to your patients/customers.

Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre allows treatment options for Gynaecology, Orthopedic, General check up, Internal Medicine and Dental check up. One of the oldest centre located in the heart of city in Rolla Musalla with pharmacy and parking close-by. Better package for cash patients and those poor patients can avail special rate as per management advice. Definitely a good options for any one interested to opt it. Experienced doctors of different nationality is the attraction for patients. Best wishes for them and let it grow as always.by doing the name called "SERVICE. "

Good Clinic and service at reasonable cost. However, AL MUSALLA pharmacy down the building, they always refer to, have the worst service and time consuming.
