The nursing staff was equally impressive. They were attentive, kind, and always made me feel like I was their top priority. Whether it was checking in on me regularly, administering medication, or providing emotional support, they were there every step of the way. In addition to the exceptional medical care, I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the hospital. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, creating a calming environment during what could have been a stressful time. Overall, my experience at Shifa Al Rabee Medical Centre exceeded my expectations in every way. I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their dedication and commitment to providing outstanding care.
Today just few mins back i visited this clinic in Muweilah as new patient and its horrible experience as reception one man was very rude and not responsive.i left without treatment and try to avoid this clinic
Not to much waiting time, my daughter 5 yr old needed pediatric, before Shifa Al Rabee Medical center we went to aster thumbay but pediatric was off or refused to attend my child because of prior appointments. Then I reached to Shifa Al Rabee Medical Center, their pediatric was also off on sunday but they offered me general practitioner, Dr. IBRAHIM. He was so nice and generous, he attended my child and prescribed medicine also. Next day may child was feeling very well alhamduillah
My review is for those who are referring or planning to visit this clinic. Just take a moment to read my experience here. Very disappointed with their overall services. People with emergency cases should stay away from this clinic. Needed long time to consult the doctor. Even we have a very good insurance package, they will say insurance is not covered for next section medicine. When my husband met with very high fever, they approved paracetamol drip for the first day, but unfortunately his temperature was remains same on next day even after their consultation, so we were consulted the same doctor second day. And our experience was to pay Aed 50.00 for paracetamol injection to cure the same 103 degree fever. Reason was paracetamol injection is allowed once in a week only and to get the injection we need to wait 7 days after first dose. And doctor Dilshana didn't add any additional medicine for his worst situation. What a super doctor! Her recommendation was to continue medicines that she prescribed previous day. So we decided to move with other clinic in muweilah (First Gulf Medical Center), there he got paracetamol injection without any payment. And they said there is no issue with paracetamol injection insurance approval, its already covered for second dose/multiple doses. His sick was cured under first gulf Medical Center treatment. I believe it was their (Shifa Clinic) strategy to get cash from patients having insurance. All patients and bystanders won't think about money at that time if patient health condition is bad so they must pay. I suggest everyone to stay away from this clinic. Other bad experience was also there! Nb: My review is for people who are referring/planning to visit this worst clinic. @owner Al shifa: I really don't want to say any complaints, suggestions and any recommendations!
Dr Rijas (paediatric) when consulted and asking about the prescription he very disrespectfully told and showed his hand and said to just go and ask in pharmacy. We request the management to closely examine the Dr and advise him to behave and assist the patients properly so that its helpful for other patients too.
Had a very pleasant experience with Dr. IBRAHIM. Compassionate and friendly. Listens to the health concerns and responds appropriately. Highly recommended!
I recently consulted with Dr. Ashiq at this clinic for my child's treatment, and he is an excellent doctor. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and provided a clear explanation of the treatment plan. The clinic staff were also very friendly
Recently consulted Dr Ashiq for my respiratory problems and feeling very better now he is a nice doctor, I have been consulting many doctors for this problem but it didn’t go. Really recommend for all and also consulted Dr.jamsheed for my 4 year old baby for dental treatment. He managed her very well. Thank you so much for the nice service.
Shifa Al Rabee Medical Center were all very friendly and helpful. I especially Dr. Cini really took time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
I went for a checkup here and Dr Cini did my checkup, her behavior was extremely professional and the way of her treatment was really effective, had a great experience.

I happened to visit the medical center and consult with Dr. Cini, she is very passionate professional and very kind towards the patients. A beautiful quote of Carl Jung. "Medicines cure diseases, but only doctors can cure patients. " well suits her My heartfelt thanks and wishes for her excellent carrier. Thanks once again Dr Cini

Advertisement will accept all major insurance, but once we visit they will Not accepting Insurance, at reception the lady and one another man doesn't know anything even which insurance is available that also she doesn't know.
Had a recent experience with Dr. Aashique GP at this clinic. Must say that he is disrespectful and showed unprofessional way of dealing with patients. Better prefer another GP. Overall clinic service and other staffs are good.
Excellent service from Dr. Ashik GP, Ms. Sreeja and other nurses. Went there on an emergency. We got excellent service and care. Superb doctors and supporting staffs.
Offering free doctor consultation but don't accept any insurance. So you will end up paying more than what you actually pay elsewhere. Charged 100aed for one injection. So BIG NO
